    I used to live here years ago and recently moved back to the area. They have made some great changes here and I love my new renovated apartment. Grounds are clean and well kept, and the onsite manager has been cool to work with.

    Cleanliness

    I lived at Park Central for almost 5 years. I had to leave because I had a heart attack along with other health issues. I miss the big beautiful yard for my grandson to play ball in. It was clean and well kept. The management, (Especially Rob), were great. They were willing to work with tenants to make sure you were ok and your apartment was at 100%. These apartments are a great family friendly place to live, including pets. I truly miss living there.

    Maintenance

    I have been living here for 3 months now. I have had to call maintenance a few times and they are usually very quick to respond, very friendly but professional. The rent is reasonable. The set up feels closed and safe, more like a neighborhood than an apartment complex. I am quite pleased with management and maintenance. They are also pet friendly with reasonable pet rent and deposit when compared to other apartments. As my first ever apartment I am renting, it is really good! Most of the downsides are out of the control of management, such as the parking situation is a little rough and there are a lot of families with rowdy kids (a possible upside to some anyway.) I will also say that airplanes fly pretty close and can be a little noisy, but it becomes a part of background noise very fast. An excellent starter apartment for new families or young people, as that is what it is for me.

    They keep up the property. Rob the office manger is amazing to work with. He will do anything he can to work wirh him, just be upfront with him.Most apartments are remodeled. Has a playground, dog park, and bbq pits and tables

    These apartments have been here for years and from what I remember to now is an amazing 100% on management and the owner. It's a place to have your family live and not have to worrie, I have been here almost 5 months and have zero issues with anything and that right there is a very good reason to come and talk to the guys and see about a home here.

    Maintenance

    My husband and I needed to move and we found Park Central and it was the best thing that we have done! We love our new apartment! Everything was brand new and better than our old apartment at a lower price! Not to mention the staff has been amazing they keep their word when saying they will come out and do something and they do it in a timley manner! Rob that works in the main office is amazing so friendly and very honest and upfront with all the policies and procedures as well as costs! I would highly recommend checking them out if your looking for a family friendly, clean , and beautiful apartment!
