Riverfront Apartments

We loved this apartment! We lived on the 4th floor and it offers such a wonderful scenery, vaulted ceiling and plenty of fresh air. We rarely got any issues living here. Maintenance are great, they responding to our requests some did took really fast and some we have to wait couple days but thats understandable. All of our appliances are working just great and our unit offers plenty of space and storage. We loved our apartment, we enjoyed all the perks that we didnt see in other apartment complex. The office staff are easy to talk to, will provide you informations and has been kind to us. Yes there are kids around but its normal, we are literally next to a school which makes us feel safer. And plenty of parking. We recommend living here, don't get discouraged by negative comments cause we didnt and tried it and we completely has had a different experience which maybe were lucky? But to each on their own experiences. We enjoyed it and we would love to share thats experience.

I have really enjoyed living here. The staff are easy to talk to and work with. There is a park just down the street and access to the Jordan River Trail. Close to an elementary school and in general in a nice location. I am in a 3 bed room but I have also toured the other units. The rooms are large, the bathrooms are large, and the kitchen is huge! I've been here for a year and a half and never had any concerns or issues.

Beautiful place! Avery was awesome and very kind! She is very knowledgeable about the property and was patient and attentive during my visit!

The neighborhood is quiet and the office staff are really nice. It is a great place to live if you have kids. The office is very family oriented and they always have family events thru out the year. I would definitely recommend these apartments to friends or family.

Just moved in, and I am loving it! Staff is very friendly and the apartment is in really good condition. They even left us a very sweet letter thanking us for moving in along with a few essential household items.

Gentry the leasing agent was great! She was very helpful in answering questions, giving information about the lease and all the amenities and floor plans! She had a great attitude and spirit! Communication was perfect! I love the apartments, so much space and very modern.

I have been here for just over two months and have not had any problems of any kind. All the staff are very friendly and have solved any problems in a good way. All the areas are in good condition and there is enough parking for all the residents. The apartments are very large, have a good layout and plenty of storage space. Personally, I think it is the best option for the price in this area <3

Great location!! We have been living here for 6 months and have loved every second. The leasing office is amazing and easy to communicate with. I feel like they are my friends! We have also had to do several after hours maintenance and the crew is phenomenal as well as so kind! This place 100% feels like home :)

I moved in 2 years ago, Kendalyn helped me annd my kids get our new home. She is the best! Literally and Love Riverfront love my places yes I was in a 2 bedrooms, Now I am in a 3 bedrooms. So if you’re in need of a place to call your new home. Come on to Riverfront apartments and ask for Kendalyn she is the best. Big shout out to Kendalyn 👏❤️

Pros: I have lived here about 4 months and I really like the stone countertops and glass top stove here and rent is affordable for a pet-friendly apartment. I liked that when we initially met with the leasing staff, Ben was open and upfront about all the fees so I could get an accurate estimate of what it would cost to live here before getting super far into the process. All the appliances work nicely and the in-unit washer dryer is nice. I love the Luxor One package system and the gym is useful. There’s usually more than enough parking for everyone which is great. I haven’t had time to participate but I really appreciate the effort that is put into monthly events. I’m sad that I was busy for the volleyball during the field day. I have had zero issues with noise but I am on the top floor so that is probably why. I have also had zero issues with dog poop. Maybe this is because there is now a fine for leaving dog poop lying around? Cons: I would use the pool more often but it is usually taken over by kids. It would be nice if the pool could be open to adults only in the evening say 9-11pm. Maybe not every night but maybe certain days of the week? The WiFi seems a bit overpriced. @leasing staff you might want to switch providers or something. The autopay system sucks if you’re trying to split utilities. It doesn’t make the calculations correctly. Bear in mind that move-in may be a struggle if you live on 4th floor as there are no elevators. Like others have mentioned there is no recycling.

