Great amazing place with great property managers

I’ve loved living here!! Luz is a joy to work with, and I know she has my safety and best interests in mind when I have needed to reach out to her. She is flexible with the usual headaches like inspections and provides plenty of notice; little things like that make you feel that your privacy is respected as a resident and make the process of management ensuring property integrity easy. Maintenance keeps everything looking beautiful every single day and has always been kind to interact with. As a dog owner, I feel like the outside doggy areas are awesome and well kept. I rarely have issues with any kind of odor, noise, or dog waste around. Pool is beautiful and has never been overly busy!! And the laundry room is gorgeous — the only issues I’ve had is with technical difficulties with the laundry app, which management can’t really control. When I first moved in I worried about the proximity to the road, but I really hardly notice it now as far as noise. Overall safe and enjoyable community :)

I have lived in Chadds ford apartments going on 2 years and have really felt like this is home! Management is on top of cleanness and concerns. My unit gets new yearly filters and maintenance checks to make sure I am as comfortable as possible in my home.

Great place to live. Everything is maintained but not pretentious. The office and maintenance staff are on top of things. It has never been more than a week from reporting something to fully fixed. Neighbors are all so nice. Very family friendly, most families have children. We have felt this is excellent especially for the value and space.

Luz is the most amazing woman ever, very professional and the maintenance crew is extremely trustworthy, which is huge for me…Best place to live on the East side. Great people within the community, also very quiet and never have problems here.

Chadds Ford Apartments is a wonderful community with respectful staff and friendly neighbors. Management is professional, responsive, and truly cares about residents. The two parks and dog park are excellent, and the recent upgrades to the basketball court, including the addition of a soccer goal, have made the area even more enjoyable. It’s great to see the community come together for sports, barbecues, and outdoor fun. Overall, a great place to live, highly recommended!

Great leasing company! We have never had problems with them. Always kind and easy to get in contact with. Reasonable priced, area is always clean and taken care of. I love the front desk ladies! They’re always sweet and chill.

I have lived here a very long time. Raised my kids here. Management has always been supportive and responsive.

The areas are very clean, green with flowers, the girls in the office and the maintenance people are very friendly, they speak English and Spanish, a good vibe is felt. Las áreas están muy limpias , verdes con flores las chicas de la oficina y los de mantenimiento son muy amables hablan inglés y español se sienta una buena vibra

This place was great. My Wife and kids enjoyed it. Lots of shopping and food surrounding the area, close to freeway and mall. New Management is awesome, maintenance guys are amazing and always there when you need them.

The maintenance team at Chadds Ford are quick to respond, do the job well, and are kind. They keep the snow plowed or shoveled early in the day. The managers in the complex have been easy to work with. They keep the property clean and feeling safe.

Hola amigos ques quieren rentar aquí en Chadds Ford quiero decirte que este lugar es muy acogedor la nueva administración es muy buena las señoritas que están en la oficina son muy hamables y lo mejor la señora manager ella habla español y la comunicación es muy buena los señores que trabajan en mantenimiento don Miguel y don Ángel ellos son tan eficientes que rápido atienden si hay algún problema en cualquier situación que tengan dentro de los apartamentos ellos son muy respetuosos en fin aquí tienes el apartamento que buscas yo estoy muy complacida de haber vivido aquí .

I moved into this apartment complex in November of 2022. From my first contact with Breanna and Marilyn, I was impressed with their professionalism and kindness. I have found these qualities rare in leasing agents and property managers. I had been looking for a new place to live and found Chadds Ford perfect for me. Due to unforseen circumstances, I have to move again. Breanna and Marilyn have been sympathetic to my situation and have offered help and advice many many times. I wish things were different and I could stay. I absolutely love this complex and the staff. The maintenance crew are awesome. Very prompt to fix issues, professional and nice. Again, rare qualities. I highly recommend this complex. I will truly miss the staff here and consider them friends.

The management is superb--Marilyn and Brianna are great! The maintenance has been awesome, too--quick response and they resolve the problem fully. I've enjoyed the time I've lived here very much. I've been at this property for over 3 1/2 years now and rented from Pentalon properties for over 20 years. I've consistently re-signed the lease every year. I highly recommend Chadds Ford Apartments.

The high quality of service, professionalism, and attention by the manager and her team make this place home. We’ve lived here for several years and have been so impressed with the prompt resolution and also sincere concern regarding any and all issues. There is a level of humanity and appreciation of all of the residents that you just dont find in other rental communities. Cassie and her team truly make this community a community, and a home. It’s a great place to live.

Great place to live, it's a small extremely well kept complex. And the front office is so helpful living here is great! The only thing I can think of is the appliances are outdated.

We have loved living here! Management has addressed any maintenance needs. The location can't be beat, close to everything. Neighbors are friendly. There are 2 playgrounds, great for the kids!

Me and my husband enjoyed our time here (1 year). The few small repairs we needed were taken care of in a timely manner. The office kept packages for us. They were communicative and friendly. We enjoyed the pool. There was someone who broke into my husband’s truck and they caught it on tape and filed a police report and asked us to look and see if anything was stolen from his car (thankfully there wasn’t). But we appreciated that they communicated with us about it and asked us questions before filing the report. Overall it has been a great experience!

I love to live in this complex. Cassie is awesome and she knows us very well. I like that we are people for the administrators not only customers. Fair price, great apartments, quiet neighborhood.

I've lived here for 5yrs and am extremely happy here. Every need I've had has been taken care of fast! The office manager, is professional and extremely kind! The maintenance has been great too. I recommend it to people all the time. Its a great place to live!
