    Affordable and well located. Management is welcoming, kind, competent, and easy to get ahold of and maintenance fixes things quickly and well. The hot tub and city lounge are a huge bonus and amazing amenities that one would actually use. Never had a bad experience. Would recommend for people who want reasonable priced apartments close to the city. A gem of an apartment community.

    I had a great experience with 644 City Station, especially with Breanna. She was very helpful, responsive, and took the time to answer all our questions and guide us through the application process. In the end, we didn’t move forward due to timing on our side, but the property itself is very nice, with great amenities and a welcoming atmosphere. I’d definitely recommend checking it out if you’re considering this area.

    I’ve lived here for several months, and it is one of the best rental companies I have interacted with. The apartments are reasonably priced for the area and the amenities and common areas are well kept. The maintenance workers are prompt and thorough with their repairs, and always very kind. The management staff on site are very kind and prompt with responses to questions and any other concerns.

    Solid apartment complex, and a good leasing team. I moved in to the apartment and shortly after the person I had moved in with had become unstable and dangerous to herself and others. Duncan in the leasing office listened to my concerns and helped me navigate my options to exit the apartment. There isn't much that property management can do directly in situations like this but Duncan & his manager supported me to exit the situation despite them losing me as a tenant in the process. I truly appreciate the level of service that was provided, and thanks to their help and some research on my end, I was able to exit the lease with minimal penalties. If you're looking for a modern apartment complex that is centrally located with solid management, I recommend you check out City Station.

    We rented an Airbnb here, the instructions were pretty clear and getting in during our visit was a little complicated because they had gone through an update or some type of system software change so our key fob to get into the main gate that locks after 7-8pm would not work. Luckily enough in each instance an employee or electrician was close by and opened the main gate and main doors to park and get indoors. It is very quiet in doors and a little eerie outdoors, getting to our apartment the surrounding area has many homeless people around who didn't bother us. The parking can be difficult if you expect visitors as they only have two visitors spots which seemed to be occupied every time we drove past them. Over all beautiful and comfy indoors, gates and doors didnt work all the time but again there may have been something going on with their system. The underground parking lot was quiet and so long as you park on your assigned spot you shouldn't have any issues.

    Literally the best apartment complex I've ever lived in. From the first day that I moved in to now, I've received nothing but the best customer service. Maintenance requests are fulfilled within an hour of me submitting a request (which is unheard of for an apartment complex). Nato and Cami in the leasing office are always so nice and genuinely care about your concerns. After moving from the south 4 months ago, I can't imagine myself living anywhere else downtown.

    I use to live at this complex before it was greystar I will say most all the property managers that been here are wonderful Bree, Gabby they were one of our leasing agents who got us a unit Karley was an fantastic property manager before it turned to greystar if I would rent here I would again my lease ended but they were so amazing the last two property managers were Sunday and Rachel Marsh such wonderful landlords was proud when I moved out and kept the unit like new upon my move out date I got my full deposit back pretty quickly from them like most people complain about how they got less of their deposit or complain I can’t complain the complex was amazing leasing agents were wonderful and property management were very helpful and great, but if tenants read their lease their understand where our deposit goes to it goes to any damages we as tenants make I am glad I made my landlord Rachel Marsh happy as i was always paying rent on time and paying 3-4 months in advance and keeping my unit 422 like new when I moved out they gave me a good rental verification letter in a pdf form showing I was a really good tenant and paid on time never had issues with the landlord they are amazing truly I chosed to move out because I needed to have more space so I got a house in south jordan instead, but Miss the complex I can’t complain they do a fantastic job I will say if you love the heart of Salt Lake City utah move here it’s so peaceful and it’s gated too which I loved.

    ***7/2021 Update*** We’re still living here and still enjoying it! The people in the office and maintenance have all changed since last year, and they are also top notch pros. Everything I said in my original review also applies to the newer crew running the show here. ********************** ***2020 review*** This is the best place I have ever lived! I decided to renew my lease here, and am very glad that I did. The two highlights of living here are the manager Kelsie Webster and the maintenance ninja Ken Thompson. They have both been so prompt and helpful any time I have had a question or needed help with anything. Anytime something breaks, Ken repairs it immediately. Any question I have, or if I ever need any help, Kelsie instantly responds. They somehow do the work of six people between the two of them, and always go above and beyond. It’s impressive! I have never experienced this level of service at any other property in Salt Lake City, and I’ve lived in many different apartment buildings here. Additionally, the neighbors are all very quiet and respectful of each other. The building is always clean and quiet. I really like living here; thanks 644 City Station crew!

    This has been a crazy year for all of us, so I'm going to focus on the positive and not the negative. This is a lovely apartment building with good-sized flats, friendly staff, and an efficient and effective maintenance team. I've been quite pleased to stay and I'm renewing my lease as I type this. The building has a very convenient location, with immediate access to central Salt Lake City via bus or light rail, and hourly trains north and south. The grounds are well-maintained and the building is built so well that even with the windows open you can't hear the freeway. So, why not five stars? Well. There are, or were, some negatives that are not the fault of the building's management or staff. First: Despite the best efforts of gentrification and the city alike, the area immediately west of the building can be very seedy, with the occasional appearance of large homeless encampments. While the homeless themselves are very rarely dangerous or aggressive, a number of criminals appear to use the encampments as cover and violent crime is sadly not unknown. Having said that, I want to stress that to the best of my knowledge nothing has happened in or around the building. Second: Fees can feel a bit high. Ask about them when moving in. Third: Guest parking can leave a lot to be desired, and with the new construction behind our building it's only going to get worse. There are options in the neighborhood that aren't particularly inconvenient, but they tend to cost money and are at least a five minute walk. Still, all in all I've been happy, and I think you will be too.

