Comencé a vivir aqui en Mayo 2026 y mi experiencia ha sido increíble tanto con la gente de la oficina como con el personal de mantenimiento. Amamos las áreas comunes como la piscina y el clubhouse.

Todas las chicas de la oficina son super amables y te ayudan con todo de manera eficiente, la propiedad siempre esta muy limpia, es tranquila y muy segura si estan buscando un sitio para vivir con una excelente calidad, esta es la mejor opcion amo vivir aqui

I would like to highlight and thank the team—especially Jean Karla. We enjoyed excellent communication characterized by honesty and sincerity regarding the types of contracts they offer; there were absolutely no issues. She was always very clear regarding the lease terms and the specific policies for each apartment complex. It is worth noting that the staff speaks both English and Spanish; they are very friendly—unlike many other places that offer no assistance—and I have observed that several team members speak Spanish perfectly, helping many people navigate their contracts.

Allyssa and her team are the best! We have lived here for almost 2 years and have always been taken care of! 10 out of 10 recommend living here

The leasing office team was absolutely great throughout the entire apartment rental process. They were friendly, professional, and very helpful. They took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure all my questions were answered. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend working with them!

I’m a Gardner station appartement resident for 2 years now. I like my appartement. It so cute , peaceful, calm and all residents are friendly. Our office staff are so kind, friendly and respectful. They answer all of my requests as needed and make me feel in my place…

Good place to live. It is calm. Alexus & Allyssa in the office is VERY attentive when I need something addressed. Prices are really good for what you get.

Overall, I have really liked this place! There are definitely pros and cons. For the price and location, it has been worth it for sure. Pros: - great view of the mountains (not every apartment) - good quality apartments - new + clean appliances - amenities available (gym, hot tub, etc.) - dog-friendly (clean-up stations everywhere) - excellent location, very central in the valley, close to trax, etc. - well insulated, fairly quiet - staff has been very helpful and attentive when I have needed something - access to the trail close by has been amazing Cons: - tenants do not clean up after dogs, there is dog poop and urine all over the grounds (including entrances to buildings) - the gym is limited with equipment, doesn't have anti-bacterial wipes to wipe down machines, no mirrors - VERY limited times for when amenities are available: pool is only open in summer, gym is only open 10 am - 10 pm (not good for morning gym people), pool table/game area is only open during office hours (when everyone is at work) - this has felt like a bit of a waste of money - key fob to enter building is on an app (I have been locked out more than once due to dead phone/not taking phone with me to take dog out/etc.)

Been an awesome experience living here. The staff his very friendly and responsive, shout out to Alyssa , Alexis , Isabella and Clint for making things convenient whenever I need them.

Beautiful apartments. There were a few issues regarding move in and once I obtained the apartment. The staff worked hard to make everything right. Communication is key with the staff. I love the building that I live in all the neighbors that I have come in contact with are so polite, and helpful. This was a definite upgrade for me!

Lived here for over 2 years and love it! My unit is spacious, Maintenance is punctual and staff in the leasing office are extremely friendly and helpful. Plan on staying for several more years!

Would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone! Everyone in the office is so nice and willing to help and the apartment itself is beautiful! Plus the covered heated parking is a huge bonus in the winter. 10/10

I like living here for the convenience in location and the windows. -Package delivery is not safe, I’ve had my packets opened, tampered w, stolen too I guess (stated delivery but never showing up) found on other peoples doors, on the sidewalk. ordering something? forget about it! -small gym, could use more equipment and mirrors -pet friendly, dog park much needed! -lots of initial maintenance issues needing fixing -spotty wifi, sometimes you Can get locked out lol -Pool only open 3 months out of the year even if it’s hot weather still -Friendly leasing agents -fun leasing office activities or treats to stop in for -convenient gas station, food places, and lots of coffee shops nearby -could use a bigger closets for the 2nd bedrooms

Love this place, the view in the apartment unit I was in is amazing, such a great space overall. Arienn in the leasing office was always so helpful.

I really like living here and always have the BEST interactions with Alyssa in the leasing office. She is so kind and helpful and always goes out of her way to assist you with whatever you need. Our apartment is modern and roomy and has a great view of the mountains (even over the top of the other building). The only things I would suggest are some sort of fenced in dog area and maybe some mirrors in the gym.

We were one of the first tenants here in 2019. We really love living here. The staff is friendly, the apartments are beautiful, and it’s super pet friendly! Love it here!

I spent only a year at the complex, but my overall experience was great. My building was in an ideal spot, the grounds were always maintained, the staff was always helpful, and it was always quiet. Hands down the best apartment living experience I’ve had to date. I highly recommended if you are shopping around! Sending many thanks to the leasing and maintenance staff for making it easy!!

