It is a very quiet place. Eva is the young woman who serves customers; she is very friendly, and I loved her empathy towards people.

We have lived here for several years. Eva our manager is very professional and considerate. She is always willing to listen to us, and takes our concerns seriously. She is a pleasure to have as our manager. Kuddos to Eva!!

I've been living here with my mom for a year now. It's a good place to live; it's quiet and safe, and the people at the office are always very helpful. We'd like some benches at the playground.

Resolviendo todas tus dudas.. Cuando hace el recorrido te explica todo a detalle. Es muy hermoso lugar. Tanto que decidí venirme a vivir junto a mi familia. Los apartamentos son muy lindos y espaciosos. Los lugares libres son hermosos y frescos porque están rodeados de arboles. El área de piscina linda. Me encanta

I love the place and the apartments, apart from the fact that they are very nice, one feels very comfortable in them. The people are very friendly, especially the girl who attends to show and make the contract. It is very well located and the apartments are too spacious.

Great community! I read all he reviews before moving here and there were some about parking that I was mostly concerned but nothing turned out true. Never had to park outside the community! You get one designated covered spot and the rest is first come first serve, we had a big car and always used unassigned parking. The management has changed and I can’t say a single complaint about how they do things. Community is small ( 4 buildings ) so the office is a minute walking as well as the pool and the locker. Community is not gated but has fence. Would not say it is super secure but I never had a problem with it nor I heard any violence or crime. Lots of kids playing around which is a good sign to me. The apartment itself is good, won’t say it is super renovated, at least the one we rented but the appliances are modern enough. Anytime we had issues the maintenance person would come and fix same day, often just replacing the thing to the brand new parts. Does not have ton of storage, and the kitchen is rather small but it depends on your needs. I And you get the view! The view form th 3rd floor apartments is so gorgeous. Anyway, just come see the community, if will most likely meet your expectations.

I have been living here a long time and the manager and staff has always been very nice to me and my family. During the summer they they keep the pool nice and clean and always keep the gym nice and clean all year round. It's a very nice and quiet community to live in with nice neighbors as well.

I've been here just over 5 years, and for the most part its been a great experience. For example, the continuous efforts to upgrade and make improvements on the property. Second, the consistency of professionalism from all the management (currently, Eva is awesome) staff in making the residents feel appreciated and heard. Keep up the great work!!!

I have lived at CreekView for about 3 years and just signed my fourth lease. I honestly couldn’t imagine being anywhere else! My partner and I had a really rocky start living on our own and the leasing staff as well as the maintenance have always been kind, patient and understanding with us any time we needed help! The perks of living at creekview are wonderful, it’s peaceful and quiet! (dispute being next to a main road, a high school and a shopping center which I think the shopping center is a plus because, hello, everything you could need is within walking distance!) The pool is my favorite place to hang out during the summer months (we have had so many great memories with our family there) and the gym and rec house are amazing and clean! The grounds have always been nice and kind neighbors every where you turn. My partner and I have felt safe and welcome, and we can’t wait for the next year(s)!

Creekview is a great place to live! I’ve lived here for 3 years and just signed my 4th lease contract. Since Ava became the apartment manager living here has become heaps and bounds better. The grounds are well kept and the neighbors are nice. I’ve also never had any issues when it comes to maintenance requests, they’ve been pretty quick to respond.

I lived at Creekview for 4 years. Rich the lead maintenance guy is highly diligent and deserves a raise for how hard he works at maintaining the property and also tending individual tenet needs. Jennifer Arnold is an incredible property manager. She always took care of our concerns, is extremely professional, and caring.

I love living here more than I've loved any other apartment complex. The ladies in the office are always so sweet and caring. They do resident events, quiet for the area, has a gym and a pool. That's all a girl needs.

I had the best experience getting into a new apartment. Angie and Jennifer did an amazing job finding me the exact apartment I was searching for in the time frame I needed it.

I took a tour of the property this week as I’m planning to move in the upcoming months and wanted to see some options. A lot of the other properties I stopped by didn’t want to give me the time of day since I wasn’t ready to move in this week. But Angie at Creekview had no problems taking the time to show me the well-maintained and beautiful property also discussing different options available. The friendly staff affordable prices and well-maintained Property has this place at the top of my list when I’m ready.

