This place is great! Super clean and well maintained, lots of natural lighting and an overall very nice atmosphere. Sal has been so helpful and easy to reach while we’ve been figuring out logistics for our move and asking questions.

Had a great experience working with Sal to rent an apartment for my son. The building is spotless. Great neighborhood. Trader Joe’s across the street and many fun restaurants that are walkable. The studio apartment has large windows, a nice size balcony and a view of the mountains and downtown.

Wow! I have such a wonderful experience working Sal. Trying to find a place to live when you are 2,000 away can be challenging and discouraging. Not with Sal who works with Calla Homes, the townhomes, where I found a place to live. Sal has made the process extremely easy. He has been patient with all my questions and I have no doubt when I finally arrive everything will be just as he described. Wonderful experience!

This place is AMAZING! It's so chic, with a hotel vibe that I've been missing since my days near downtown in San Francisco. There's a comfy-cozy clubhouse with free coffee and fire pits right outside, as well as underground parking, a walk-out patio if you're a first-floor resident, and a fitness room. Also: The guys running the show as of two weeks ago are incredibly personable and so on the ball. 🙌🏼 The road for me was a bit rocky in the beginning due to new management (Kettler) taking over, but Sal (leasing manager) and Gaven (regional manager) took great care of me, and that just speaks volumes for what to expect in the next 15 months, feeling like you've truly come home. And they love dogs!!! 🐶 The convenience (RIGHT off 80!) is also off the charts—easy access to the airport and Park City (where I work). Check this place out if you're looking for an affordable, modern, and upscale option in Sugar House!

Working with Sal has been great. He's accomodating and responsive to his emails. I met Sal for a tour on only his second day, but you would never know it. He adapted quickly to the new property and took care of everything.

Jennifer and Tai are extremely kind and helpful, and I love the location. The nearest S-Line stop and Trader Joe’s are across the street.

Update: I’m over 2 months into living here and am really enjoying it. I’ve lived in 10 other apartment communities, and I can’t say I’ve enjoyed an apartment as much as I am here. There’s quirks just like anywhere, but on the balance I can’t complain. Just be aware that 700 E is a relatively busy 8 lane road where it passes the building. If you’re looking at a unit on that side, make sure you come tour and take a few minutes inside the unit in silence/step on the balcony to ensure you are comfortable with the sound. I’m on the side away from the road so my experience with noise is more limited. I can say that I hear nothing, no noise at all, from outside my unit. Both from other residents or from Simpson Ave or any noise making it around the building from 700 E. The construction of the units and the material/window choices seem high quality. My balcony is mostly quiet and I have such an excellent view from the 4th floor. I spend a lot of time out there. Appliances are pretty good. I’ve had some terrible experiences with the stacked washers and dryers in other apartments (to such an extent seeing similar washers was a major con here, almost keeping me from moving in) but the ones here seem to treat my clothes well. You need your own router, but I was able to buy a good one for about $70 and had my internet up and running easily on move-in day. No maintenance issues so far. I don’t get the impression at all that this is an “upscale scam” as another reviewer stated. Perhaps there were some early issues with the building to iron out, but from my experience these must have been addressed. I dropped a star because they told me when I toured in early may that they’d have more EV chargers within 30 days. It’s mid July and I think that was a bit dishonest, and kind of a big problem for me. Probably keep dropping stars each month as it becomes more clear they didn’t intend to install them. Original post: I’ve had a great experience so far, Brittany has been very helpful getting me approved and my lease ready on short notice. I love the apartments from the aesthetic outside to the unique features inside. Every unit having a balcony was a thoughtful design choice as well. Built right on the S-Line, but more importantly for me, Parleys Trail. Off to a great start here.

As a new resident, I was thrilled to take advantage of their move-in specials, which made settling in even more enjoyable. The apartments themselves are thoughtfully designed, featuring large windows that flood the space with natural light, smart lock entry systems, and in-unit washer and dryer. Additional perks like the fitness center, clubhouse, and outdoor lounge with barbecues enhance the community feel. If you're looking for a modern, convenient, and welcoming place to live in Salt Lake City, I highly recommend checking out Lotus Gallacher.

I had a 6-month stint in SLC for work and decided to live at Lotus Gallacher, which turned out to be a 10/10 choice!!! The staff was super helpful and friendly. The brand-new apartment was clean and convenient. I loved the shared spaces and the layout of my studio. It was perfectly situated for a downtown commute with all the charm of SugarHouse. I loved Trader Joe’s right across the street and taking long walks around the surrounding neighborhood. The view from my balcony was best of all!!!

Kyle did a wonderful job at breaking down pricing and showed me multiple options. He made my experience fluid and easy.

Beautiful new property with very convenient location, walking distance to restaurants and Trax. Apartments have great finishes and layout. Kyle and Tyler were amazing at answering all our questions.

I love the spacious studio with the loft bed. Tons of storage. Brittany was also amazing at answering all my long questions. Close to Trax which is awesome. Everything was clean and maintained.
