    Apartments are very spacious with extra storage and closets large kitchen and living area , walk in closets are awesome, however parking is a real big issue. Read the signs they will tow if you're parked in Tennant parking. Their maintenance was done correct and in a timely manner. Friendly staff and manager. Thanks Avida!

    The location is perfect—close to shopping, dining, and parks—while still being quiet and peaceful. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the common areas are always clean and inviting. The neighbors are great, and I feel safe and comfortable here.

    Fees & rent

    I am very thankful to Brickgate. They work with me every month on rent because my paydays don't fall perfectly within the scope of the masses causing me to be late often. Shelter is important and without Brickgate I don't know where I'd be. Can we get that elevator put in though? Jk For real tho give them a chance. 🙏🙏👌👍😇

    I lived here for 2 years and I absolutely.love it here of course the birds and the trains can be annoying at times but you learn to live with it office staff is excellent and are on the ball to take care of all your needs the same with maintenance if you have any problems or sure take care of you right away one of the most friendliest places I've lived at. I