I have lived many places, but Riverfront Apartments takes the cake. Between the amazing office staff, Gentry, Kendalyn, and Ben, and the amenities, the apartments are cozy and convenient, and all I could ask for! The maintenance staff does an amazing job at attending to my apartment needs with great service and always exceeds my expectation’s. I’m renewing my lease and finally feel like I’ve found my real temporary home.

Kendalyn and Ben are the best office management people that riverfront apartment complex ever had. Kendalyn and Ben are always have answers when questions is asked. Kendalyn and Ben always have a smile on their face when walking through the office doors. As for the maintenance crew Michael and Carlee is the best maintenance workers that I have. Michael and Carlee are fast and good workers they get work orders done in an accurate time where you have certain apartment complex have 3 or 4 maintenance workers instead of getting caught up with the work orders they get behind. Michael and Carlee are the best maintenance workers period.

The management is great, and the apartments are nice and big and beautiful. The matainence team is great and quick too

Our lives have changed throughout the years we've lived here. We've lived here during the construction of Riverfront Apartments inception. Ben and Kendalyn are an amazing team to help you find your home sweet home. They have helped me feel at ease and peace during changes in my life that were sudden. The maintenance team Michael and Russell who I've worked with for some time are quick to repair or replace appliances depending on my specific repair needs. This is a team that Cares about customer service and the people that live here. If you take a trip to view a potential residence please look at their mission statement in the lobby area near the offices.... I can firmly say this rings true for this team. I highly recommend Riverfront Apartments to anyone looking for housing needs. They are extremely professional, kind and bring a level of fun with monthly social activities to bring the community closer together. You will not find a better place to call home!

Great apartments. Never had a problem with them or the management... BUT, I also pay my bills on time and don't make problems for the management or fellow residents. So if you pay your bills and your not a credit RAT. You'll like it here. Absolutely wonderful and quiet place

Lived in a lot of apartments, and riverfront has been among the best, the staff is very nice and the gentleman with the tattoos in the office was a life saver, what a good person, thank you!! The club house is really great for hosting friends, and the pool is always a good time. Not many complaints from us, thankfully we had cool neighbors all around as well!

I have lived here 4 years and am sad to be leaving. The units are well taken care of and I had no major issues all the years I lived here. Maintenance always took care of my requests within a week. I live on the ground floor and can hear my upstairs neighbors walking around, and they have told me that they can hear us below them as well. I don't find this to be much of an issue as everyone is pretty courteous about the quiet hours. Everyone in my building seems to be very kind and trustworthy. I have had packages delivered to my porch that stayed there for hours and have never had a package stolen, even though my unit is right next to the stairs. Overall I love these apartments, we've just outgrown the one bedroom. If you want a quiet, clean, respectable place I would definitely recommend Riverfront!

I just sadly left this place after a year of living here and have nothing but great things to say. Kendalyn especially is such an amazing person to work with, is right on top of everything and is such a great asset to the apartments! I always went into the office asking for her first thing. The maintenance is always on top of things as well! They are super super understanding people and work with you with whatever issues you have. In person, over the phone, over email, they’re great people. The apartments are roomy, always kept clean, and keep the community looking good. Thank you Kendalyn and Riverfront Apartments! It was a great one.

The Riverfront Apartment as such is a great place to live and a big community.I came here to just write about how an employee(Kendalyn)can be this dedicated and also ensuring the best support to the new residents in terms of answering all questions/doubts. Helping to make sure the communication is clear.We just moved in 2 months back and so far its good. Kendalyn was excellent and the best any employer can have. Thanks for all the support. I wish we also have any event to connect with fellow residents :)

*****update***** 11/2/22 It has been almost 3 years living at Riverfront, and it is a great place to live! They keep the grounds beautiful, and are very responsive. ****** I love living here. They keep up the cleaning/snow shoveling and are very involved with the residents.

I moved to Riverfront 7 months ago, lease office team has been nothing but great. Especially Kendalyn. I was trying to get closer to work, but She went above and beyond to make process so easy for me to stay here. She has a great personality and so easy to talk to, we need more people like you out there Kendalyn. Thank you!!!

