    I had a great experience living at Sage Valley Apartments. The entire staff was always professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout my time there. A special thank you to Kiani, Brandy, all office staff and the maintenance crew for consistently going above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of quickly and respectfully. It’s rare to find a team that is that responsive and easy to work with. Another huge plus was the location. Sage Valley was conveniently located near plenty of shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, and other everyday essentials, which made life very convenient. Whether I needed to grab food, run errands, or go out, everything was close by. Overall, Sage Valley Apartments was a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming place to live, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to call home.

    I’d like to leave a huge thank-you to Adam, our maintenance worker. He came by two days ago to fix my toilet, and it was working perfectly afterward. When it started acting up again this afternoon, I put in another service request, and Adam was back in no time. He took the extra time and used the right tools to make sure the issue was fully resolved. His service was fast, friendly, well-mannered, and respectful. He made me feel completely comfortable and never like I was a bother, even though he had to return for the same issue. If I could give him 10 stars, I absolutely would.     Update: had more service done by Adam plus Phil this time. They were in and out quickly, did great work, gave me some maintenance pointers, and made good conversation. Thank you guys! This review is for Adam who came today to spray our balcony for wasps. My maintenance request was missing an important picture and Adam made sure to gather more information from me on the phone to make sure he did the job well. In and out in <10 minutes, and ensured my cats didn’t get anywhere near where he was spraying. Thanks Adam!

    Update 10/7/25 : I recently had to make a maintenance request. It was answered within 24 hours by Adam. He handled my request like he was fixing his own home, ensuring that my ice maker was fixed! I absolutely love everything about living here! Update 2/17/25 : I am still incredibly happy and love living here at Sage Valley! I've yet to come up with one single complaint about this place. I've been living here going on 6 months now. I am absolutely in love with my apartment at Sage Valley. Angelica absolutely is amazing and made me feel cared about and that she really WANTED to do whatever she could to help me live here. She even encouraged and helped me to get my cat certified as a service animal. The pool and hot tub are beautiful and the extras are amazing. The hang out lounge with a pool table and shuffleboard table are mine and my daughters favorite. They also offer fun different things to do every week. This morning, my daughter and I woke up and painted mugs, which all supplies were provided by the apartment. I was also given move in gifts and told if ever in need, I had the amazing option to get food, paper towels, toilet paper and anything else they had. I truly feel so blessed being here. My daughter and I both feel like this is all too good to be true. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful, clean, kind and caring place to live. I have not 1 single negative thing to say about this apartment!!!
