Have lived here for 3 years and have loved my experience with Brianna and dayanara the office they are good people down-to-earth. They have patience with attendance as well. That we have patience with them. Also, they are understanding dislike. We are understanding when it comes to stuff here. Yes, it does take a little time and patience like with everything else. But they are good in understanding staff here as well, and they will get to the problem. As soon as possible, and I'd recommend them. I'd recommend them also on if I had to give them out of a 100 of a 100. I'd give him totally 100% on everything cause they are understanding, caring staff here, you're already generous.

This review is solely for my experience with Brianna. Brianna is the BEST! We decided to move in last minute and from the tour to getting our keys was less than a weeklong process. She worked so hard to get us in quickly and kept us updated every step of the way. I am so impressed by her work ethic and professionalism, give this girl a raise!

I had a good tour and the staff was very nice and helpful. The apartments had all the things I wanted for my move in list. Any questions I had, they helped me and in a timely manner. Overall good experience.

In the past 6 years of living here I continue to love the environment of Country Lake Apts. The office staff is outstanding ... Brianna, Mr Moreno & Elidio are always pleasant, helpful & efficient. Sergio Murillo is without doubt the best maintenance person to be found ... he cares about the residents & goes out of his way to make repairs quickly & expertly. I can highly recommend Country Lake Apts . 2025Nov02 The Property Management team at Country Lake Apartments, consisting of Property Manager Mr. Moreno, Assistant Manager Brianna & Dayanara, are so much more than Customer Service staff. They are Personal Service experts. From prospective residents to long time renters, this staff treats everyone with dignity, efficiency, courtesy & care. They make one & all feel like someone special .. like friends who need their help. They are always willing to go the extra measure because they understand how it feels to be new to a property or to be in some dire situation or to just be confused by an emergency. I, for one, love this staff because I have experienced many times over how they care for me as a person & will do everything in their power to make my residency here as pleasant & enjoyable & trouble-free as they possibly can. It's Customer Service with the very Personal touch that shows they care.

Melanie and Brianna are amazing! They helped us out and were very attentive to what we needed done. It's a nice neighborhood, a little dinged up, but very nice and clean overall. Five stars for the staff though, who have been great and made the move in process easy.

I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex! Brianna has been absolutely amazing—super helpful and always professional. The entire place is clean, neat, and well-maintained. I especially love the pond; it adds such a peaceful touch to the community. The location is also a big plus—convenient and close to everything I need. Any issues I’ve had with my apartment were handled quickly and efficiently. The manager and staff have been consistently friendly and responsive. Highly recommend!

Brianna has done her best to accommodate any issues ive had. Shes definitely made my living experience pleasant. Complex is clean of trash and grass is always trimmed.

As a contractor I provide services for this property often . This property has one of the best maintenance teams I have come across! Ivan is a very knowledgeable supervisor and that makes my job easier to do when someone understands what they are dealing with. Also the office is very kind and helpful!

Brianna and the leasing manager were very kind, very patient, and helpful in getting a lease agreement completely quickly and efficiently. They were very honest in the terms and disclosed information promptly in a useful manner. Would recommend this location due to more honest management experience and helpful attitude!

Me and my husband just barely moved in but so far I'd say the experience here has been great and definitely better then our last place, the maintenance guy Sergio was very helpful with the dryer, washer and echobee thermostat problem and seems like a very chill and sweet guy and Melanie has been super helpful as well with any problems and very friendly and kind.

We have living here since last two years ago when we moved from New York . Our daughter is around 5 months and she is now 2.5 years old. Brianna has waived our deposit fees when we first moved in . She was very thoughtful and did awesome job showing around the property . Very Professional and seems polite . Her communication skills with tenants are very good . The only drawback is complex is pretty expensive with amenities fees. They charged CAM fees which is higher as compared to other complex and playground , basketball areas seems not clean enough , also all stairs are not clean either . People don’t pick up their dog shit . Gym bathroom never has toilet paper and paper towel. They charged Valley trash is pretty expensive and very picky . Sometimes they forgot to pick up . Neighborhood in number 12th buildings are very noisy and played music around 2am or 3am with door open . Overall, it is not bad . We are still current resident and just renewed the lease . We decided to renew the lease because of location and didn’t increase too much during the lease renewal. They have a small pond and lots of ducks which my daughter enjoys the most, going to playground.