I have been a resident here for 3 years now. Our first year was great. We had no issues at all. It wasn't until the past 2 years that we have been experiencing some disturbing issues. I understand that quiet time is from 10 pm to 8am and yet we have neighbors that are not mindful of others. We have been communicating this with the office staff. They have respond back which is great. But it's hard to even enjoy a TV show when music is being played so loud. I like the staff and and overall the apartments are great. I just wish they would do more about the inconvenience noise. Other than that I really like it here. But can't wait to leave.

I’m a new tenant, only been here about a week, but so far I’ve had a great experience with the people at Riverside. Kendalyn has been amazing with helping me get accounts set up, and helping answer all millions of questions. When I moved in she told me there was a smell in my laundry room that she had hoped to had cleared up. And as soon I could smell it and identified it as cat pee (the worst smell ever) they’ve been incredibly accommodating on helping me solve the problem. From sending over their cleaning crew to sending the maintenance over to remove my washer and dryer so I could deep clean. The maintenance also tried to help me with a personal project of fixing my TV stand. So far my only complaint is my wifi is poopy but I’m not sure if that’s my fault or the properties. Stayed tuned as I have my IT friend investigate.

Loved my apartment as soon as I moved. Everything was perfect and I’ve had no issues since being here for a month now. Kendalyn R. has been such a great help, I love her and thank her for such a smooth transition. 10/10 would recommend to all!

A great place, safe, secure and friendly. Coming from a different state and shifting to this community was a great experience.

Staff are great at addressing issues and answering questions. Shout out to Megan for keeping a concerned eye on the people outside during the hot days! Monthly office events with food and themes and prizes keep the staff engaged with residents.

My husband and I moved into our apartment about two weeks ago. I want to say that we have thoroughly enjoyed living here. We love our apartment, including the spacious kitchen and bath and living rooms, big marble countertops, modern appliances, and a nice balcony with a convenient storage room. Each of our rooms has many convenient wall outlets. This is a quiet community of nice, friendly people. it is a large community, but we have no loud, noisy neighbors at all. We have enjoyed the peace and quiet of the community in the evenings. People in the leasing office are kind and professional. The leasing agent, Kendalyn Rigby, is particularly kind, patient, and handy. She expedited our application so we were able to move into our apartment the next day after submitting our application online on a Sunday. She is very helpful and organized. We are happy living in this nice community!

I absolutely love it here! I’ve been here for a couple of years and don’t plan on going anywhere else. Compared to other apartments I’ve had these by far have the most space and are definitely worth the price you’re paying. The community is super friendly and the office staff is just awesome. 10/10!

We lived here since they built the building. They built a elementary school right next to the complex so it was so convenient. I recommend this place to anyone! The office employees are always helpful & are always straight forward about any fees! I think Ben & Terrell are great at what they do despite the chaos!

Great place to live, wonderful staff!!

Lived here for 3 years. We loved living at riverfront. There was some damage when we moved In, and they fixed it right away. It looks new Inside and the grounds are well taken care of. The office staff was very respectful and knowledgeable. They answered any and all questions I had. They also do a good job at maintaining cleanliness in the common stairways and hallways.

I don't actually live here, and live about 2 blocks west. Giving it a 5 star rating for taking such amazing care of the landscape by the side walk, also the interactions I've had with the staff members has always been pleasant while walking our dogs, we never feel unsafe when in front of Riverfront unlike the other apartment complexes in the area. Might just sell our house and move here!

The staff members are helpful, supportive, patient and friendly. The apartment is big space compared to other apartments that I have seen . We are satisfied with the size of the living room, bedrooms and the kitchen. I wish there was an elevator.

