Highland Pointe

I've lived in apartments all my life..and I can say hands down this is the best property ever! The management is so kind and helpful. The grounds are beautiful and kept immaculate..but most importantly I feel completely safe at all times which is huge given everything going on in today's world..I would recommend Highland Pointe to anyone and at any age..hats off!!!

Honest review here. We lived in a rental just down the way and our friend moved into Highland Pointe. He bragged for days about how well maintained the property, the units, and the amenities were. He was on a first name basis with the office staff which he absolutely adored. Two years later, my Fiancé and I had to leave our rental, and we wanted to stay in the area. We came and toured the property and I swear to you, our friend was not wrong. The office staff, the maintenance guys, and everything else is so phenomenal. Been here for 2 and half years and can’t wait to sign another lease! I was hesitant to go back to an apartment after our previous situations but I genuinely feel happy, safe and extremely well taken care of. Shoutout to the entire staff for making that happen. It’s a great area, great neighbors, safe atmosphere and incredibly dog friendly which is a huge bonus for us. Love it!

This is a great place to live. Quiet and respetful. My 2 year old son loves the play ground for the kids. He has made a lot of new friends in the past 2 years we have been here. The grounds are kept clean year round and seasonal holidays are always in view with the decorations the managment does to liven up the community.

I was a little nervous about how it would be living in an apartment complex after most of my life in my own home. From the very beginning I’ve been made to feel welcome and cared about, which has meant the world to me. The grounds are so lovely and the maintenance people are awesome. I barely have to wait to get any issues taken care of. I doubt there is another place like this in the valley. I am very grateful! Thanks for everything!

I never imagined I'd find myself writing a glowing review of a rental property, but this place was the only truly wonderful apartment rental experience I've ever had, and I've had more than a couple. Management and maintenance crew are unfailingly kind, helpful, and friendly. They clearly take pride in keeping up a really liveable space, and it shows up in the community - tenants use the playground, pool, picnic areas and courtyard all the time, chat with each other, build connections. It's kind of miraculous, what they've accomplished. It's a little bit amazing to find a property whose ownership philosophy isn't 100% "number go up, cut costs, make it less good so we can pocket more money." 12/10 would rent again.

I lived here for 1.5 years and would recommend. Sutton and the maintenance team have been outstanding—addressing any concerns promptly and maintaining excellent communication. No hidden fees or charges.

My family and I absolutely love this place. We never had a single problem that didn't get addressed immediately. I won't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone.

Highland Pointe is the absolute best place to live. The Staff are so friendly and are on top of everything. The maintenance guys are phenomenal as well. They get things fixed incredibly fast if something comes up and they take care of the grounds so they are always looking top notch! It’s very kid friendly and we will definitely be coming back if we ever need an apartment again. Also you really can’t get any better of a location. Right off I 215 and super close to soo many yummy restaurants and grocery stores.

I absolutely loved living here. The staff was great, they really take care of their property. They are super kid friendly and have activities for the kids throughout the summer. We moved last summer when I bought a house and I still miss this place and the people!

Lived here for about 4 years, lived in various units (needed more space). Must say that management and staff are top notch. The apartments are clean, pest-free and well maintained. They are on top of all maintenance requests and the grounds are superb. Would recommend to anyone, wonderful place to live! We will miss you guys! BTW! We made it across the mountains safely- thank you for everything!

Stayed here for 6 months before buying a house. Loved it. The 2 playgrounds were perfect for our kids and the ladies in the office went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed business hours or not. Maintenance issues were fixed quick and right. Highly recommend.

Always friendly and helpful management (shoutout to Maury!), nice safe neighborhood and the best maintenance crew I've ever had in an apartment complex! Very peaceful, spacious and cozy apartments that were worth every penny

Lived here for just over two years (recently moved ) but the staff was always so helpful and efficient. The location is great as it’s a short driving distance to both stores like Target and Dans Supermarket but also close to food locations such as Dominos , Panda Express and KFC. I was sad to leave honestly . Highly recommend

I lived here for years, An I would have to say it is the best managed, well run place in the valley! The office always has events for the residents and their kids. I highly recommend for you and your family, it is an amazing place to live!

I lived at Highland Pointe for almost 2 years and the only reason I moved out was because of work!! I had been looking for days for a decent apartment and when I went in to talk to the managers at highland Pointe I knew I had found the right place. Kim was very helpful and was to work with from the beginning. The whole management was like family and I truly appreciate every single one of them. *They were quick on work orders *Maintained the grounds looking great( I never had to walk through snow when I left for work in the morning!!) * Offered a hand if they saw you struggling with groceries * Always pleasant and welcoming

I did a lot of research before selecting Highland Pointe as my home. I hadn't lived in apartments since college but I can happily say HP is not your typical apartment complex. The grounds are gorgeous, so many flowers, the building exteriors are kept flawless and the apartments themselves are in top notch condition. I've had two small problems since I moved in, a simple text and the repairmen were there within hours, which is unheard of anywhere else. To that point, I just renewed my lease, without hesitation I might add, and they even offered to clean my carpets. The management has always been great, Kim and Trina really take the well being of the properties and their tenants to heart. I have many friends that live at this complex and always recommend it to anyone on the market.

