Only apartment complex that i was able to be talk to in the 8 weeks I have been searching for an apartment. I am a disabled veteran and no other apartment complex would listen to any words I had to say. I am lucky they are caring, considerate, and are able to provide me the opportunity to have a roof over my head. As a homeowner most of my life, they have been an oasis in this hot dessert.

Hey this is Brian pollock. I just wanted everybody to know that I decided to renew my lease Callaway. The entire year I been here, I never experience any major problems. Every minor fix that I needed done , the maintenance crew made sure to handle it ASAP. The community itself is very peaceful and respectful. Everyone seems to understand each other and gets the program. The representatives in the office are trustworthy and patience. Anything I ask, they do their best by giving me the correct information. I still recommend my complex to everyone who needs somewhere to call home. And shout out to Ben for helping me with that incident. He came in handy

During my 6 years here at Callaway I have had a few managers who have handled my account, Kelsey has worked with me on a few issues I’ve had gone wrong with my account. She’s got my account handled perfectly now and it’s flowing smoothly! Thanks Kelsey, you rock 🤘🏼

I have lived here for over 2 years now and have loved my experience. All our service requests have been done in a timely manner and I love the amenities available to us. Since initially signing our lease Jessica has been so helpful with any requests or questions we have had & is always so friendly! She is also so great with following up with us!

My husband and I have lived here for about a month, and we have had a good experience so far. Our apartment is non-renovated but it is still nice and clean (especially once we were actually moved in and didn't have moving stuff everywhere!). The complex itself is also well-maintained, and we enjoy having the gym close by. Would recommend to anyone moving to the area.

I’ve had a really good experience living here so far. The community is well maintained, and the staff is responsive and easy to work with whenever something comes up Bridgett has been especially great. She’s attentive, professional, and always willing to help. She goes out of her way to learn tenants’ names and make everyone feel comfortable, which I really appreciate. It makes the experience feel more personal and welcoming 🤗

The common areas are always well cared for and the atmosphere between neighbors is respectful. Callaway is nice my kids love the pool, play area and W e love to BBQ. Jessica in the leasing office is amazing so helpful Cheerful,and helpful if you lookout forna one or two bedroom I'd come check th out!

Five stars for Bridgett! I moved here from NC during a time of need while waiting for my house to be available again, and she was incredibly accommodating of my 5 and 1/2-month timeline. She made the entire leasing process effortless and stress-free. I was able to get a great rate on an 1bed1bath unit that included the in-unit washer and dryer I was looking for. Beyond the apartment itself, parking has been great and my daily commute is better than ever thanks to the convenient location. I’m so happy with my choice and incredibly grateful to Bridgett for making this transition so easy!

I’ve only been here a few months but I’m already really liking it a lot. The people in the office are super nice, especially Bridgett in leasing—she’s so kind and friendly 😊. Super happy I picked this place, and I’m planning to stick around for a while!

After first meeting Bridgett, she showed me an apartment that screamed my name. I now live there and this community is homey and peaceful. I hadn't one time requested assistance from maintenance and Bridgett and the maintenance crew went above and beyond in providing a peak solution. This is a good place for me as its close to both of my jobs and the commute is seamless now.

I like it here well enough. The neighbors are really nice and everyone in the office has been helpful. I had to move here really unexpectedly and on short notice and Bridgett in the office made the process really simple and easy for me. She was a huge help! I do wish I had been informed of the pest issues prior to signing the lease but they’ve been really on top of things whenever I let them know I need a pest control appointment

Callaway had improved on appearance and safety in the past almost 5 yrs we been here. I want to give a shout-out to Kelsey in the office. She is always kind, very professional, and helpful. She takes the time to communicate clearly and treats residents with respect, which really makes a difference I feel the office staff can make a huge impact on residents staying or moving out. Kelsey is truly a great asset to the office it truly makes a difference.

Affordable, quality apartments. It's quiet, good commute and things to do around. Mari from the leasing office always is quick to respond to any question or concern you may have! Peaceful environment for sure.

