Great experience at this apartment complex! The place is very well-maintained, but what truly makes a difference is the service. I want to especially highlight Jimena's great work and kindness; she was incredibly helpful and always had a smile on her face. Highly recommended!

I've lived at the 500 8yrs and have loved it. The management and maintenance team are always so nice and helpful. Maintenance issues always get resolved in 48 hours unless it's an emergency then it's handled immediately.

I love living at the 500 Apartments. The people in the office are wonderful and they are quick to resolve any issues that may come up. I Would recommend these apartments in a heartbeat.

I love the 500. I can’t wait to start using the pool this summer and also the new gym. Management is always on top of everything, they’re great.

Me and my boyfriend had just moved in about a month ago and we are so pleased with how hard Marbella worked to get us into our apartment. The community itself is very peaceful and all of the neighbors seem kind as well . The complex is clean and well kept. Marbella works in the office and has been so on top pf everything as well as the maintenance lady Angela. They have so far addressed every concern I have had almost immediately and the few maintenance requests I had upon move in were dealt with within 48 hours. They are amazing and the community was so far seems really amazing compared to what it was under different management years ago .

I’ve been living here for a few months now, and it’s been a good experience. The move-in process was easy and straightforward. Marbella and Alex are both super friendly and professional, which made everything smooth. The apartments are simple, but they meet all my needs and have plenty of space, which is awesome. Both the management and maintenance staff are always quick to respond and super helpful. I also love how pet-friendly the place is! If you're looking for affordable and decent living, I definitely recommend this place.

We’ve lived at The 500 for about 18 months now and we intend to extend our lease. Our experience has been a positive one. The apartments are spacious (perfect for your cats to tear through the house). The kitchen is sizable. The bedrooms are large and the water pressure is great. The patio/porches are big and comfortable space to relax. The Management group is great to work with. Maintenance is quick to respond and friendly. The laundry room is tidy, the pool is well maintained and the new gym is a plus!

I’ve lived here for almost 2 years now and have really enjoyed it, the location is great and the apartment is perfect for me and my dogs. The most enticing part was of course the private fenced in yard area. Staff have always been amazing and see to whatever needs I might have. Really great place to live!

Great place to live at !! The neighbors are very nice and it’s a genuine good and strong community . Maintance is really fast and friendly If anything goes wrong as long as you put a request they will fix it don’t leave a negative review without giving them a chance to make it right . Marbela the manager is one of the best property managers who is professional and makes things right to get the job done fast and honestly makes this place amazing I love this apartment complex Very affordable living , spacious and nice fenced patios Can’t wait for the gym to be done The pool is also a very fun place to hang

Well managed and great renovations!

We have lived at the 500 for 4 years and are happy with our experience. The manager and handywoman are personable and we feel like they know us and our apartment personally. Whenever we have a maintenance request, it is taken care of quickly. Our apartment in particular (and several others) has an amazing real stone wood-burning fireplace that fills the entire wall. It is stunning and our guests always compliment it. The buildings are old, and the most common issue is losing our water (or hot water) for frequent plumbing repairs. We are always notified of these water loses in advance. Also with age- our floors do creak. It is currently going through a transfer in ownership, so I hope that it keeps all the good, personal things that we like and improve some of the older aspects. I will update this review if the change is drastic enough to warrant it!

I was wary of past reviews for this apartment complex, but the new management have proven themselves to be open, honest, and trustworthy. They showed me the actual unit I would rent as well as the model unit. They were transparent about the lease conditions and have taken and responded to all of my calls and emails quickly. Their leasing agent is really kind and the new manager is down to earth and empathetic but professional. Their staff are working a lot but they will always take time for you. These are good people, and I'm really glad I found them.

This is a great place to live! It's very affordable and spacious, seriously the bedrooms are huge! We have an actual fireplace! It is dog friendly and has a dog park. The management is super easy to work with and are very friendly. Maintenance gets done quickly. We have lived here for a few years and enjoy it. I have recommended multiple people looking for apartments to The 500!

Nice people in the office and like the improvements that have been going into the place.

Before Marbella it was a very bad place to live but she has worked hard and has changed a lot highly recommended everything with her just one detail her maintenance team does not help her much

Ever since I’ve moved in management has been nothing but helpful and responding to inquiries in a timely manner. Maintenance was also done in a reasonable time, parts weren’t on hand so I was informed they were being ordered. Communication has been good.

I like living here! The office staff and the maintenance people are super sweet! There is a little bit of a spider problem but it’s an old building with thin windows, what do you expect? We bought some bug spray and spray around the doors and it keeps most of them away! I’ve never had any problems here, I’ve had two issues and I talked the staff and they fixed it right away! There great! For our first time home, I think we did alright!

SO much has changed since the new management has taken over! Now I can say that I am excited and very pleased to live here at The 500 Townhome Apartments. Jacqueline is an amazing manager who is not only professional but understands the importance of being more personal with the residents in her care. Also, Angie is still my all time favorite head of maintenance, she can do just about anything. Thank you to the new management team for making me see how wonderful this place could be.

We find The 500 very well run with great service. We are very happy here.

We moved in on the 31st of December and all of our requests have been handled swiftly and the results are great. I totally recommend this facility for those of you looking.

It was a lovely place to live, very spacious and they did repairs quickly. They do turn off the water like once a week for work orders but at least they are quick to solve problems and they answer every time. Newly remodeled townhomes are like having a home.