I've lived at highland Pointe for 14 yrs. It's a safe, peaceful community that is excellently maintained; when something is in need of repair or attention, it's promptly taken care of by friendly staff ready, available & willing. Since hired staff is carefully chosen, there's never a problem if your home or not when maintenance come in for yearly safety inspections or as needed replacements/repairs/updates I love the honesty & integrity that's upheld here & the monthly news letters they hand deliver to the convenient clips on door frames, to inform of upcoming community events, reminders etc. Yearly BBQ hosted by staff including management, where neighbors have an opportunity to mingle. We've had talent shows, horse carriage rides & fire trucks come to spray kids/you down in summer at times. It's time soon for me to leave apt. living, & on one hand excited, the other, I'm sad to leave such a wonderful environment! I've noticed a couple ugly reviews here targeting Kim the regional manager; I will confidently defend someone who takes special care for the community, who is excellent at balancing individual needs & still providing everyone with the safe/peaceful, fun, private environment they pay to have. It's a big job that doesn't happen on its own, much love is invested here. Immature, pessimal attacks can be ignored & seeing is believing.

I have lived at Highland Pointe for 8 years. It's been wonderful! My daughter had lived here and highly recommended it. Beautiful scenery and grounds, kind, friendly management, any maintenance or repairs done quickly. We had some friends who lived here who had to move out of state for a year and when they moved back to Utah, they came right back to live at Highland Pointe! -C. J.

I have lived here on multiple occasions and have absolutely loved it. I have currently been here over five years and the management staff has been nothing short of fantastic to work with. Any issues I have ever had have been handled immediately. I would definitely recommend this place and the management team to anyone.

I've lived here over 10 years. It is clean, pretty quiet and well maintained. Management is awesome to work with and will go out of their way to help.

This is a fantastic apartment complex. People are friendly, apartments clean, great views of the mountains, wonderful play areas for the kids, quiet and safe. Very family/kid friendly. The few maintenance issues that have come up were taken care of quickly and without any issues. We have rented in a variety of locations throughout life and school etc, and this is by far my favorite for quality of life.

We have lived here for 6+ years and have loved it! My kids have made so many friends and love being able to go play outside. Even i as a parent enjoy going outside with my kids and meeting the other parents. The grounds are always kept very clean and well maintined and the managment does an amazing job at adding fun things to the grounds and providing a few activies through out the year for the residents (easter egg hunt, resident BBQ, slip'n slides.....) its in a convenient location to everything but tucked away and very safe. Couldn't ask for a better place to rent. The manager has been so nice to work with and has helped us out so much shes easy to talk to if an issue does come up and tries her best make sure everyone enjoys living here.

I loved my apartment at Highland Pointe and the staff was always so helpful and friendly!!! The grounds were well maintained . Would definitely recommend if your looking for a quiet and well maintained property. Kim is amazing also!!!

A great sense of community. We have enjoyed living in Highland Pointe. It is a nice place conveniently located by I215 and shopping centers. The leasing management is the best. Kim and Trina are on top of things and they really care about their tenants. They take good care of the property. I've never had any issues with my unit but the couple times maintenance was required to fix something they took care of things within 24 hrs. Definitely recommend this place.

Love it here! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Whenever I have an issue with maintenance, it is fixed in a timely manner. Been here over a year now. Would recommend this complex to anyone.

Management is very good. They are super quick about fixing things and responding to you. As far as the apartment complex and grounds, it is really hard to beat for the price. Location is very convenient too.

I can't say enough good things about Highland Pointe and the management. My husband and I have lived here for almost a year and it's been the best place we've ever lived. Kim and the rest of the management actually care about the tenants and they do everything they can to keep Highland Pointe a wonderful place to live. We plan on staying here for a long time.

Easily the nicest and most caring management I have had in any of the complexes I have lived in (currently at 5 different complexes). Complex is well maintained, playground is amazing for kids, and apartments are great for the price.

Kim and Katie do an excellent job of managing the apartments. They don't nickel and dime you when you come or go like a lot of apartments where we've lived previously. The apartment was repainted and well maintained when we arrived. The management did a lot to unite the people in the apartments with parties and an Easter egg hunt. We just moved out to a home but we would definitely live there again.

The management are the best in the world. They fix things within 24 hours (often within the day you report it). The apartments are in good condition as well.

Location, Location, Location... what else can I say? When it takes 60 seconds to get onto I-215 east or west you're 15 minutes from just about anywhere in SLC. The manager Kim is the bomb and the floor plans were thought out well and make sense. Love the gated entrance at night, makes me feel like I'm entering helms deep or somewhere. My only grudge against the place is how some people find ways around the pet rule, there are only a few, most I never see, and I've yet to step on a landmine so its not really all that bad.
