Loving My Stay at Zeller Apartments! I’m so happy to say I’m now staying here at Zeller Apartments, and it has been such a wonderful experience so far. The staff are incredibly kind, super helpful, and always so accommodating. You can really feel that they care about the residents and want everyone to feel comfortable and supported. Special shoutout to Gabriel from maintenance he is truly amazing. Very professional, very friendly, and always willing to help with anything you need. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond with such a positive attitude, and he definitely does. Overall, I’m really grateful to be here. The community feels welcoming, the team is fantastic, and the whole experience has been nothing but smooth and pleasant. Highly recommend!

Fio was amazing to work with! She was very friendly, patient, and made sure I understood everything throughout the process. She genuinely cares about helping people and it shows. I’d definitely recommend asking for her if you’re looking here.

LOVE living at The Zeller! The community is clean and comfortable. We’re always using the gym and pool, which both feel new. And the staff are so willing so help with anything needed. Zachariah hooked us up with a great apartment, and is always there to help.

Just moved in but it was super easy. Cynthia was extremely helpful and made sure we understood the extra. Pool, roof top, exercise room and common area are beautiful. Pool and hot tub are open all year. That's a plus.

Just moved in 2 weeks ago. I mainly worked with Zach while working everything out, but all 3 people in the leasing office are great and helped me out a ton throughout the whole process.

I usually dont leave reviews BUT this one truly made me want to leave one. I can’t recommend Fio/fiorella enough if you’re looking for someone trustworthy, professional, and truly dedicated in the apartment rental world. From the very first interaction, she was attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with. Fio took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for she didn’t just try to push listings, she listened. Her communication was always clear and timely, and she made what is normally a stressful process feel smooth and even enjoyable. What really sets Fio apart is how much she genuinely cares about her clients. She went above and beyond to ensure I felt confident and informed every step of the way. Her attention to detail, honesty, and local market knowledge are seriously impressive. If you're looking for someone who treats you like more than just another transaction, Fio is the person you want on your side. Shes so sweet i really recommend her to all!🥹this girl truly deserves a bonus or some recognition thank you FIORELLA!

I moved in a few weeks ago with the assistance of Zachariah from the leasing office. I was happy with the leasing special and move-in process. The apartment is great especially for the cost of living here with proximity to Trax, Sugar House, and other areas of Salt Lake without all of the construction noise and associated detours of some other areas. The Trax is surprisingly quiet since it is electrically-powered, and I can barely hear it even when napping during the day. There is ample free parking around the building for guests and paid parking available in the garage for residents. The garage goes up to each floor, so I can easily bring groceries and larger items into my apartment without having to bring them up an elevator or stairs. There are several loading docks and access points which makes moving in relatively easy, despite the large size of the building. The building is huge and has a large pool and two gyms, which are never that busy in the couple of times I have gone. There are also plenty of grills throughout the complex as well as a lounge space on the ground floor and rooftop with grills available to use. The apartment itself is a decent size and a great value compared to other apartments. The area seems very safe, and I have not had issues with community members or safety. My unit itself is quiet and I have neighbors on both sides and above and below me. I have not heard them at all. Zachariah has been so helpful troubleshooting issues with Luxor package system, answering questions about my lease, helping me get oriented to the apartment building, and providing tips for living in Salt Lake. I have been very happy here so far and am glad I found this building! Just to note, I was not paid or compensated in any way for this review. These are my honest impressions of the apartment and complex.

I’ve been at The Zeller Apartments in South Salt Lake for a while, and it’s a solid place to live. The neighborhood is quiet, and even with the TRAX tracks nearby, train noise isn’t an issue. Security onsite after hours is reassuring, and the garage is super convenient, with each floor matching the apartment levels. The kitchens are roomy with lots of counter space, and big windows make my place feel bright and open. Tais Pacheco and the other staff members are really helpful and quick to respond. Being close to Sugar House is great for going out. The walls can be thin, so I hear neighbors sometimes, and some fixtures feel a bit flimsy, but I haven’t needed maintenance, and it’s no big deal for me.

I have never had good experiences from apartment management before, and I have been living in apartments for almost 15 years. But Tais Pacheco has made my experience at the Zeller want to remember in the most positive way thank you so much for being such an upstanding apartment manager. 10/10 recommend. 🎉

Living at Zeller Apartments has been a truly wonderful experience! From day one, the management team has been incredibly welcoming, professional, and always quick to respond to any questions or needs. Victor the maintenance supervisor and his team is fantastic – they handle requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring everything is always in top shape. Christian from maintenance is a lifesaver! My fridge was completely frozen, and he resolved the issue incredibly fast and with utmost professionalism. So grateful for his quick and effective work The apartments themselves are well-maintained and comfortable, and the community atmosphere is friendly and quiet. I highly recommend Zeller Apartments to anyone looking for a great place to call home!