We love Gardner Station Apartments! Michelle is so incredible and has made our experience at Gardner Station amazing. She is always so helpful, welcoming, and has saved the day several times. We are so thankful for Gardner Station, but more specifically, for Michelle!

We LOVE living here! Literally everything is perfect! The ladies in the office are so friendly and very on top of the game! It's a beautiful property in a great location! Anytime we've ever needed maintenance they are always very quick and communicate with us about when they come. Definitely going to resign our lease!

Michelle has done so much for me from the start! Apartments are pricey but definitely the better ones I’ve been in.

I love my apartment here. The staff has always been super helpful. They have fun community activities, have a nice gym, and have a great maintenance team. The only downsides are that they don’t keep the outside super clean. There usually trash on the ground. It could be easily fixed if there were more trash cans by the doors. Also, the locks on the main doors to the building have some trouble. They are finicky with the fob but work well with the app. So it’s not a huge deal. Overall I love it here!

On boarding experience: We have been looking at appartments for quite some time. So much that we toured 3 different times, all with 3 different people and all of them were amazing! The staff is super nice and very straight forward and willing to help. Apartment quality: these appartments are brand new, so no random stains, no bs. They are affordable compared to the rest of the complexes in the area. It also looks like they will have shops/restaurants coming in. Overall: I reccomend going here, everyone is nice, no noise. Underground parking. The only downside is that the mailboxes might be a bit too far depending on where you are at!

I have lived here for about 7 months, and have no complaints!! It is so wonderful. Such a great area, community, and the staff is amazing! I love calling Gardner Station home.

Michelle in the main office has been an amazing help!! Any time I have any issues or complaints she is always there to help resolve things quickly. She is always keeping the residents in mind in everything she does and looks out for us when ever things come up. Thanks to her I am wanting to stay here as long as possible.

I just recently moved out of these beautiful apartments! I have nothing but great things to say about this community! Friendly maintenance staff & office staff. Allyssa and Michelle always go above and beyond! You will not regret living here!

This is a review specifically for Michelle. Our furnace broke and was just blowing cold air while it was snowing outside. We called the office and Michelle went out of her way to bring us some floor heaters to get us through until the maintenance guys have time. She is always going above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of and we really appreciate her. :)

I have lived at Gardner station for the past month and have absolutely loved it! Beautiful apartments in a great location! Brittany helped get me into my apartment and was so efficient and made sure the process went smooth and easy! Would absolutely recommend living here and Brittany as your leasing agent!

Brittany has been SO helpful. She has provided nothing but excellent customer service and was able to get me in stress free, with no issues at all. The apartments are beautiful and have so many fun amenities around, I would highly suggest Gardner Station to anyone.

I love living here from the amenities to the proximity to my everyday needs. As a single woman, I feel safe and the ladies in the leasing office are all wonderful. I've been living here since June 2020. Michelle helped me get exactly what I asked for...unobstructed mountain views.

We have been living at Gardner Station for 8 months and I can give it high marks for all the Employees, the Lighting in and outside common areas is “BRIGHT”, you could walk or jog all hours without being afraid of the Dark areas. Matinience is always a top concern for the Manager of the Apartment Complex. From pressure washing the inside garage area to cleaning the outside windows even on the 4th floor, she makes sure all grounds are in A++++ shape. Usually all inside matinience problems are fixed within a day, depending on the fix needed. Don’t be afraid to move in at Gardner Station, it truly is a one of a kind Apartment Community with High Marks in all AREAS.

These apartments are absolutely amazing and Mitchelle was such a great help!! My boyfriend and I are scheduled to move into one of his sibling's apartment after he moves out, so we are already familiar with this place and have a good reference on how living there actually is. We've heard only great things! It's so scary to move, but kudos to Mitchelle, because she's gone an extra 1,000 miles to help us figure everything out. I love this place so far and I'm sjper excited to start living here!

Me and my boyfriend were searching everywhere for our first apartment together, all the other places were cut & dry and not super helpful. Something that should be exciting turned into a headache. We decided to check out gardener station and felt immediately at home with a HUGE warm welcoming from Michelle she was so sweet and personable with great energy! we told her what we wanted and when we were planning on moving and she got creative and made it work! I was blown away she really made it her priority to help us, We are so thrilled and excited again! Thank you Michelle you are a rockstar!

Michelle is the best to work with. She helped us pick out our apt, taking the time with us to find the right one. When it came time to renew our lease she made it quick and easy for us to get it taken care of. Michelle is always willing to help however she can and that’s rare to find in a rental staff/management.

