    Awesome apartments! We love living here. At feels like living in a park with the old large trees and excellent landscape. The management is perfect and efficient. The maintanance teem is fast and friendly and also efficient. The neighbors are perfect. Thank you for such a nice experience.

    Love this property! The manager Lynsey is the absolute best. She genuinely cares about her residents and her property and does so much for everyone. Love the location and the fact it’s off the main road. The whole property is super well maintained and clean. Couldn’t recommend enough!

    We have lived here almost two years, we are so grateful to have a home. Lynsey is a great property manager, she is quick to reply and takes good care of us. We have really great neighbors. It’s quiet, there are lots of big trees and spots to play. We love how close it is to the dollar store and the mountains and the movie theatre. More places are popping up walking distance. Apartments are cute and have been updated, very clean! Maintenance is quick to respond and very professional. Very safe and good security.

    Without a doubt, these are the best apartments I’ve lived in. I recently had a problem (self imposed) and the two ladies in the office helped me get it resolved. The care and compassion from those individuals were second to none. One of them said something that has really stuck with me, and I believe they were genuine. She said “This is your home. This is where you come to rest, relax, and recharge. Part of our responsibilities are to ensure we maintain the properties is a way which makes you feel the same”. They treated me with dignity and respect we all deserve.

    I just moved in, but The only reason I don't give 5 stars is the cupboard does don't close quite right. But this place is great, I have a dog and a cat, and the dog has room to stretch his legs. Balcony, tennis court(although needs work), swimming pool(though it's been closed since I've moved in, but it's right near a canal, so we get ducks and such thinking it's theirs), dog run(although it's not fenced in, laundry room with vending machine(although it's been closed since I've moved in and so I gotta go to a friend's place to do laundry)

    Lindsey is the best!! I applied on Monday and by Tuesday afternoon she called me and let me know she got me approved!! Even though I haven't moved in yet I already know it's going to be wonderful! With a manager as hard working and caring as Lindsey in charge it's going to be great! Update: Signed my lease and got my keys this afternoon! I met Jerome the maintenance man and he was awesome!! There were a couple very small issues in the apartment that need to be fixed, a kitchen drawer, bedroom window blinds nothing major and Jerome was great he let me know whenever I'm ready to have him come back just holler and he'd be right there to fix anything I needed!! Things started wonderfully with Linsey and have continued to be with Jerome! I'm honestly excited to meet my neighbors and get settled in, especially since summer is right around the corner looking forward to BBQS and swimming!

    We just moved in, and other than nosey neighbors complaining about my toddlers running around, (which is something to be expected when you living in an apartment building) It's been fine.... Lindsey from the office was super helpful and just reassured me, Toddlers will be toddlers. Other than some miscommunication, Experience has been pretty damn good

    Wonderful place for my daughter and I. The landlord is super nice and helpful and very responsive. I was able to push all my paperwork through quickly and she and the maintenance team made sure my appartment was fixed up nicely for moving in. It has brand new flooring and was clean and painted well. I have loved my experience with the staff here and have a cute place to call home. All.of my needs are met daily and for at very affordable cost of living. We have kind neighbors and there is a playground for my daughter. I feel safe here and confident in my choice to live here. The ceilings are nice and tall and the appartment is clean and smells good. I had a great time decorating this adorable spacious appartment and would not hesitate to recommend this place. 5 star review.

    I love it here! It’s tucked back and away from traffic. It’s a very quiet community. We love that it is pet friendly, well maintained, and affordable! Rita is a great manager and worked so fast to get us in when we needed it! Looks like they are doing some updating to the outside of the buildings and it is looking great! We are very happy here.I would recommend it!

    Hidden Meadows is a beautiful place to live. Family and kid friendly. The maintenance team are the best. They always come out right away and fix anything. Perfect place to start a family . Beautiful pool. The community grounds are always kept clean and pristine. We have been here for three years and we could not be happier. The ladies at the office are amazing, they always have time to listen to any questions or concerns you might have especially when it comes to little ones.     I was looking for a clean, affordable apartment in a nice neighborhood and I found it in Hidden Meadows. I applied, got approved, and moved in. The move-in process was easy and quick, and everyone has been so helpful and kind. I love the location-- I am close to everything I need and live in a quiet neighborhood. I did not look at the apartments before I moved in, I just had a good feeling about this place-- and I am excited to say this place is more than I thought it would be.     I enjoy living at Hidden Meadows Apartments. The facilities are wonderful, the premises are well maintained and the staff and maintenance personnel are very friendly and professional. It's a great place to live in Holladay.

    I have been here for about 18 months and I'm sad to go but happy to move along. I have had no issues at this location and i would genuinely recommend it to anyone looking for the a good sized, comfortable apt for the price. It looks and feels very homey inside and has well used floor space. I never had to call maintenance and never had a noise issue. In fact, I have never heard one of my neighbors unless they were outside Rita at the front is a miracle worker and is extremely helpful! They are very cooperative if you communicate well and respect their efforts! Definitely worth the move in! ***edit*** I just posted this review and read some others. The way you guys speak sound like you're very negative by nature. If you're going to be disrespectful to people then don't be surprised if they don't sugar coat things. I never had an issue with "rude/ lying management" probably because I was very polite and communicated well. Some of the reviews i just read are ridiculous. "They add a fee if you are 30 seconds late" DUH!! Anyway, think carefully about the maturity of the people leaving these negative reviews. they are clearly "victims" and pessimistic. If it helps, I'm a 21 year old male. I threw my 21st birthday party here and it was poppin. nobody cared lol. Ignore the negative nancies.

    I have never lived in such a nice place. The staff is excellent and actually does listen to your wants and needs. They are super friendly too! The buildings and grounds are very well maintained! There is only one maintenance person and he does a fantastic job. My apartment is beautiful on the inside and I absolutely love living here. Its a pet friendly community too!