I have lived here for a year or two and I love it. The staff are so friendly, espically Jessica. Somehow with all the tenants she remembers me and my apartment which makes it easier getting help and being able to talk to her. She is so friendly. When I need something fixed they respond fast and fix things fast. I love this place and plan on staying here for a while. It is also really safe here and there is enough parking. There is a grill area which I find really cool and perfect for the summer!

Overall it was a great experience throughout the move in process. Want to give Bridgett a mention she was great and helpful whenever I had a question. As much of the process was online and my first time using a lot of the programs. She was transparent with everything while moving in.

Been here almost 3 years, had a few bumps here and there but Rhonda always worked with us to find a resolution. The speed of the resolutions could be better and maintenence quality is a bit lacking.

Mari, the leasing agent, is always quick to respond to any issue regarding the unit or payment issues. My problems lie mostly with the maintenance of the common areas like the laundry rooms and the main fitness center. Sometimes it is acceptable sometimes it isn’t. At all. I don’t know if maybe I’ve gone on days where the maintenance crews is off but it would be nice if there was more attention given to those areas of the property.

I has been living here for 2 months and I’m happy with the green areas. My apartment is 1 bed with laundry And is so big. I think is a best value apartment complex Because have a great location and the size of the bedroom . Mari from the lease office is so helpful.

I just moved into the Callaway’s a few weeks ago, and there were a few issues with my apartment. Maintenance has been really great at getting those issues fixed as soon as possible. I really appreciate Kelsey and Geo’s help. They are both very kind and awesome.

I have been here at callaway for almost 2 years. The property is always really clean and all the staff is really nice , Jessica the leasing agent is really nice and she always with a smile .

I’ve been living at Callaway for nearly a year and a half and just submitted my first maintenance. A few things needed repairs and the team quickly and efficiently did all they could to address my concerns. Ramiro stopped by to help me out. Not only was he helpful, but so kind, and he did a great job communicating what he did to fix the issues. The staff at Callaway is one of my favorite parts about being a resident here! Coming on here later to edit and share one more aspect of Callaway I have been recently loving so much. Within the past few months Callaway has done a big renovation project to their fitness center and it is so great! Lots of high-quality equipment with plenty of machines and tools to utilize to get in a really good workout. I am grateful for such close proximity to a nice apartment complex gym!

I requested a ground floor unit that was close to the golf course. That's exactly what I received. Maintenance has always been ready and willing to help and Ben Pututau, the new Assistant Manager has been a pleasure to work with.

Great place to stay with even greater consultants to help and guide you with everything you need, Kara goes above and beyond for tenants here and always helps no matter what! She’s kind and very caring and probably one of the best if not the best I’ve ever had for a consultant for any where I’ve been. Ben the assistant manager is ALWAYS so kind, helpful, and supportive! He is so easygoing and respectful and will always have your back and make sure you are taken care of. Kara is doing such a great job she assisted me with an issue I was having with a delivery package. So cheerful and patient during a stressful situation.

The highlight of your residency will be the people at the Leasing office. Both Ben and Hawa are great to work with. With that being said if you move here I'd suggest getting security. Especially if you're a woman who lives alone. The amount of near break-ins I had when I first moved there before I got my security system is insane.

I would like to give a big shout out to that awesome female named Kara. She really helped me with finding a place I can call home. I just recently moved to Utah and I must say I was put in a situation where I was seeking a roof over my head. Her great customer service provided me with all the intel i needed to know for renting my very first apartment. Highly recommend dealing with Kara if you are interested in living at Callaway.

Lived here for four or so years and I really love it here. I’ve had great experiences with staff and maintenance.

There are some little hiccups from time to time but I think that's just what comes with living in a large complex. The only real draw back is the small space. Besides that, the staff are very friendly and they really do try their best to keep everyone happy and safe and include the residents in community interactions. Have enjoyed living here for the last 3 years for sure.

The office is willing to assist and help out in anyway they can as long as you keep communication with them and they are understanding and so far I love living here especially the view I have 😍Ben is awesome and as well as Ramiro going out of his way to make sure me and my 11 month old had heat
