    Have lived here for over a year now and and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The apartment is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with great attention to detail in every aspect — from the spacious layout to the high-quality finishes. Everything is kept in top condition. The management team is friendly, professional, and always quick to respond to any questions or maintenance requests. It really feels like they care about the residents and the community. The neighborhood is safe and convenient, and parking is never an issue.

    I have lived here for several years, with several rounds of management. Historically we've had some issues, but the price was well worth it, especially when you factor in full utilities and a mountain view. Just a few months ago we had a change of management. Ever since, things have been great; fast maintenance, solving problems that existed for 3 years. If things continue this way I'll be happy to give this place a 5-star.
