Well maintained and quiet with helpful staff; have definitely enjoyed living here!

I really enjoy living here. The managers have been very kind with me and very understanding to seriously insane levels of rude upstairs numbers. They really care about there tenants. A lot of think break or shut often. But thats not their fault since they informed me they just bought it. So its the old managers fault and they work really hard to fix anything we discover. They're maintenance guy is also really kind and I never feel unsafe nor do I feel unsafe about letting them come in to fix things if im not home. And perfectly located with the train right at the back of the location. Im saving so much money not having to drive now. Im really enjoying this place :)

Zac and Carter are absolutely amazing! Friendly, welcoming and extremely professional.

The apartments are modern and roomy, with amenities like a pool, hot tub and gym. The community is clean and quiet and it’s handy to have the Meadowbrook TRAX station nearby. The staff, especially Zac, are professional and responsive and really make residents feel welcome.

I had the chance to have a great conversation with Zac this last week, and he is super cool! For me, the people running things make the biggest difference for what it's like to live somewhere!

Completed a rental verification at this property and Carter in the office was so friendly. Most properties aren’t friendly to potential competitors. Refreshing.

I had the pleasure of doing a walk-through with Zach, the apartment manager. He gave me a walk-through, of the clubhouse, hot tub and pool to start the walk-through. After that, he showed me where the drop off for mail room was at . He gave me a walk-through of a one bedroom apartment and a studio apartment with great views overlooking the city. Both the one bedroom and the studio apartment are Spacious. I would recommend anyone looking for an apartment to go look at these apartments!

I have been dealing with zac he is a great manager, very professional and attentive, the apartment units are very nice and the property is very centralized and great location, i would definitely recommend via apartments

Zac and Carter have been fantastic. Very helpful and made sure that I understood all of the charges and made sure it was the right fit.

I have lived at Via for 5 years almost and it has gone through its growing pains! I am on my 7th property manager, therefore I don't get invested in things that are happening because I just feel if I do another property manager will appear! Now for the good things: I have never slept anywhere that is so quiet! Even with the Metro Hub to the side of me I can barely hear any noises. When the buses start going at 5 am I wake up, but then the sound lulls me back to sleep. I have walked through the property during all times of the day and never got scared. I do wish that people use the pool that the pool is for everyone that pays rent and not just for their party! I have been given the side eye when I sit down and read a book. The Via is centrally located and is close to the freeways and there is a fire department is down the street.

I absolutely love living here at Via!! My husband and I have lived here over 3 years. We have gone through a few management changes, but this new team is ON TOP OF IT. Absolutely amazing service. A beautiful community area, a nice pool and our apartment is beautiful. So spacious and maintenance is always fast and accountable. Love living here!!

I have been here for about 2 years and it's been good. There are some flaws that it has but they recently had management change that will hopefully make things better around here. Overall good place to live.

I’ve lived here for about 7 months now and I’ve had a pretty good experience overall. It’s pretty clean, quiet and safe. Management has changed about 3 times now but the people in charge right now seem pretty good.

I lived at Via in 2018 and just returned as a resident in 2025. Via is now under new management who is really doing a great job supporting their residents and cultivating a community. The apartments are very nice and modern with tons of space! The leasing office staff have been incredibly helpful when I’ve had questions or issues and I’m so happy to be living at Via!

Our new management has been doing a great job of revamping our building making it a priority to interact and listen to our feedback. Carter and Zac both have been awesome working hard day in and day out to make our overall experience living here one of the best. They are amazing individuals who are making great changes in our time here and we look forward to being here with them in future!

Estoy demasiado feliz viviendo en los apartamentos de Vía. Es una comunidad tranquila, libre de humo, limpia y con grandes comodidades. Queda en una zona muy central cerca de todo y acceso a vías principales y a la freeway.

Darnell by far is the best part of renting here at this point. I've been a resident for over 3 years multiple management changes in that time. Sometimes it feels like they care sometimes they don't. Apartment overall has new furnishings and is central but also brings in sometimes unwanted company. The gym is well maintained and a nice addition overall average for the cost.

