    Love living at ICO! Safe, good amenities and close to EVERYTHING! A couple of suggestions: 1) The pool water gets dirty very quickly. More regularity in cleaning it would go a long way. It would also be great if you could keep the pool and hot tub open past 10 PM. 2) This seems silly, but the Icafe coffee and cups run out too often. Thanks for a great living experience!

    Been here a year and an half and still loving it! Very peaceful, neighbors keep to themselves, staff is courteous and responsive, lots of natural light - and I have the best view of the mountains!

    I’ve lived at IcoFort Union for a year now and just signed a new lease for another year. Sydney (property manager), Daniel (maintenance manager) Holly and Cam in the office are amazing people. They all went above and beyond to help me get settled in again. My experience over the last year has been positive a solid 10/10! The units are brand new, and so are the appliances. The pool and hot tub are great, and so is the gym and office work rooms. They even have extra storage options to rent ( a large closet in the hallways of the apartment building) which is great, so you don’t need to find a third party like U-Haul or Cubes to rent from. The rent is pricey, but I’m a firm believer in “you get what you pay for”. I prefer living in a newer unit, my car secured in a parking garage, fobs needed to access everything, and apps on my phone to control lights, door lock, and thermostat in my apartment. The location is amazing , close to all the great stores and Hwy 215/15. Can’t find a better place in Cottowood Heights. Thanks again Sydney!

    My experience from beginning from the beginning of the application process all the way through maintenance I come in and look at a few things and get them repaired relatively quickly. It’s a friendly atmosphere friendly environment. The cleanliness of the common spaces is phenomenal. I would highly recommend these accommodations and this location anyone looking to relocate. Only set back is the showers water pressure. If you can get past that everything else is Amazing

    I’ve been living at ICO Fort Union for the past 2 months now, and I can honestly say this has been the best apartment experience I’ve had. From the moment I toured the property, I was impressed with how clean and well-maintained everything is. The landscaping is immaculate, and it’s clear that the team takes pride in keeping the property in top shape. I love how well built there units are. It’s so quiet here, and I really appreciate not hearing my neighbors—something that’s hard to find in apartment living! The layout of my one-bedroom unit is also fantastic. It feels spacious and open, with plenty of natural light streaming in, making it a really comfortable space to live in. I also love how modern and stylish the finishes are—it truly feels like a home, not just a place to crash. The leasing office staff has been incredibly accommodating. I needed a garage parking stall, and they worked with me to get that sorted out quickly. I’m so grateful for that, as it makes my life so much easier during the colder months. A special shoutout to Sydney, who has been such a great vibe and is always attentive and ready to help. The leasing agent is also extremely kind and professional (I forgot her name) they both really go above and beyond to ensure I have what I need. Another thing I love about ICO Fort Union is the location. It’s tucked away in a quiet area, but still so close to shopping, restaurants, and everything you need. You get the best of both worlds—peace and convenience. After looking at about 10 different properties before making my decision, I can confidently say this place has exceeded my expectations. It’s the perfect mix of comfort, style, and great service. Highly recommend! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

    I was very interested in renting from here. The community is beautiful and the apartments are luxurious. I ended up going with another complex simply because of financial reasons.     So far I highly recommend Sydney. She has been amazing to answers every questions. The place is beautiful and new. The area is great too. There is some extra luxe with that place such as someone picking up the garbage right at the door. Extra storage available. The gym is amazing and there is the pool even if it’s not year round the hottub is and it’s big enough for a kid to enjoy some swimming and adult to relax. The place is big so I’m not sure at term if the amenities will be busy but as of now it’s not. I’m aware of a pet washing station opening later on the last building that is a plus for us as I wash my dogs every weeks and it’s a pain to do at home . I’m excited to see if the management stay as good after while being a tenant but so far I would say they are amazing. Ask for Sydney she is awesome

    Wow! These brand new apartments have such beautiful finishes. I like the area so much, right around the corner from my office, in the middle of Fort Union with great I-215 access, amazing stores like Trader Joe’s, tons of restaurants and shopping but still tucked away. Great controlled-access parking below the apartments, too. It’s rare to find apartments this nice in such a built-out area! Highly recommended!

    The property at fort union has to be one of the most astonishing properties I had looked at, I had made an appointment with Sydney and her professional yet warm and welcoming demeanor had me feeling comfortable and completely confident as her knowledge and ambition between all of the differences describing the different units. I hadn’t been quite sure which unit I was interested in or the number of bedrooms, correlating with the Sydney educated rather fast and I had my mind made up on arrival. I would recommend touring the property and can only hope others will see the attention to detail and a very warm and welcoming space and staff. I had also Met the security guard Josh who had been very helpful and had a very knack for the property, I will definitely feel safe with him around the are.
