    Management

    Just moved in and had some problems with the shower head spraying backwards and coating the wall, ceiling, and floor with a lot of water. Joshua was on top of it immediately and sent Corbin to fix the problem. Both were very professional and quick with their work. Corbin even cleaned up the excess water on the walls, ceiling and floor. I didn’t even ask him too. So far so good at Wasatch club. Other apartments I've been at are very slow or flat out ignore maintenance concerns.

    Maintenance is always here at a good time and i always get a text from the landlord about them entering my apartment I'm not sure about everyone else but i make sure to research my issues before i call maintenance had a bad filament in my water heater and maintenance resolved my issue the same day heck i even asked them if they could caulk some seals because my place was showing its cracks all i have yo say is nice caulk and crack kills

    I got home today, did dishes and my garbage disposal was leaking. I called the office and they sent over maintenance within 5 minutes. They got here so fast. Corbin and Tylor had my garbage disposal fixed within 15 minutes or less and did a fabulous job. They were both friendly and professional making sure everything was good before they left my unit.     Been here about a year and a half, things are always smooth and had an amazing experience today with my first maintenance call. Corbin came down that same day with the part and got me all figured out and fixed up in like 15 minutes! Plus he was able to help me out with a couple of things that I didn't even know needed fixing!     So far ive got 0 conplaints, from management to basic layout/liveability, love it hear(first apartment). One thing i can note thats exceptional compared to all the other apartments ive lived at, is the maintenance. Theyre quick, super polite, and actually give you advice to help avoid needing them! I shouldve got their names, but the bearded gentleman and his comrade are killer, and super knowledgeable.

    This place is great. When I found things wrong when I was filling out my inspection list they fixed them swiftly. We love the maintenance they are amazing and quick. The area stays very clean and organized and the plants are always well maintained. Any issues that we have had when moving in has been fixed. They are very understanding and upfront about everything. Was not over charged on rent was much lower than I expected very happy overall.

    I lived here from 2019-2024. My experience here was nothing but amazing! Arabella and Elizabeth in the office always treated me with great respect and understanding. They always worked with me no matter what the problem was. Maintnence was always on top of things and responded to requests right away! The upgrades to the apartments are extremely nice! Patios are good size. The swimming pool, hot tub, clubhouse and fitness center are extremely top notch! Dog friendly community with a dog park and landscape that is very well maintained. During the winter months they are always on top of snow removal and salting the parking lots and pathways. I was sad to leave here but only left to be with my family in the PNW. Definitely five stars, I really miss this place that I called home for 5 years! Thank you Arabella, Elizabeth and team!! ❤️

    I had a maintenance problem and Corbin (maintenance staff) came and fixed the problem quick, you can tell that he really knows his job also explained perfectly what was happening. Corwin gave the 💯 and plus helping me to clear my dishes from the washer and put it away because recovering from surgery and I can’t move right now. That was so kind. Thank you!

    I've been living here for a few months and so far I've had a great experience. Corbin is a part of the maintenance crew, and he is way awesome. He's been super helpful on a personal level. He's very personable and is willing to help when he sees you might need it. He makes you feel like a person and not just a resident. Best part is he smiles when he helps so you can feel his authenticity. Don't get me wrong, I've only had good experiences with maintenance, but Corbin is the coolest.

    This has been a great place to live. Used to live here in 2020 and came back 4 years later it was so chill. No overcharges and main office is friendly. Maintenance, especially Corbin, has gone out of his way to make sure all requests are fixed quickly and correctly. Also the indoor basketball court and racquetball court are hard to beat.

    Best complex I've lived in. Management was attentive and fair. Maintenance got stuff done. Beautifully kept plaza and walkways. Price was the best I could find. It's a lovely option not to get torn a new hole (in the wallet of course) by the prices closer to SLC but you can still see the lovely mountains whilst living in the valley. Seriously I'm very grateful for how helpful the leasing staff was and I'll miss it here!