Ive enjoyed the new staff in the office Cholie is sweet and kind she helped me put in a service request and called Rich the maintance man to fixed the problem I was having. Rich came quickly and got the issue resolved. Jen also has been amazing in assisting with a new lease for me that will work with my time line as I approach retirement and a rate that is fair. Yay to team Creekview!🥈

We have really enjoyed living here at Creekview Apartments, when we first had moved Leo assisted us in assuring we were able to move in quickly and even helped reduced our security deposit as we had to break lease on the apartment we were living in previously in Salt Lake. Was attentive and aware of our needs, maintenance issues have always been resolved quickly and we have no complaints. The property upkeep is great, and is always clean. We just renewed our lease for another year and can’t be happier!

We have lived her for a few years and have really enjoyed the location and our apartment. The new apartment manager, Leo really cares and has created a sense of the community for the residents that has not been here in the past. He started a fun monthly newsletter and hosts events at the clubhouse. The maintenance guy, Rich is also very friendly, prompt and reliable. I highly recommend renting from here!

Leo is amazing. Out of all the managers he has been the most attentive and always goes out of his way for the residents. Since he has been here he has put on many events and they are always fun and interactive. He is bilingual which helps. Rich the maintnenace guy is responsive and fixes things quickly.

I found Creekview during house hunting trip in February - locked in my unit which was to be renovated and just now completed my first month in the complex. The entire admin process was painless and clear - I credit Leo the manager of the complex for his being so well organized. Additionally, upon move in, as with any move, there are a few items which need attending, these were handled on the check-in list and each and every item attended to in short order. My pup (a GSD) and I are enjoying our time here, and the location is perfect for those who want to walk to most everything. Thanks Leo for making us feel Creekview is our home. Christopher

CreekView is such a cool property. Location is excellent, tons of food options, grocery stores, and recreation nearby. Leo is also a fantastic manager who genuinely cares, and Rich is always on top of keeping the property clean. I partner with Leo to help with the community events and it’s always so much fun. Leo is so amazing! I moved from California and I was so stressed out about finding a place in a nice area. I walked in Creekview Apartments and fell in love. They are in amazing location, shopping mall right behind the apartment, close to the freeway, and in a safe neighborhood. Leo, manager at Creekview Apartments keeps the grounds so nice and clean. Every month he has things going on at the club house, so that we can meet and mingle with our neighbors. Leo also sends out a monthly newsletter with contest and info on what’s going on in our Creekview community. I definitely like the fact that Leo gets right on any issues you may have. Thank you for making my move so smooth and just being an awesome person ❤️

This has been my first apartment and Leo, who took over as property manager right after I moved in, has made it easy! Facilities are well-kept, the location in central Midvale is awesome, and I have thoroughly enjoyed the first three months I have spent here.

Drove by yesterday to put eyes on this for my son that needs an apartment. I spoke to Leo Santiago and had a great conversation. He could've said we needed to set up an appointment, but I explained the situation and he made time to show me an apartment and answer all my questions. This guy has a great attitude and his service skills are top notch! Thanks again Leo!

Living at Creekvieew: If you're thinking about living at Creekvieew apartment complex I hope you have the privilege and opportunity to work with Olivia Ayala (complex manager) And Baggio (head of maintenance) Personally The biggest negative about both of these outstanding individualls is that I unfortunately don't get to work with them anymore (Moved from the complex). Olivia is highly professional, considerate, and and always went above and beyond when addressing the clients she serves. Olivia is sharp and always puts her best foot forward that of which coming from a resident point of view, is VERY appreciated. I believe Olivia is one of the highest of quality of managers I've seen in a long time and I just wish she could be the complex manager everywhere my family and I went! Furthermore, Baggio, has been and always will be in a league of his own! He can undoubtedly run laps around any other maintenance guy in the state! He's extremely knowledgeable in his field and only produces high level results in his work! Baggio is extremely hard working, extremely detailed oriented, and extremely personable! All in all Baggio is a class act through and through!

I had been living in this apartment about an year and half and had a pretty good experience over all. Rates were reasonable compare to other nearby apartments. Most of all, staffs are very friendly and communicational. I bothered the manager, Olivia at the last moment I moved out because my new house's construction had been keep delaying. She tried to helped me out her best to deal with delaying the move out date so I was able to stay few months more after my original contract expired with reasonable price. Lastly, the location is really amazing that Smiths, Walmart, and other fast foods restaurants are almost within 2-3mins distances.

