Great apartments to live in! The rent is very reasonable for the quality of the community, and the amenities are excellent. The staff are always friendly, professional, and very helpful whenever you need assistance. Overall, it’s been a great place to stay, and I would definitely recommend Dixon Place Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to live in Utah. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I love living at Dixon Place! My apartment and the building are so beautiful, and unique to everything I've seen when relocating to SLC. It has a cool NYC vibe, open, spacious, new, great floor plan. I've never needed any significant work orders, but when I have submitted, they are quick to respond. Great location, walkable and vibrant. The neighbors are quiet, professional and I've even made some friends! Equally as important is the management and ownership! Clark is the BEST property manager I've ever had. From the moment I met him, he was so generous with his time touring me two properties, gave honest feedback, and was so helpful with making a huge transition feel lighter. Michelle, our new onsite manager has been delightful to work with and is very knowledgable and kind. I highly recommend living at Dixon Place!

Management is amazing beautiful building!

I had the best experience living at the Dixon! The leasing specialist, Chaylynn, always greeted me with the biggest smile and was so attentive to any needs that I requested. All of the staff were so responsive, helpful, and genuinely care about the residents. I am so glad I chose for my last year in Salt Lake to be at the Dixon and I would do it all over again!

I only have positive things to say about Dixion Place! Chaylynn is always so friendly and kind!

Chaylynn was an amazing tour guide and definitely knows what she’s talking about. I toured at both properties she works at and while I found Sugar Alley to be more up my alley, Dixon Place is a stunning community with the best staff.

I have lived in these apartments for over a year now. I will say that Veronica, Heather, Heidi, and all other staff, including Mike, the maintenance man are AMAZING!!!! They are so helpful, attentive and get on a problem, immediately. They make sure that the place is running as smoothly as possible and I am grateful to have such wonderful staffing at Dixon. I would recommend to family or friends, any day!

This property is so pretty! Really high end finishes, a huge gym with nice equipment, and great area. You can walk to a lot of great restaurants. The management and maintenance is also AMAZING!

Heidi was absolutely outstanding in helping the move-in process be so swift and easy. The building itself and its amenities are awesome. Brand new gym, smart-home features, and Amazon locker to name a few. A+ management and never had a maintenance issue during my time living here.

I am extremely picky when choosing my home. I've lived in apartments most of my life so I want my apartment to feel like home. I absolutely LOVE my home at Dixon. The view is mind-blowing beautiful, the apartment itself is high-quality luxury feel, and I feel very safe. Sugarhouse is the perfect walkable neighborhood and since I’ve moved to Dixon I’ve started walking 2-3 times a day. It’s also a great complex for animals. I have a cat and I really enjoy seeing the dogs in the elevator going for their walks. When I choose a new apartment home I also want to feel like the management team cares and wants me there. Heidi, the Community Manager is wonderful and always makes me feel welcome. She takes care of issues promptly and cares about the residents. Mike the maintenance manager is also great and I feel comfortable with him coming into my apartment when anything needs fixing. I don’t plan on leaving anytime soon as I love it here!

I lived 6 years in The Vue, before moving back to Europe to survive COVID. Got an apartment at Dixon’s in August of 2022 and I’m loving it! Everything is of high quality, it’s relatively small as a community, has a great gym, nice underground parking and awesome views from the 5th floor! Heidi has been friendly, communicative and resourceful!

Recently moved in, and it’s been such an easy process. Everything has worked perfectly and as promised, and Heidi is incredibly helpful for any questions I’ve had.

We lived at the Dixon from 2021-2022 after relocating from Chicago. The Dixon was the perfect adjustment for us from big city life as we still had a great location to bars, groceries, and parks all within an easy walk. The gym was by far the best part of the building and I will definitely miss it. As it was a new building and we were the first in our unit we did experience some issues and it was notable that they were figuring out how best to run the property. That being said, Heidi was great to work with and someone who made it feel like home.

Wonderful place to live. Close to everything that you could need. Management is very quick to respond to any concerns that arise.

I was the first resident here. Heidi literally helped me move all my stuff in with the help of her family…talk about above and beyond. I never had issues and loved my spot. The sunset views were gorgeous and you can’t ask for a better location.