    Great apartment! My fiancé and I just moved to SLC from out of state. Our housing plans fell thru and so we called 644 City Station, they had 3 move in ready apartments for us to tour that same day. Karley was very responsive, she got our application approved quickly and we were able to move into our new home easily! We’re very lucky to have found such a quick and responsive leasing managers. We love the location, the amenities, and our apartment is clean and well kept!

    I've recently moved here, and honestly, I love it. We came in through when a different manager was in charge, so I have almost no experiences with them, but the current manager, Karley, has been absolutely fantastic. We've been trying to settle in and she's been nothing but a gem. While everything isn't entirely in her control, she's done her best to make sure we're taken care of. The building itself is pretty cute, simple geometric design to it. Our apartment is spacious, well lit and has given us few problems. With the small issues we had when first coming into the apartment, those were taken care of by the amazing man that is maintenance. I think it's also a nice location, it has easy access to downtown, the I-15 and a trax station, can't go wrong with that, whatever your mode of transportation may be. Saying that, I hope to call this place home for a nice long while. Cheers.

    I work downtown and this apartment is right on trax line, walking distance to Vivint Arena, Red Iguana, Walgreens, The Depot and City Creek. Rent is on the higher end but has a gated community, 2 elevators, dog friendly, great neighbors, gym, garage parking, and hot tub under construction, Lee's Market is walking distance. Awesome management team who really care. All in all, very nice place to live even if you want a 1, 2 or 3 BR.

    I am really grateful for the attentiveness in these apartments. The staff always get back to me in a timely manner and listen to me when I talk. I appreciate the new management for sure. They have resolved any problems we had prior and communicate very well. The only issues we’ve run into are that the walls are thin so we can hear a lot of noises from the neighbors and cars outside (if they’re noisy ones). Other than that, it’s amazing to live here. I really enjoy how secure the property is. A key fob is needed to get into the gates, the doors, the garage, elevators, etc. I picked these apartments for the security due to needing an emergency relocation and the new management has been great at fixing any security issues in a swift manner. They also make sure there are signs posted about wearing masks. I feel safe living here. Overall, I would recommend these apartments.

    I have lived here for two years. Location is great. Right next to the downtown trax system. Staffing has changed over time but every person filling the front office role has been super responsive and personable (Karley is now serving in this role, she’s great!). I’ve had some unique requests for them over the years and they have handled them all with care and efficiency. Apartments/floor plans are spacious and pretty reasonably priced. Only reason I did not provide a 5 star rating is due to a few minor thefts from our porch and parking spot over the two years. But to be fair I think that is to be expected when living downtown.

    My name is Tiyana and my roommate and I have lived at 644 City Station apartments since August 2019! I absolutely LOVE this staff - they are positive, responsive and so incredibly reliable! I've never had to worry about any maintenance issues for longer than 24 hours! Our concerns (which we rarely ever have any) are taken care of efficiently and effectively. We never feel like a burden and feel like valued parts of this community! I absolutely LOVE coming home to my apartment and think that we pay a fair wage for the service and aesthetic we're given.     I have never had a more responsive, positive experience at an apartment complex than Kelsie and her team have provided. From the time we walked through the door all the way until now, they've made sure we are completely comfortable and taken care of, and they took the time to explain every single detail of the lease for us with incredible patience. I've had some sour experiences with apartment communities before, but whatever they are doing with management here, they are doing it right. I never have noise issues with neighbors- I can't even hear them 95% of the time at all- our parking spot is always secure (underground garage), and any maintenance requests have always been addressed promptly. I love the pet-friendly policy, and it's nice to know that if we get a pet in the future, we won't have to find a new place to live. All in all, I'm so happy we moved here.

The staff was incredibly helpful, working with us to make sure everything was in order and having our keys available even though we would be arriving on a day the office was closed.     Our experiences with this apartment are all very fond. When we first moved in, there was confusion about the parking situation, but they worked with us to find an amiable solution. We recently had to move out, and the complex was very accommodating with our exit dates and move out process. Convenient parking (costs a bit extra) and located near necessities like Trax station and grocery store. Amazon hub very accessible but delivery people do not have access to the building after office hours. Ample storage in apartment (storage units available for rent and the apartment does not lock you into having it for a set period of time). Of note: Office staff changes every year or so.

    I have been at City Station for the past year. The apartment's staff is extremely helpful and committed to a happy living experience. Kelsie has worked hard, helping getting work orders done, and making sure that the complex is taken care of. The location is great, only half a block from a trax station and front-runner here in Salt Lake. While there are not many close shopping places for groceries, and the closest 7-11 and Maverick are a bit of a walk, but the nice apartments and staff make leaving for groceries worth it every week.

    I've lived here for 4 years and I've never IN MY LIFE loved a location as much as this. In life places are fun but those places are more fulfilling emotionally with the people you are around. The mangers here are outstanding, They have been here for a long time and it feels like they are part of my family now. Everyone is friendly, I have never had a bad experience here. only great, I highly recommend living here. Everything is close, Downtown, highways, great food. Malls, etc.

    I love this apartment complex! I have never lived downtown before and was skeptical about living in an apartment again. (Previous apartments have left a bad taste.) The location is perfect and convenient. Very close to movies, restaurants, bars, shopping etc.. The apartments are very spacious and comfortable and really feels like home. The kitchen has beautiful appliances and tons of cabinet space. Carmel and Devin have also been very kind and courteous, respond quickly to my questions or concerns and made the application process seamless. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.

    Had an awesome experience with James. Walked in 5 minutes to closing time and he still took us on a tour. Even offered us refreshments and snacks! Very friendly and inviting and we are excited to move in soon! If it weren’t for him, we wouldn’t have found a place so quickly!