First timer with apartments and I honestly couldn't believe how easy Michelle made this process for me. We had a couple of issues at the beginning with paperwork but even then I was able to move in on the day promised and I couldn't be any happier. Hopefully I'll be able to stay here a while as it's such a calm place to be.

We moved here a couple of months ago and we are so happy we chose this complex. Everyone working in the leasing office is great and very friendly. We mostly worked with Michelle prior to moving in and she was amazing to work with. Moving in had challenges that were outside of our control (and hers) but Michelle went above and beyond to get everything to work out for us which we truly appreciate. She kept in contact with us and she was always available to answer any of our questions. We love our unit and the amenities are great. We really enjoy living here!

Michelle from the office is AMAZING!! I had a couple of complaints and she took care of them. She will make sure everything is perfect while your living here. I appreciate her. These apartments are really nice and the views are beautiful! I like how they keep the buildings nice and clean. Living here has been great.....so far. Update: Living here on my last month of my lease, everything was mostly GREAT! Besides downstairs neighbor. Yes! The downstairs neighbor! I would complain about the music and the disrespectful yelling from them at 3 in the morning more than once and nothing got done. Just a notice. I just had to deal with it. The walls and floors are thin so chose wisely about which apartment you're in.

Love it here and all the management staff is the best and very helpful. Definitely the best place I’ve lived at.

Gardner station is by the far the best apartment I have ever lived at!! Everyone is so friendly all the time! The entire office staff is incredible but most importantly Michelle who has bent over backwards and goes above and beyond in all aspects!! She is always smiling and willing to go the extra mile! So grateful to have found such a great place to live with incredible people who make it that much better! 1000/10 recommend

I've lived in Gardner Station for almost a year now. The apartments are kept clean and beautiful. It feels safe and convenient. Most of all I cannot say enough good things about Michelle in the leasing office. She has been there for me every step of the way and is quick to respond with any concerns since I've lived here. She helped orchestrate my short notice move-in from across the country, she's responded quickly to any maintenance concerns, and most of all is always pleasant and easy to work with. Recently she has helped me renew my lease seamlessly with nothing but helpfulness and ease in mind. I went into the leasing office on Monday 4/5 and Asia didn't really seem like she wanted to or was willing to help me with the process and told me I had to come back the next day. She told me the amount that was agreed upon was incorrect and didn't bother to look into it any further. I was kind of put off by the lack of effort put in by her, especially when I explained I got off work early to get it taken care of and it had been approved by the manager Jacci ( who is also fantastic by the way). I was considering terminating my lease but Michelle got back to me the next day and reassured me she was on top of it. In short - Gardner station is a beautiful, safe place to live. Work with Michelle or Jacci and you will not be disappointed!

I loved these apartments. I was sad to leave. Everyone in the office was always so attentive and nice! I had been living there when there was still construction and up until my move out date (1/31/2021) I never had any issues! The apartments and complex are beautiful. I liked the location and cleanliness of the property, especially my building. They were my favorite apartments I’ve lived at. I’ll definitely miss the beautiful big windows and the girls in the office, they were always so fun to talk to.

Michelle & Allyssa in the leasing office are AWESOME! They are always great with answering any questions and quick to provide a resolution if it is needed. Maintenance always arrives in a timely matter & will work off the clock if an Emergancy occurs. Thank you all for everything you do!

I love this place so much! Michelle who works in the front office is the greatest leasing agent ever!!! She made my transition into gardner station easy, made me and my guests feel at home, took care of every detail, welcomes me home everytime we meet! She is seriously amazing and I couldnt be happier! Most friendly staff who went over and beyond for me to move in. The place is so clean and beautiful with spacious bedrooms. Lots of areas for my dog to go. So far I’m loving this place!!!!! The amenities are perfect!!!!

We love living here! Management and staff are super easy to work with. I honestly don’t understand why anyone (unless you’re a Karen) would leave a negative review. The view from our apartment is amazing, the gym, the pool, and hot tubs are great. It’s only going to get better with time once the coffee shop and restaurants open up.

So far my experience has been great even with the construction going on. These large floorplans for one bedrooms are harder to find in apartment living as well so I was pleased to see they had them! Management has always been very professional with me and understanding of any issues I have.

Amazing new property with up to date equipment that is worth every penny. Anything from soft closed cabinets to new washers and dryers with spacious rooms throughout the apartment. Have had my experience with multiple complexes near here that couldnt hold a candle to Gardner Station! None of this could've been possible without the amazing staff, thank you all! Cheers