For a first apartment experience, this complex has been very welcoming and attentive to our needs and all tenants. Management has been exceptional, specifically Fiorella (manager) and Tais (assistant manager). Both of these members of management have gone above and beyond towards helping their tenants and improving the Zeller overall. All amenities have been a plus while living here, while my favorites have been the rooftop lounge area, the year round hot tub, and the pet washing station for my golden retriever. Whenever we had any maintenance issues or general issues they were addressed and resolved in a timely manner without question. Overall, this apartment complex will exceed expectations and provide a safe environment for anybody who chooses to live here.

We absolutely loved living at the Zeller! The pool, hot tub, gym and rooftop grills were all well maintained and upgraded throughout the year. I spent a good deal of time in the gym and I appreciated that they added new pulley attachments, new TVs, and new bench pads. It seems like the staff listens to the tenants and improves the complex on a daily basis in order to meet everyone’s needs. Fiorello and Tais were especially helpful when we asked about maintenance requests and other general questions. Overall the Zeller was an amazing place to live especially if you want very kind and helpful staff. Our dog Lou loved it as well!!😁

I recently moved into the Zeller. So far I am very happy with the experience. Zach was great to work with and most of my questions and concerns were promptly addressed. I love the location of the Zeller and I am impressed with the grounds and the amenities.

The Zeller is a wonderful community! My partner and I have only lived here for a few weeks, but we’ve loved it so far. Zach and Fiorella have been incredibly friendly and helped us with any issues during the move-in process. Even though it’s located next to the S-line, we barely notice any noise. The Zeller is the best complex we’ve experienced—highly recommend!

This place is absolutely amazing and the staff was so friendly when I was moving in anytime I had a question or an issue. They were very fast to respond and do their best to resolve. I definitely recommend this place for any first time renters it definitely brings you into a great environment as a first-time renter.

I just moved in and Zack at the leasing office was the biggest help as we were trying to move in ( we definitely didn’t make it easy for him 😂) but the whole time he was extremely friendly and patient even making a good majority of the process enjoyable. I have lived here for almost two years; the apartments are nice and spacious and honestly the leasing agents are great!! Typically it feels like the front office of apartments are trying to make your life so much harder and are working against you, but these agents are just so nice, helpful, and responsive. It truly feels like they are willing to bend over backwards for you. The location is also great since it is right off the S-Line and close to the highway, it is really easy to get anywhere from here. Super close to cute shops and restaurants in the Sugarhouse area.

I love everything about living here, the community is amazing and the complex offers all the amenities I need! Everything is kept very clean and organized the people here are amazing very welcoming especially Zach. Honestly I don’t see myself leaving any time soon. Before this I was apartment hunting for about 7/8 months. It was very hard to find that one special spot and now that I’ve found it I can’t imagine ever going back out there and looking for another place.

Zachariah took me and my girlfriend on a tour today and made us feel right at home. He was very welcoming and informative. He showed us around a beautiful complex and the many amenities offered here. He was also honest and upfront about fees and charges. Very excited for the opportunity to see The Zeller and to have met such a wonderful guy!

Zachariah is always very helpful and attentive. If he doesn’t know the answer immediately he will find it for you. Also really enjoy the other employees in the office!

Management is very accommodating and helpful. Apartments are honestly much nicer than I would expect for the price range.

I've lived at the zeller for 4 months, and I've got to say it's the best apartment I've ever lived at. With a heated pool and spa combo, gym, and gorgeous roof top lounge, The Zeller offers a lifestyle I've been wanting for quite some time. Zach is also really nice and intentional with the residents. I would HIGHLY recommend living here! I love how clean and safe the area is. The train right next door makes it really easy to commute.

I have been living at the Zeller for over two years now and it has been a wonderful experience. Fiorella, Giselle, Tais, the maintenance team, and every person in the leasing office has always been so helpful whenever I have a request or inquiry. They are quick to respond, even when they have been short-staffed at times, and it's very clear that they put in their best effort to upkeep the apartment complex inside and out. The pool is always clean and heated, there are fully stocked dog poop bag dispensers around the entire building, if there are spills or messes in the complex they are cleaned up promptly, and overall the complex is just very well kept. Also, the leasing office managers are always available in the leasing office during scheduled hours unless they are giving a potential resident a unit tour or something. In other apartment complexes I have lived in the leasing office managers are sometimes nowhere to be found and cannot be reached by phone or email either! That has been so frustrating in the past, so I am really grateful for the professionalism of the Zeller's office managers. The Zeller is very dog friendly, and the residents are generally in their mid-twenties to early thirties, and they are working professionals that are all respectful and friendly towards other residents. The location of this apartment is great because it's no more than a 5-10 minute drive to Starbucks, Winco, Target, Smiths, Whole Foods, Uptown Cheapskate, Nordstrom Rack, and it's close to State Street so getting downtown is about a 10 minute drive too. So happy to live here!

Tais has been a huge help with moving into the Zeller. She is great with keeping me up to date with updates of the property. Anytime I have a question she is willing to answer.

