Consistently impressed with how well the Focal is maintained. The grounds are always clean and tidy, and any maintenance issues are addressed promptly and efficiently. The property manager Tommy works above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly, and his friendly demeanor makes it a pleasure to interact with him.

I’ve really enjoyed living at The Focal. It’s been a comfortable and reliable place to call home, and I’ve always felt like the building is well taken care of. Common areas are kept clean, things are generally quiet and safe. One of the biggest highlights for me has been the property manager, Tommy. He genuinely does a great job and makes a real difference in how the building is run. He’s easy to talk to, responsive, and actually follows through when something needs attention. It’s clear he cares about the residents and not just the property itself, which is something you don’t always get everywhere. Overall, it’s been a really solid living experience, and a lot of that comes down to good management and how smoothly things are run day to day.

The focal is a very pleasant place to live. The buildings are kept well cleaned, and the staff is very helpful. There is plenty of room for parking and things like the gym and pool are extremely nice. The property manager Tommy is super helpful and is willing to do whatever the tenants need to have a better experience. I would recommend anyone looking for a nice, calm, and peaceful place to live, to check out the focal

I absolutely love living in these apartments. Everything has been an amazing experience from the beginning. The property is always clean, well maintained, and feels safe and comfortable. I especially want to highlight the great management. Shayde Ries, the manager, is incredibly professional, responsive, and always willing to help. Peter is also amazing—very kind, attentive, and quick to resolve any questions or concerns. Overall, I truly love everything about living here and highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a great place to call home.

Love my place, been here for 5 months. Love that I can do my laundry right here in my apartment and I've never had a problem with parking, but I pay for outside parking. They have been very considerate of my 16 year old daughter who comes and stays with me on the weekends she's able to park anywhere outside!! She loves it here, especially the pool and hot tub she's been there numerous times and can't wait for the pool to reopen!! This is my first apartment ever and I wouldn't change a thing!! The staff has always been awesome and helpful!! Absolutely love this place!!

I gotta give a five star. Top Notch customer service from Maintance and from. Second thank god and it’s about time they started on towing. A lot of people can’t be upset about getting your car towed. It’s there own fault If you didn’t follow the instructions they gave us more than two week notice and put flyers on our doors to let us know if you didn’t follow the rules that’s your car can be towed. I have to say that the customer service was great but I received today. Thanks Peter Shae and Tommy for the assistance.

Just moved in a couple weeks ago and have had no issues so far, Office has been so helpful with any questions Ive had! ☺️

The staff is easily the best I’ve worked with when renting an apartment. The property is always clean, and I’ve had zero complaints since I have moved in.

The apartments are beautiful and the amenity spaces are really cool. They are a great place to sit with my morning coffee or to hang out with friends outside. The pool is closed for winter but I cant wait to do some morning laps. It feels like a resort pool! Shayde was incredibly helpful in getting me all the information on leasing and help me choose the perfect apartment for my needs. Everyone I meet here has been so friendly and ive made some new friends already. The Focal is a great place to live!

I recently move here and all the amenities are amazing, all the services are working really well and the leasing office staff are amazing. But to be honest, I had a very disappointing experience with this building’s management. My vehicle was accessed during the night in the parking lot and belongings were stolen. Despite reporting the incident to the police, the case was dismissed due to lack of evidence, since the building management has not provided or reviewed the security camera footage. I have asked several times for updates, but there has been no clear response or cooperation. Because of this, I was also unable to file my insurance claim, which left me with financial loss on top of feeling unsafe as a resident. This lack of accountability and transparency is extremely concerning. Actually, I think they are really busy with all the future residents ensuring they have a positive experience, but they forget to help their current residents to feel safe and comfortable. Update: this situation was a miscommunication by both sides, they were waiting for me and I was waiting for them, they tried their best to help me in my situation, the Staff is amazing and Thomy is the men!

Today I got an amazing tour of The Focal with Shayde. She was very friendly made great conversation and welcome to all the questions we had for her. The apartments were amazing very up to date and spacious.

Moving in to The Focal apartments has been the easiest and fastest experience we have experienced. The leasing office did an amazing job approving all the process in less than 2 days for us to move in to a brand new apartment with an exceptional interior. We are so happy here! :)

The staff here is amazing! Tommy (the manager) is always professional, responsive, and truly cares about the community. Nicole (leasing agent) made the entire leasing process super smooth and stress-free—she’s incredibly helpful and kind. Great team that makes living here a great experience!

Tommy, the Property Manager, is amazing, authentic, showed me a comfortable studio that fits my needs. Not only is he friendly & fun to chat with, he was responsive to my questions & cared about the details that I wanted. I asked how he got the Integrity Award and he told me how he was committed to a realistic timetable with accountability steps on another property makeover and didn't waiver even though he was alone in his commitment. I like the elevators, how easy it was to be approved and love the new, clean, on-site gym.

Negative reviews are opposite of my own experience. I had a TON of questions and needs right off the bat when inquiring here. Nicole and the staff did a great job responding to me when I was trying to decide where to rent. Apartments are nice. If you are serious about renting here, there will be no issue.
