Short haired Chris (because there are two) was kind and professional. He was able to get my thermostat up and running in no time and he did it with a smile and positive attitude. Thank you Chris.

Chris E fixed my dryer for me so quickly and it’s working great now! Also thanks to Aubree for leaving our apartment clean for move in and grace and Scott for a quick and easy move in process. Also shout out to Chris R and Ladd for helping get our apartment ready as well!

Shout out to your amazing maintenance team; my brother's delivery had been left outside in a common room area while he was on vacation. Chris R. took it upon himself to personally transport my brother's TV up to his actual unit where it was safe, secure and awaiting him when he got back to town. He was so kind and humble when we thanked him for his thoughtfulness. The kind of tenant care that makes you feel like you matter and feel safe. So grateful to your team!

The apartment is very spacious and beautiful. The management let us borrow a dolly and even allowed us to use both of their dollies if needed. The carpet had not been cleaned and there was damage to the oven. We were impressed with the security from Vivint and residents have been friendly. We are still asking about the $1,400 bonus. Very nice, quiet place.

Had an amazing tour she showed everything and was clearly detailed and informative.

I have a corporate lease at this complex for my company and have been nothing but satisfied by my experience so far. Scott and Grace go above and beyond. I have worked with many other complexes in Murray which are a STARK contrast to the service you get here!

The maintenance crew, and front office are really great here. You can tell they really care about providing a quality experience to the residents, and though things can still go wrong, they always make every effort to work with the residents.

Great manager is all that needs to be said.

I love living here! Amenities are great, maintenance is great. Staff is friendly and quick responding.

Update: Since the replacement of the property manager, things here have gotten so much better. He’s communicative and kind. I may actually consider staying when the lease is up. Scott, if you’re reading this, you’re awesome. ———————————- Pros: Management is friendly and easy to talk to. The amenities are nice. Cons: When my husband and I first tried to move in, we were shocked at the state of the apartment. The insulation strip on the front door was ripped. The floors in the living area and kitchen were scratched and dirty. There was a bug smooshed on the outside of one of the cabinets. The window panes in the living area were cloudy. There were stains in the carpet of both bedrooms. All the closet rods and shower curtains were loose. There was an unidentified substance underneath the toilet lid in the master bathroom. There was black dirt in both tubs. There were obvious dried water drops on just about all cabinets and a thin layer of dust. There was electrical tape over the smoke detector in the second bedroom. The door to the patio didn’t lock properly and some of the glass was shattered. The window screen in the master bedroom was off. There was a clear separation between the baseboards and the hardwood floor in the living area. It’s obvious that the cleaning crew was either nonexistent or extremely sloppy, and maintenance didn’t do their due diligence. Needless to say, my husband and I were not able to move in to the apartment when expected, since lots of items in the apartment needed to be fixed, and we were not comfortable living in an apartment so obviously unkempt. So far, some of the issues have been fixed (tightening of rods, replacement of window screen, checking the smoke detector), but there is still much to be done before the space is livable for us, much less our cats. Update: It has been about 6 weeks, and we are still in the process of getting things fixed with the apartment, even though management keeps insisting that there is nothing wrong with the apartment. Just yesterday, plumbers came through to fix the shower/tub diverter in the guest bath. It was so broken, they had to replace parts to get it working again. Again, management originally said there was nothing wrong. I’m now trying to see if I can get a third party appliance repairman to look at the washer dryer, since the complex doesn’t have one on contract. Previously, management came through and ran some towels in my washer dryer and insisted that the amount of lint produced was normal. I’m trying to invoke the “Repair and Deduct” law, so that I won’t have to pay out of pocket for something that maintenance should be able to do. In order to get a refund for the week I was unable to move into the apartment, I had to escalate to the regional manager, since the property manager kept trying to downplay all the issues noted in the apartment. Update: Finally got the washer and dryer switched out. The apartment complex doesn’t have an appliance repair man on contract, so they sent out the Regional Maintenance Manager. It’s been a 2 month ordeal for something that took less than 30 minutes. Im not sure what apartment complex everyone else is reviewing but boy, would I like to live there.