Via has been a great place to live. Makayla and Hannah have always been helpful. We love living so close to the freeway, and downtown.

Makayla and Hannah have been amazing to work with! In fact it’s because of Makalya, that I decided to sign a new lease for another year at Via. Darnell also worked his tail off, to ensure my new unit was ready on the 1st. I’d give 10 out of 10, would definitely recommended!

Lived here back in 2021. Management is extremely nice and easy to work with. Very quiet complex. The apartments are nice, new, and pretty spacious. This is a bad part of town but I felt safe here anyway. If you don’t have a car, this is a good place to live because the Meadowbrook rail station is right around the corner. Internet is very fast and stable and I never had pest issues. All in all a pretty good experience.

Really a good, quick and direct customer service experience. I got Scott taking care of all details and made the processing easy. Nice place, enjoyable community.

ViA has been an excellent place to live. Scott and his team have been nothing but nice and attentive in ensuring I enjoy my time at ViA. They are timely, respectful, and supportive!

VIA Apartments has been home for 4 years and I could whole heartedly say, it had its ups and downs, but the current management team (Scott Sleater & Yulissa Gomez) are simply amazing! They keep the property clean and safe! Parking is available for different budgets, if not street parking is available. The gym is small but has everything you need to maintain a healthy lifestyle. The pool and jacuzzi are maintained and clean. There are pool rules that make sure it's a safe, clean, and fun environment for everyone to enjoy. Management have activities where everyone can meet their neighbors and enjoy from refreshments. I could honestly say this is a great place to live!

Moved in back in August (my very first real apartment) and it has been an amazing experience so far. People are great, apartment is nice, and life feels good here.

The new management is very good. I’ve been here 4 years and this is one of the best management teams they’ve had. Yulissa was very helpful with fixing my door code issues. She kept following up with me until the problem was solved.

Tara is absolutely phenomenal! She is organized, knowledgeable and personable which makes her extremely helpful through the leasing process. Tara takes the above and beyond approach and is obviously passionate about doing her best to help people find their new space at Via Apartments and settle in.

This place is AMAZING! The apartments themselves are exactly like the model they show you. Extremely clean, open and cozy. All the staff here is super friendly and cares about each and every one of us. Will absolutely recommend this apartment complex to anybody!

Super helpful office staff!

Been here for a few weeks and I absolutely love it! So far it’s clean, quiet, and I personally think the apartment layout is designed well. Also with rising housing prices, I think it’s fairly priced. I’m very happy I ended up at Via :)

ViA apartments are beautiful. The apartments have great floor plans and the amenities are great and well cared for. The location couldn’t be better. Colton, the office manager, is fantastic. He’s very attentive and addresses concerns right away. He and his team do an amazing job of keeping the property running and looking great! ViA is a great place to call home.

I moved here a year ago and love it! The management is always on top of things and keeps the complex really clean! I have never had issues with unexpected fees and the management seems to really keep their renter best interest in mind. The street is pretty quiet and close to downtown, shopping, and hiking. Overall it’s a really great place to live!

The office staff is always ready to answer my questions and willing to work with me to the best of their ability. Maintenance is quick to make fixes as needed. Quality apartments I would highly recommend!

Nice apartments but kind of expensive.

I can say I am very impressed that the pictures match up with the apartments in person as for now a days I feel like pictures can be very deceiving if you know what I mean. Anyways! First thing that caught my attention here at this site is that their pool is open year around which, for me, this is the first complex I’ve seen with a heated pool! Second I liked the fact how close it is to the trax’s as transportation is very important to me as I currently do not have a car and I need a way to get to work. Lastly the management here was very cooperative and patient with me as Jewelette and a Colton helped answer all my questions that I had on my list. Thank you guys! Top 3 in my complex’s that I will be applying for (:

Lived at ViA for 2 years! Space was great, never experienced any issues with rodents or pests. It’s located around the corner from the traxs station, which is convenient. They have gated parking (extra charge) and street parking. The cons were management teams changing 3 times in my 2 years of living there. Made it difficult to build relationships as well as caused lots of confusion and loss of information as new faces appeared often in the leasing office. Community charges fluctuate by month which means you’ll never pay the same amount each time. Construction across the street is active 6 days a week and is loud!!! The gym is small and so is the pool but both are well kept. Overall, a nice place to live.