I attempted to move into the apartment and reached out multiple times to inquire about key pickup and completing the apartment inspection, but unfortunately, I did not receive any response after sending five additional emails. This lack of communication raises concerns about the management's responsiveness. After reading several reviews indicating potential challenges with apartment maintenance, I have decided to explore other housing options. I hope this review can help you. Updated on 08/02/2024: I've decided to update my rating to 4 stars. The moving-in process was satisfactory, and I believe the previous slow response I experienced was an isolated incident. The one star I've deducted is due to the apartment's internet connection. If you plan to work from home, you'll find it very challenging. During peak hours, especially on weekends and holidays, it's difficult to get a stable internet connection, even for basic browsing.

I have lived at The Zeller for a year now and look forward to many more! I still can’t help but smile and feel joy every time that I come home! The location is absolutely beautiful with many surrounding places to walk and explore. The staff and management are incredibly kind and consistently wonderful! Whatever you need, they will ensure you are taken care of. The apartment complex is well kept. The amenities are absolutely perfect with a beautiful pool and a rooftop with amazing views. I feel lucky to have found this place and am honored to be a resident. I love The Zeller so much! If you are considering moving in, just do it!

Giselle is amazing, she made my move in process a breeze. She was very informative and made me feel very comfortable. Any situation that arised she was able to fix for me and very quickly at that. This has been the best experience!

Most amazing office staff ever! I rented this place for two sophomore college students and the office staff was so friendly and helpful. I live out of state and never had an issue getting help. Beautiful new complex. Trax stops RIGHT OUTSIDE, but it is a long ride to campus because you have to transfer. It is s very short ride up to Sugarhouse though. We did not pay for garage parking and still didn't have trouble finding a spot outside.

We've lived here for a year and have no plans to leave anytime soon. The office staff (especially Fiorella) are very attentive and helpful. The few times we've needed maintenance, our request was answered almost instantly. Our apartment is comfortable and quiet and the neighborhood feels very safe and welcoming. Can't beat our view of the mountains either! Highly recommend as a great place to live in SLC.

After living here for 2 years I can honestly say The Zeller is a Perfect 5 star apartment complex *****. Fiorella and the other staff are all kind, communicative, and easy to work with. The complex itself is clean with a modern vibe to it. If you’re a hanging a shin-ding, like to read a book or wanting to “get out” without being out the views of the mountains and city on the rooftop are relaxing. If you have a dog or a cat you walk outside there trails places to walk you pet around and dog parks in walking distance. As someone who traveled to Utah out of state I’d 100 percent recommend moving here due to location and being close to everything you’d need and want shopping and travel wise.

I lived at the Zeller from Dec 2022-Feb 2023, my experience there was good, Fiorella always went above and beyond, she addressed any concerns I had when I lived there very promptly! I would definitely live there again and I would recommend friends to live there as well.

I LOVE living at the Zeller! The office people are always so helpful and attentive. Ivana is the most helpful sweetheart there is. She’s so quick to attend to my needs and always communicative. I truly don’t know what my washer and dryer would do without her. ❤️

My roommate and I toured this facility the other day and its wonderful! Fiorella was amazing, she answered every question with a smile and had the most positive and beautiful energy. They are quick to answer the phone and help in any way that you need, 10/10 experience!

I love the staff here at the Zeller, I came and toured in June and I love how close it is to Sugar House and hop skip and jump away from everything without the downtown prices. Maintenance and office staff are professional and ready to help I can't wait to move in.

Went to do a walk around to look at the apartments and Fiorella was the best person to show us, I couldn't have asked for another person to give us a tour. She covered everything that was about the apartments, amenities, and even any questions we had. I would definitely come back and refer friends just because of her.

Living here has been a great experience. The way management/maintenance would try their very best was very appreciative! Compared to my last stay, I would very much pick The-Zeller. They would always help me and my husband out with anything we needed. They were very responsive and cooperative with us. I recently came across these apartments and decided to go in for a tour. I was immediately welcomed by one of their staff members Fiorella. She was so sweet, professional, and helpful. She answered all the questions I had and she was very patient with me. She also provided me with a lot of helpful information because I’m not familiar with this area. I really enjoyed my experience touring the apartments and absolutely loved the property! I highly recommend!

My experience living at the Zeller was amazing. The staff and maintenance were always quick to help, and I had especially great service and help from Fiorella, who works in the leasing office. Having the pool and gym accessible every day was great, and I really enjoyed living there.

I came to tour The Zeller and I had the best experience with the office staff. There were 3 of them there and they all gave me such a warm welcome! The professionalism that the team has is outstanding! I wanted to see a one-bedroom and a two-bedroom and the ladies answered all of my questions very clearly and were patient with all of my questions. My favorite part was that they had a private pool and the view from the rooftop deck! The actual apartments themselves are SO nice and modern. I love the details in the white cabinets and the hardwood flooring. I definitely don't think you could go wrong with living at The Zeller!
