Shawna is an amazing apartment manager. She always helps out her clients in a kind, friendly manner, and sometimes even with a joke. The apartments are nice and clean. I feel like they are better maintained than most apartments in the area. I feel like if I have a concern about something, the apartment manager is always willing to help out quickly and efficiently. Would recommend.

The management is friendly and knowledgeable. Shawna is on top of making sure units are taken care of. It’s a nice place to live.

Shawna Lozano, the property manager is so helpful. She’s kind, she’s understanding and reasonable. She informed me of each and every little detail, deadlines I had to pay by, and what would happen if I didn’t. All the information was laid out at the beginning and I really appreciated that. She answered any question I had with clarity and honesty. Would highly recommend this property if you’re looking for a fresh start.

The apartment complex is clean, well-maintained, and the management team is friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests are handled quickly. I would recommend it to others!

The manager, Shawna, at west valley was so helpful and friendly. She explained things with such clarity. I did not feel rushed with my time spent with her. Haven't lived here, This is a review of my experience with management and a tour. Shauna was personable, helpful, and was able to be transparent on fees and cost breakdowns. Answered questions and was helpful! Definitely added to my overall experience and perception of the property.

My goodness! I wasn’t expecting the building to be in such great condition — it’s far better than the place I moved from. After 5 months here, I can honestly say I love both the building and the management. No complaints so far, so keep up the great work!

What a difference a new manager can make. From looking at all kinds of apartments for my nephew we chose this one. The manger Shawna was so informative. She explained all the fees, rent packages and floor plans we could choose from. She made us feel co identity in choosing this location. I’d highly recommend this if you are looking for a new home. 10/10

Mi hija empezó a vivir aquí en el mes de enero y la administradora que había era muy grosera limpiaron un poco el apartamento para poder rentarlo pero está en unas condiciones que hasta el piso está levantado, gracias a dios llego un nuevo administrador y ya se nota los cambios favorables que está haciendo ya este fin de semana vienen a ponerle el piso nuevo al apto de mi hija y lo más importante el nuevo administrador se a preocupado por inspeccionar personalmente todas las unidades lo único malo que vemos es qué hay muchas personas latinas que no hablan inglés, y deberían de apoyar al nuevo administrador con una secretaria de habla hispana sería perfecto.para que allá mejor comunicación con los inquilinos

Checked out these Apartments and the Manager there (Deanna) was so nice and helpful! She listened to our needs and made us feel like she really cared. Deanna is such a nice young lady and I feel like I'd be able to come to her with any of my concerns and she would do whatever she could to accommodate! We need more people in the world like her (Especially in Customer Service!)

I have lived here since my boys were young and now it's my grandsons' turns! Located with everything you might need within walking distance...grocery store, places to eat, UTA stops and more. A playground for the kids , bbq area for the adults and a pool for everyone. I have had the pleasure of getting to meet the managers over the years, I would like to welcome Deanna to our little community. I had the pleasure of meeting her and she is very professional , sweet and friendly. My grandson is always asking to see "Miss Deanna"!