Easy peasy application process. Moving in soon. Within minutes I was approved! There is other prices tacked on to the rent, but I suppose you would pay there anywhere you move into. Savannah (property manager) was awesome and quite knowledgeable of the property. Can't wait to be a Via Apartment renter....I found my HOME after about 10 years! I use to be homeless, then lived with relatives, but it always been my dream to be back on my own. Thanks Via Apartment managers! :)

I Had a great experience while i was there and they are very good at what they do,stick to the rules and you'll be fine.

I have been living here at Via for a month and I am so incredibly grateful that I do. Mrs. Nikol Ross and Mr. Logan Bratton (Property Management) are so amazing and have been extremely professional and knowledgeable about all my questions and assisting me with all Via has to offer. It is very clean and very well taken care of. They have an open door office so you can stop by and talk any time. Every time I have they have been fun and joyful to visit with, always smiling. I have made very good friends with the maintenance team as when I pass them in the parking lot they are always cheerful and say hello. They have returned all my phone calls and emails and requests within hours. They sincerely care about their residents and they even have their own app with suggestions of social events, restaurants, and sites to see. A very tech savvy and cool way to stay up to date on what’s going on in the Via community. Like Pizza parties and potlucks. The amenities are impressive with a pool and a jacuzzi with a flat screen to watch for the ultimate relaxation and entertainment. And a very nice gym with up to date equipment with towels and TVs to catch up on sports while you train. The weights and equipment are always clean and ready to use. I would recommend living here to anyone and again I am so glad I do!

Very nice place. Everything is updated and current. Big and beautiful rooms. And the staff person who showed us around was very helpful and kind. We want to live here.

Via is great! Here is why: 1) Mitch was very helpful in the weeks before our move. He dealt with my many questions like a pro, and he was always so friendly. Juan seems cool and helpful. Oscar is also great. All of the staff has been terrific. 2) My unit is very nice. I am impressed with the quality of the finishings for a rental. The wood (floors are beautiful, and the appliances are new and shiny. The kitchen is fantastic. The counter tops are large and beautiful. The sink basin is so huge and deep, and the tap is amazing. The fridge, stove, and microwave are stainless steel. There is a lot of storage, but you do have to be tall to use some of it. There is a very cool, modern light fixture over the bar as well. Our unit has a mountain view, which is spectacular. The other side of the building will have a view of a construction site at the moment. 3) The public areas are great. There main building has bike storage, a work room, the I Café, workout room, and a great balcony. I Café is a nicely furnished room with a large TV, a fridge with soft drinks, a Keurig and K-cups, and snacks. I have worked in there several times. Right off the I Cafe, there is an amazing patio with big couches, a large gas fire-pit, a grill, and beautiful lights. The workout room has cardio machines, free weights, and other machines. The pool area looks amazing, with a gorgeous hot tub, and lounge area with a massive TV. There is also gated parking and garages available. 4) The neighborhood is better than anticipated. We are right across from the Trax station, however, which is amazing. There are also a plethora of restaurants two blocks over on State Street, but this block is rather quiet. I am pleasantly surprised. 5) The only real sources of dissatisfaction have come from smells, which is common for apartment living. There is a very strange smell in the main hallway of my floor. Someone tried to cover it up with an air freshener, but I think that is adding to the bad smell. Our apartment also smells like a hardware store. This is because the building is only a year old, but the smell is fading. The biggest issue was that one of my neighbors seemed to be smoking in their unit and the smell came into my apt. After I tried a few things to prevent the odor from coming in, I contacted Mitch for suggestions. He took it very seriously, and whatever he did worked. I haven’t smelled cigarettes lately. I’ll be sure to update if my opinion changes. This review was not incentivized by Via in any way.