Deffinetly one of the best places ive rented. Not only were the apartments spacious, but the extras that come with the apartments like garbage pick up from your door, and matience handled in a timley fashon are very important. The staff in the office especially Breanna, was exceptional in straight forward conversations and making sure to doubble check any concerns i presented, and documentation to ease my concern. As far as safety , as a single mother i appreciate the properties constantly having the local police drive through , and the covered parking, especially durring the winter time. I am very pleased with the all around service and would recommend to any of my closest friends and family.

I've been at this complex for a year already and my boyfriend and I really enjoy it! Bre in the office is super nice and I love talking with her along with everyone else in the office. And I love having my little patio next to the pond. I recommend this place for sure especially for kiddos.

Hello, I recently moved to the Country Lake condominium. Since the beginning of my first visit, I have always been very well received by the majestic ASIM, who helped me with all the necessary documentation and showed me all the available apartments. I was able to rent a great apartment for an excellent price. I really liked the place because it is cozy and the neighborhood is calm and peaceful. I loved the fact that it is pet friendly because my dogs live safely here. I only have praise for the team because every time I need to request something, I am quickly attended to. I have nothing to complain about, just thank you! I am very sincere, and I am loving the experience. I have lived here for three months and so far I have no complaints, only praise.

Country Lake has been our home since 2009 We have loved living here. Beautiful apt, and grounds. Love my neighbors, great office management and maintenance. ((kudos)) to Ray for always fixing things right the first time. Brianna and Jorge have been great and understanding especially through the process of moving out. We will definitely miss living hear.

First impressions matter with apartment hunting and Alirio was phenomenal. I've never had a better experience touring an apartment than I had with him. He is considerate, thorough, and attentive to questions and concerns. Apartments are nice and in a good location.

So my sister lives here. The staff is great, I like how fast an efficient the maintenance staff is to take care of needs of the apartment. I believe Sergio helped fix a dripping shower issue. My sister talks about the rent and its not bad for what the market is in the area. The leasing staff is very knowledgable and Alerio is helpful on answering questions. Overall Country lake is great safe place for family.

Our friends live her, love the dog park, ducks, and park. Love that they are fenced in. Wish there was more parking, but only so much can be done about that. Affordable as well. UPDATE: March 2023 We moved in last August. Management has always treated us with respect. I like the fenced in dog park and the fenced in play ground. Looking forward to when the pool opens. On site gym is amazing. I don’t worry about packages being stolen here. We are planning on renewing our contract.

These apartments are so nice! I was able to lease an apartment with the help of the office, and especially with the help of Brianna. She was very nice throughout the whole process, able to accommodate to our needs and address our concerns. Thanks for helping us get in!!

So far it has been great here. Michelle was awesome at helping us get in. The community is beautiful and I love all the plant life. And I really love that some of the landscaping is more of an alternative lawn like clover and other soft green weeds that are better for the environment.

The staff has been friendly at all times and I know I can count on them to solve any problem I have. I love the location, how clean the whole place is, not to mention comfortable and affordable.

My BF and I just moved in last week, Michelle was wonderful at getting us taken care of, and we even got a welcome basket! There are some maintenance issues already, which is weird, and why I docked a star. All together I'm looking forward to living here!

I have lived here for 3 years and really like it. The office staff do a great job and make me feel like a valued and appreciated tenant. Jorge, Michelle and Brianna make a great team and really want this to be a great place to live. Michelle and my case manager coordinated really well and that gave me the chance to get back on my feet after a cancer diagnosis. I really appreciate them a lot!

For the most part, living here is a pleasant experience. Appliances and parking are an issue. Our apartment also gets dusty extremely quick and we have put in multiple requests to get our air ducts cleaning with zero response. Other than that, I enjoy living here. :)

Upgrading my review to five stars because we’ve lived here over almost a year now and have been having a great experience. Beautiful landscaping, duck pond with baby ducks everywhere in the spring, grassy dog park, beautiful gym, fair rental cost, close proximity to downtown, nice management, fun activities hosted by the office (like Bingo), our neighbors are great, overall just very pleased. Only con is the finishes are a tad outdated, but that helps keep the costs reasonable so I’m very okay with it. I would recommend this complex for sure!

So far, the experience has been great. Just a few issues I have already discussed with the Management. The maintenance and management is amazing. They are prompt and take complaints seriously.