I have really enjoyed living at Creekview for the last two years. It's very quiet and well maintained. The pool and gym are nice and always clean. I've only had a few minor issues but all were resolved quickly, and Whitney is very responsive when I've needed anything. Additionally, I've been really impressed with their response to covid. They've taken steps to ensure we're all safe while doing their best to make sure amenities are still available to us. I would totally recommend living here.

I like living here a lot. Some people complain about things that I feel are common in older apartments; the buildings aren't brand new or anything, but my apartment is HUGE and the area is quiet so I don't have loud neighbors or raucous parties to deal with. There is tons of grassy space which my dog loves, and the office staff (shout out to Whitney and Vaggio who helped us with the move in process) are helpful and honest. Glad I chose to live here!

Creekview Rocks! This is a very clean, non-smoking community. The neighbors are very friendly and quiet, even those with kids. There are several people with pets as well and they are very responsible pet owners. Kandi is an excellent manager and knows all her renters by name. She is very nice, prompt, and will go out of her way to help you. We unfortunately had to move for work, otherwise we would have stayed here for years to come. These apartments are located within reasonable distance of several great schools, restaurants, and stores. It is also not too far way from the mountain access roads. If you have the chance to live here, do it! You will not regret it.

Creekview is a great place to live! My wife and I lived here for 1 year before we found something closer to our jobs. First of all, Kandie, the office manager is amazing to work with. She knows all of her tenants, remembers their names and is super easy to work with. We hated the thought of moving and not having someone like Kandie come with us. The Apartment: Our apartment was a 900 sq foot 1 bedroom on the ground floor. We had tons of natural light and the layout was very nice. The bathroom was spacious and bright, the bedroom was big and had a huge walk in closet. The walls and carpets were clean, the thermostat is easy to operate and we were never too hot or cold. There is a lot of storage space between the hall closet, front room closet and the private outside storage closet. Full size washer and dryer hookups are in a closet in the kitchen. The only complaint we had was that in the kitchen there was no pantry, but we took advantage of the hall closet as a pantry/linen closet. The walls do a great job at keeping sound from other units out. We never had any complaints about neighbors being too noisy. Maintenance: Martin the maintenance guy is great! We had one small leak under our kitchen sink when we first moved in but after reporting it to Kandie it was fixed right away. Martin is usually always on site (during business hours) and is a super hard worker. He's friendly to all, and is great at what he does. He also works hard at keeping the sidewalks clear when it snows. Grounds: The grounds are really nice! A grounds crew is there weekly to bag leaves, cut the grass, and to do odd jobs like taking care of the trees, and even to fix cracks in the cement. We were very impressed at how well the grounds were cared for. Dogs are welcome and there is a nice grass area for them to play on and a doggy bag dispenser nearby. Smoking in the apartments or on the apartment complex grounds is not allowed and this rule is enforced! Tenants are encouraged to report people violating this rule. There is a pool on site but we never swam in it. In the summer it never looked super crowded, though. Parking: Parking wasn't the greatest, but to be fair it is a small complex with under 100 units so they didn't need to build a huge parking lot. Each apartment is assigned a covered parking space that you can use for $15 a month. If you have 2 cars like we did, then the 2nd driver needs to find an uncovered space to park for the night. We never had issues with vehicle vandalism and we never heard of anyone else having problems with it either. Location: We loved how many stores and restaurants were a short walk away from us! To do our weekly grocery shopping we would walk to Smiths, which is right next door to Creekview. It's close to freeways, parks, church, banks, malls, and anything else you could ever want. If you are LDS, you will be in the Midvalley 11th branch, not ward. It is a small branch made up of a few apartment complexes. It is an awesome branch! There is a good mix of younger married couples, older people, and they even have a small primary. Cost: We payed $800 a month for rent (prices may have changed), $15 for parking, Water/Garbage/Sewer was around $35, Electric (Rocky mtn power) was around $30, and gas (questar) was around $15-$20. You could make your gas and electric lower if you chose to use heat or a/c less than we did. Moving In/Out: We had the easiest time moving in and out. There were no hidden fees, no drama whatsoever. We paid a simple optional cleaning fee as we moved which was very reasonable. It was well worth the money so we didn't have to do it. Overall we loved living at Creekview. It's small complex, and because of that we felt like we were able to create good relationships with management and our neighbors. We recommend Creekview to anyone looking for an apartment!
