They truly were—and still are—fantastic at this property. I found people who helped throughout the entire rental process for my father. Israel, Robeily, and Antonella—believe me, if there were more stars available, I would give them to them. Try to seek them out; they will make the process much easier.

Hello everyone, over the past two years, I've experienced numerous problems in my apartment. I reported them to the previous management in person at their office, and I also sent them emails and photos, but unfortunately, to no avail. They only offered empty promises and false reassurances, and things only got worse. They did absolutely nothing. But when the new management took over, I informed them of all the issues in my apartment, and they did a fantastic job resolving all the problems I had been facing for the past two years in a very short time. Therefore, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the wonderful manager, Israeli, and his team for their dedication and hard work. You are amazing, and I appreciate everything you've done for us. We are happy to have you with us, and I wish you continued success, because you deserve it. My best regards and respect to you..

I am so thankful for our new Community Manager. I was in need of a hot water tank repair. Within 10 minutes after my call to Israel, in the office, I had a maintenance man at my door. The repair was done in a timely manner and I had hot water in 30 minutes. What a wonderful change! Thank you, Cecelia

Ellie, and all the people here are extremely nice, very patient, and helped me every step of the way. Starting with the application, and throughout my approval. My cousin lives there, and he has had an amazing experience. He loves living there, especially because the staff in the office are so kind, helpful, and caring. It is very rare in our day and age to find such good people who truly care❤️

This has been a great place to live I lived here 6 years I appreciate the way a certain situation was handled , After the regional manager listened to my concerns and needs of my fridge going out , I have loved the community here staff and residence I will truly miss this place . 🌺🌺🌺

The people at Birkhill were so helpful and kind. My new apartment was spotless and in great condition-obviously well-cared for. Very happy that i found Birkhill!

Christina and Jozlyn are great , Christina is new in the office and you can tell she really cares about people here , and they are great to work with here iv been here for a long time and I love it here . You have to be careful and use common sense like everywhere in the valley , but for the most part it’s safe here . Very centrally located The apartments are beautiful!

Good management

I have moved here in the being of April and I absolutely love being here. Haven’t been to the pool yet due to Covid. Have met other residents that are kind and friendly, the stuff are awesome willing to help with anything that needs to be done. Not a whole lot of noise, spacious, clean, beside some of the residents that don’t know how to use the garbage shoot and likes to throw all their garbage out in the cans in the parking Garage where it can be gross. I have to give appreciation to the maintenance people that take care of that part. it’s rude that there are residence that don’t have no consideration where they live. Besides that over all it’s one of the best places to live. Would recommend it.

The office staff and maintenance have always been super helpful! They do inspections regularly to make sure all the apartments are well taken care of which I really appreciate.

I lived here for 3 and a half years and for the most part I really did like it. You have to dial in or use a key thob to enter and there are security cameras all over which help me feel safe. There's a work out room, computer room, covered garage, and heated pool. The maintenance staff is amazing (especially Jonny)! They are always there with a smile to help fix a problem! The down fall is there is no designated visitor parking lot/ area,and there very little visitor parking and it is curbside street parking. Another downfall is when i lived here the fire alarm was always going off at all hours of the night. Just be careful and make sure you take the steps you need to when moving out or they will charge you nickel and dime for everything you do wrong.

Lived her a few years ago and loved it. The management was amazing and so nice. Rented out the clubhouse for a post Halloween party and it was beautiful and intimate among friends

I’ve lived here for almost 5 years. There’s obviously going to be some issues, but that’s the case with any apartment complex. For the most part I love living here. It’s super convenient to the freeway and to a trax station. I absolutely loved the management team when I first moved in. Katie and Jessica were awesome. They’ve had some changes in management, but I haven’t really had any problems. I do agree with other comments that Maintenence requests are better done in person. But the maintenance team itself is awesome. They are all really friendly. Jonny in particular always has jerky in his pocket for the dogs that live here. My dog adores him lol. The Maintenence staff does an excellent job of keeping the property well maintained. It’s always clean, and the outside always looks on point. My only complaints are that the walls are on the thin side, so I can hear my neighbors more than I’d like to. But again, it’s an apartment so you can’t expect absolute silence. Also the fire alarm goes off more than it probably should. Most of the time it’s because someone burned something while cooking and opened their door to the interior hallway, so it sets off the alarm for the entire building. Having to evacuate with a tiny shivering dog every month or so isn’t the funnest thing in the world. But all in all, I’d definitely recommend this place. It’s in a great location, well maintained, and pretty well sized for the price.

These apts are nice quiet a lil on the small side but still love my quiet apt. They are pet friendly also give your furry side kick a treat when u walk in the Office. The management is friendly and understand that we all maybe a tad on the different side from another. Yet we watch out for our neighbors as well as each other

I had a very nice experience when looking for an apartment. Makenzie was very knowable and polite. Went on a tour with her and was very pleased with the upkeep of the premises. The apartments are very nice and see to be exactly what I'm looking for.

The staff here at Birkhill are amazing!!! Had pest control come same day i told them i saw a creepy in my apartment. Jackie is super friendly and goes out of her way to make you feel welcome! My husband and I are so happy to be living here and would recommend it to anyone thinking of living here!

Apts. themselves are very nice and we have excellent management and maintenance workers. Howver this is a very business like area without any parks within walkung distance. Car depenndent.

I was blown away by the cleanliness, beautiful and pleasant atmosphere, The staff members were professional, respectful and kind, an overall great experience.

Nice community. Clean hallways. Parking is sufficient in the garage. Helpful maintenance.