I have a great experience moving to this complex. Grace helped me a lot with paperwork, quickly answered all my questions! The complex is new, the apartments are clean and fresh!

THIEVES!!! In the bike room, got two of my bikes stolen in a week! Management can only hand over the camera rolls to the policeman. DO NOT put your bike in the bike room!!!

Update: I just renewed my lease with Grace she is amazing very God help the whole seasons team is amazing they keep property clean and quiet environment they have been great I love living here! I recommend to everyone to live here if you are looking in murray area!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an absolutely wonderful experience living at this apartment complex for the past three years. From the moment I moved in, I felt welcomed and appreciated as a resident. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure residents are happy and comfortable. The community is well-maintained, clean, and secure, making it a great place to call home. I loved the amenities — the fitness center, common areas, and outdoor spaces are top-notch and well-kept. Maintenance requests were always handled promptly and efficiently, which truly made my living experience stress-free. Location-wise, it’s perfect — close to shopping, dining, parks, and public transportation. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to live, and I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a friendly, safe, and comfortable community. I’m grateful for the wonderful years I spent here.

Move in went very smoothly and we are loving our new apartment! Great proximity to the highway and Costco, and our view of the mountains is amazing!

I lived here for a little over a year Here is what i absolutely loved about Seasons at Murray -the office staff! Grace in particular is amazing! They always answered my questions quickly, helped with packages while I was out of town, and quick to maintenance responses -the apartments are updated and very beautiful -Amazon lockers in the garages -secured buildings -keyless entry into your apartment, with smart home features -the view of on the higher level floors -the available garage parking to avoid snow -the convince of elevators -the amenities over all. Gym, game room, rentable gathering room, movie room ect. -simple move in and move out. Received my deposit back the next business day after move out -close to i-15 highway making it easy and convenient to get where you need to go. Things that I was not fond of - the train is LOUD. Could sometimes feel it shake my apartment. I lived in the A building on the east side. It really sucked when UT failed to have the crossing up to date and the train was required to blow its horn whenever it went across Vine Street With that being said, this was fixed once UT got their stuff together and quiet hours were back in place. This is not on Seasons at Murray as it was out of their control. -Can hear neighbors when they're going down the hall -Some people's pets had accidents in the elevators. If it was a weekend it wouldn't be cleaned until Monday. If it was a weekend day but after hours, it wouldn't be cleaned until the next day. -Smoke alarm in apartment is very sensitive. Accidentally set it off a few times when searing steaks -pool is super crowded when it's open -non negotiable media package. Could never connect my Nintendo Switch to the mandatory Wi-Fi provider as they could never fix it from a "public" wi-fi to "personal". That is more on who the wifi is through vs. Seasons at Murray. -Garage pipes leaked and left hard water stains on my car. I just stopped parking under the pipes. At the end of the day, I would recommend these apartments for anyone who is looking for a studio, 1 bedroom. Or 2 bedroom. I only left because I needed more space (a 3 bedroom) - and even then debated if it was worth leaving for more room as the pros kept out weighing the cons. I will suggest if you move here, buy a little wagon to take groceries and other items up!

The move in was great. The staff is really nice. Still have not had any problems.

I have stayed at two different Seasons, one in Salt Lake and one in Murray. At both places, I have had an amazing experience. The staff have always been friendly, accommodating, and gone out of their way to make my experience above average. Grace at Murray Crossing has been so friendly and helpful. If I could give a higher rating I would. I recommend Seasons to everyone I talk to. If you don't live here, you should! Update: I have just finished my 15 month lease here, and have signed on for another 18 month lease. I am still so satisfied with my experience here and am thrilled to be able to live here even longer! This is really the best apartment complex!

Grace and Scott are very lovely, nice and take the time to help us even after moving in. The maintenance team is efficient when handling requests and don't let your pets run out. Front desk is quick to reply to texts and get maintenance to help if it is needed. Only downside is the train if you are in a light sleeper. Otherwise you won't even notice it. If you never want to remove snow off your vehicle I highly recommend paying extra for the covered parking. They will always make sure you have a spot to park in because they will tow vehicles who haven't paid for it like you did.

