Turnberry Apartments

Thanks to Taylor Sheldon the process was smooth and very easy! She worked with my schedule when it came to touring different floor plans and answered any questions I had.

My experience at Turnberry has been nothing but extraordinary. The environment itself is so warm and welcoming. The staff is beyond helpful, Jenny the assistant manager has been amazing! She is always so helpful and willing to answer any questions or concerns regarding the apartments with a smile on her face. I love turnberry and recommend it to any and everyone looking for a new home!

My family and I moved in nearly 7 months ago, and we have absolutely loved the place since our arrival. The grounds are beautiful, and the dog run area is perfect for our pup. The office staff has been nothing short of amazing; they are always willing to help, no matter the situation. The groundskeepers and maintenance crew are also very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this complex to friends and family.

Taylor is so helpful to coordinate everything start from leasing period until move-in. She is always proactively resolved all the issues and answer all the questions with patience. Norman is awesome and one of the greatest maintenance I have ever met. He can fix all the issues rapidly.

Taylor was excellent with the onboarding process and moved very quickly working on our application. The culture of the apartment complex is great. Very diverse and the soccer field brings us all together.

Absolutely love this apartment and refer it to anyone who needs a place the staff are so kind and always reliable the maintenance is always on top of everything and fast to fix any problems such as nice area too

Just got into the new apartment!! Taylor was absolutely wonderful with helping us get everything set and ready to go. Communication between parties was spectacular and I am so excited to have my fresh start here :)

We moved out of Turnberry Apartments a couple months ago due to purchasing a home. Turnberry was very easy to work with and reasonable in terms of breaking our lease early. We have had bad experiences with apartment move outs in the past getting over charged unnecessarily, so we were nervous about getting dinged unnecessarily. However, we were very happy to get our deposit back minus a standard cleaning fee. While we were at Turnberry maintenance requests were always fixed promptly (within 24 hours), and emergency requests were quickly responded to. The apartments are nice with the pool, grills, and workout room being the amenities we regularly used. The leasing office was very friendly in all our interactions, and the area (Holladay) is one of the best places in SLC in our opinion. We would recommend Turnberry to anyone looking for a place to rent.

We went there to inquire some stuff about moving in and Taylor was kind and patient enough to walk us through with the application process . She is very helpful and understanding 🫶🏻

Finding a safe place to land for myself and my kids after such a heartbreaking divorce felt overwhelming... until I met Taylor at Turnberry. Her patience, kindness, and steady encouragement meant more than I can put into words. She didn't just help me find a place-she helped me find the courage to take this next step. Because of her, I now have the keys to a place we can finally call our own. And that means everything.

I just moved in a few days ago. So far so good! Taylor with the leasing office was kind and easy to work with. I love my little unit. The layout is very comfortable and charming. Balconies are pretty spacious and I’m pleasantly surprised with the amount of storage space I have.

Very impressed with the cleanliness of the complex. Staff are professional and nice.

Taylor was delightful to work with. She really gave us the “Luxury Apartment” experience.

It is the best complex to live in, the administration is very good, their attention is excellent and everything is very quiet, definitely the best place to live❤️✨🙌🏾

Jenny has been absolutely amazing over the past year. She is kind, professional, and always so understanding. From start to finish, she made sure my family felt heard, respected, and supported, and her communication was consistently clear and thoughtful. My dad especially appreciated how responsive and considerate she was whenever questions or concerns came up. It truly means a lot to interact with someone who not only does their job well but also leads with compassion and care. We’re very grateful for everything Jenny has done. Turnberry Apartments is lucky to have her, and I highly recommend working with her.

I just moved in like a month ago and the office staff are on point the most important thing is that they are listening to what you need. I need the maintenance and the guy that name starts with N and the other gentleman Jacob they came maybe two hours from my request (very impressive) and they fixed it toke care of everything. Thank you guys for being on top of it. I do appreciate it ♥️ Not 5 stars enough but I’ll give my additional ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

So far so good. The box was missing for the Internet so that is delaying my ability to connect until next week when that arrives. Outside of that ever else has been very seamless. The office staff has been very helpful. Looking forward to my time here in Turnberry and Utah.

I’ve really enjoyed living here! I appreciate how the staff has been working to build a stronger sense of community by organizing more resident events, which helps us neighbors to meet and connect. The office team is always quick to respond (and with great attitudes as well!) and does an excellent job keeping residents updated on any issues or developments in the area. Can't wait to see what other great things are in store for Turnberry!

Jasmine is awesome!!!! She has been very quick and helpful with our application. We needed it done before the long weekends and she kept us posted about all the process and she was super nice about it. We’re very impressed!

Turnberry Apartments have been wonderful! I truly enjoy the peace and quietness of the neighborhood and the view of the mountains is unbeatable! Everyone in the community is very kind and respectful. The staff and crew truly listen to your email responses and get things fixed within a timely manner. I would recommend this location to future residents (especially having a top floor).

Love my apartment! The upgrades are great office staff and maintenance are wonderful and the property is adorable. If I were to describe Turnberry in one word it would be "charming", everything from the aesthetics to the neighborhood I'm in. I've been here for 6 months and am happy to call this place home 🤍

Turnberry Apartments has been a wonderful experience! My apartment was clean and beautifully renovated, making my move-in process very easy. The staff have been consistently friendly, helpful, and quick to address any needs. The grounds, pool, gym, and playground are always kept clean and neat. My only suggestion for improvement would be the addition of security cameras on the property. Overall, my time at Turnberry Apartments has been fantastic, and I really enjoy living here!

Great experience with the management of Turnberry compared to other apartment experiences.

Over all this is a nice community to live in. Always clean and the communication when needed is quick and mindful.

Very friendly staff and very clean surroundings.

Efforts to improve and update the complex are mostly positive. However, it seems some services have been "created" to generate income for the owners and are unwanted by longterm residents. Having to pay every month for services the residents are not using is unfair, especially for seniors on a fixed income.

Love living here. Great amenities. Very quick response from maintenance. Honestly it’s the best maintenance crew I’ve ever had to work with. They are prompt, respectful and very efficient. Very nice and responsive office staff.

Love how beautiful they keep the grounds up and all the trees and flowers. Great staff and maintenance super helpful. Great place to raise kids as well.

The area is nice. The parking is great. The staff is good. There are just a lot of fees AND the complex is pretty old.

Recently moved in and had some minor maintenance issues but Norm and Duane were prompt and effective (very polite too). Rent processing portal is clunky and confusing but happy with the support this far.

We have lived here two years and just signed another year and are moving into a 3 bedroom. Management is responsive anytime you contact them and Duane and Layne the maintained men are beyond amazing, they are super friendly and respectful,great with people's pets and have always shown up when we needed something in our unit fixed.

Management are nice, buildings looks pretty good, and easy/fast application to acceptance process

I’ve lived here for a month now and so far it’s been good. Everyone in office is friendly and helpful. Gym is a nice bonus and hardly ever busy. I love the amenities for the kids. Quick to get things fixed, overall been a wonderful experience so far.

Very helpful staff when addressing maintenance concerns. Maintenance request get taken care of promptly. Nice facility with pool, playground and gym. Amazing neighbors for kids to play with. I love living here
