    Excellent comfort for peaceful living, it's what we all look for: a good price and good service, always attentive to cleanliness and customer service. A good option when moving. We always have to look for the best option to live and Moda Union is one of the best options to live in Midvale, Utah. It has been one of the best opportunities to live with tranquility and is one of the condominiums with the best prices.

    I have a great experience living in this apartment. The unit is clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The layout is functional and spacious, with plenty of natural light. The kitchen and appliances are in good condition, and everything works properly. The location is very convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and main roads. The neighborhood feels safe and quiet, which I really appreciate. Management is responsive and helpful whenever I have questions or need assistance. Overall, it’s a great place to live, and I definitely recommend it.

    We’re looking to relocate from out of state, and finding an apartment while scouting the city (without breaking the bank) was sooo stressful… until we came across this complex. The agent we communicated was great! And her being multilingual was a huge help, she was always quick to respond to our concerns, taking the time to explain everything in detail. She made the whole process feel easy and stress-free (which is rare these days!). The facilities are well-maintained, which was really important to us. If you’re moving from out of state or just looking for a smooth rental experience, I’d definitely recommend checking this apartment complex.

    Affordable new building without all the extra fee’s. Close to I15 & trax.Covered parking, washer/dryer. Excellent management/maintenance. They fix things right away if there’s a problem. They try to keep the building clean. There’s a club house you can reserve. Small gym and pool table. If you get an apt facing east you get a beautiful view of the mountains.

    I love living here… I’m living here about one year and half. My wife and I never had any problems with administration; Ester and Claudia always was really friendly with us and always help us with everything. I also would like to say that the Maintenance crew is amazing! We open a call and usually things are fixed very quickly. The job that this guys do to keep everything working it is amazing. Thank you guys to make our experience in living at Moda Union the best possible.

    Managment is always helpful, specially Esther and she’s always lovely. Benny and the maintenance team is always helpful and try to solve issues as fast as they can possibly be :). Most of the times the building is clean and in good state, would definitely give it a 5 if it wasn’t for some neighbors :( but yeah, overall has been a great experience living here :)