Amazing place. Management is excellent, apartments are great, location is also great. Now living in another apartment complex due to wanting to be closer to work but dearly miss this place. Never realized how good the place was until moved to the complex I am living in now.

I have interacted with several managers in the almost 5 five years that I have lived here and I have found them all to be friendly and responsive. Alyssa Warren is the current manager and I am more than pleased with her efficient and helpful assistance with anything that I need. She responds quickly and has always been kind, respectful and considerate. I am happy to recommend Murray Crossing to anyone who wants to live in an efficient, secure and beautiful apartment with all the amenities that one could ask for.

Maintenance has always been so attentive and the office staff is quick to get things fixed. All staff here at Murray Crossing do their job joyfully and I appreciate that. I’ve loved living here. It’s been great for me and my little family.

Alyssa and Chris have been so wonderful to me and my son we’ve been living here for 4 years and we hope for many more to come.

I’ve lived here for over 2 years The staff is all very friendly, very attentive and always keeping the place in good repair. The pool during the summer is cleaned so frequently that it’s always crystal clear. Anytime I’ve needed something fixed in the apartment it’s quick and easy! Absolutely love living here!!

Grace was such an amazing leading agent! Super kind! Really great apartments! I unfortunately didn’t choose this residence because I need an EV charger reserved and there was a waitlist! But they have an awesome coffee shop with a kind business owner!! Definitely worth checking out!!

I went into the office to handle a leasing matter and Alyssa and Alexandra were extremely helpful. They were understanding of my situation and were willing to go above and beyond to help. I walked through 12+ apartments from Salt Lake to Midvale and none of them compared to Seasons at Murray. Grace was incredible from the very start and has only been more kind and helpful as time goes on. Everything has been smooth, simple, and seamless during the transition into our apartment here. I am SO happy that we ended up here and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice, clean, affordable place to live.

I had left some bananas out and forgot about them , my apt was infested with those fruit flys , after spending a day setting Apple cider vinegar traps I called on a Sunday, someone answered and was in my house the next day and all the bugs were gone! This place is amazing

Seasons at Murray Crossing is a great place to live! The staff are very helpful and will do whatever they can to make you feel welcome and stay a happy resident. The apartments themselves are very nice and the rent is pretty average for what you’ll see at most upscale apartment complexes. The amenities are wonderful to use as the spa is open year round, the pool is always relaxing, the movie theater room is great for those nights you want a movie like experience, the game room is great is you want to play some billiards or board games, and the clubhouse is great for small get togethers. The dog park is medium sized and all rock with a small portion of turf so great if you have a little fur baby. If you’re looking for a safe, upscale apartment at a reasonable price range then Seasons at Murray Crossing is the place for you!

I so enjoy living at Murray Crossing! I initially moved in with a roommate, but when that situation changed, they worked with me to find another unit in the same building! The staff is very responsive and truly care about your experience living here.

Where do I start, there’s so many things I love about this place! Parking is so easy and I always feel like my car is safe. I feel like living here I barely need to leave my apartment because everything I need is here. I love the movie theater with my friends and we love entertaining them here. The management has always been so nice and helpful and have never left me in a bad spot like so many of the other places I’ve lived. So grateful I found this place, I’ll be here for years.

Such a clean and classy facility. I toured the grounds and was so impressed by all of the amenities. The best part is the views from the apartments and the friendly management who seem to care about the property.

We have lived here for over a year, we have nothing to complain about, the condominium is clean, organized, maintenance is super fast, the staff are super attentive and receptive, the apartments are quiet and new, we love this place!

I was contacted by our new property manager regarding my pending work orders. There were a couple that had been submitted several weeks ago and 2 fairly new ones. Chris was assigned them and he came within 2 days. Everything was taken care of on the same visit. And, his work was very professional. Now I'm able to open my microwave door with one hand, and open my slider door to a new screen door that fits and has allowed me to take advantage of the cooler weather to get some incoming fresh air (without letting in all of those pesky box elder bugs to the apartment). I appreciate the attention to detail) Kudos, Chris for taking care of these issues!!