I lived here for about two years. Pros: First off, I love the property. They take amazing care of the landscaping and grass and I always see the maintenance every morning picking up around the community. The apartments were updated and any issue I got resolved extremely quickly. Cons: I gotta say, most the front staff is quite friendly. There are a few people who don't have good social skills and come off very rude. The dog park is EXTREMELY small. Like...so small I couldn't ever take my dogs off to run because they couldn't run in that tiny area. I really hope they take into consideration how many dogs live in their community and the perks of having a bigger fenced in dog area. -Some neighbors are friendly some are not. I got the disadvantage of having extremely rude neighbors above and below me. The top ones would just blast music all day and their dog would cry all day. The bottom one cussed out my dad when we were moving out. I would say I enjoyed living here if you like to keep to yourself and maybe if you don't have a dog at all or have a dog that doesn't need to run or go out frequently.

It’s a great place to live, it’s in a beautiful area close to the freeway. The staff is awesome and great to work with, they had us setup and ready to go ASAP. The community grounds are always clean and cared for and the community is super friendly. We’re enjoying RiverFront thank you guys.

Had the pleasure to stay here for the last 3 years! Stunning apartments (especially the kitchen) and amazing staff. The grounds and amenities were always well kept up and apartments are very close to the Jordan River trials.

My hubby and I went to view an apartment today. We were greeted warmly and was helped within about 30 seconds after walking through the door. After all the places we had reached out top Riverfront was the ONLY one to contact us back. Everything was broken down super simple and we couldn't be more pleased. We are really looking forward to renting from you guys. Thanks Justine, you rock.

Great apartment complex!! Apartments and complex are kept a great! Management is outstanding to work with. They listen to your concerns and deal with them the best they can. And resolve them in a timely manner. Maintenance staff is great work orders are taken care of a very timely manner.

We went through Terell and it was a super smooth process. He was open to any questions we had and was glad to let us see the different style of apartments. Even the other staff we’ve seen seems so nice and make it so your okay asking questions. We’ve been here a little over a week and we love it the size, area, and community seems so nice and well put together.

Terell was amazing during the touring experience and was very personable and knowledgeable about the property. As for riverfront themselves, they’re amazing. Much bigger compared to other apartments. Neighborhood is nice and it feels safe. Crackhead free 😇

I’ve been apartment hunting, stopped into Riverfront on Saturday just to look around. As I walked in the door I was greeted by friendly staff and was able to grab a cup of coffee before we started our tour. It’s always amazing when the photos online look just like the apartment you see! I seriously am so happy that I stopped in, if you’re looking for an apartment, make sure to put Riverfront on your list!

The staff is very friendly and helpful whenever you need something and quickly fix anything in the apartment. With a gym, hot tub, pool, multiple green spaces and a dog park the grounds are GREAT! The apartments are very nice and modern and have more of a open concept than a lot of other apartments in the area and are very well priced!

We love our apartment! It's cozy and our maintenance requests are always completed in a timely manner. I'm mean the kitchen says it all for this complex. So much space!!!!

I lived here for three years and loved it, having occupied the apartment brand new. My ground floor, spacious 1 bedroom was perfect for my needs, I only moved out of this place due to job relocation but would have stayed for the long haul if I had continued living in SLC. I miss this apartment, it was a home base for my out of town family visits. My only concerns was the rent increases for every renewal but Godfrey, Devin, Terrell, and Kylie were great people to work with in negotiating a satisfying experience overall with my stay here. Great location by the freeway and never had to deal with a car break in or neighbor complaints.

Riverfront so far has been great to us especially applying and getting moved in! Terrell helped us out a lot by answering questions and getting into what we needed. Riverfront has been super clean, nice and spacious! Would recommend for sure!

Was there almost couple of year.Nice and clean apartment. Lack of Children play area however, gym and swimming pool are really well maintained.Nice and friendly staff. Special mention hallowen party arranged by management.

Absolutely love Riverfront! Such a beautiful property with an incredible team that manage the property. Both the office staff and the maintenance team do a great job at keeping everything running smooth. I love the gym with an attached play room for the kids. Everything is well thought out and it makes it an incredible place to call home! I definitely recommend Riverfront as a great place to live!

This property is very beautiful! Mr Terrell talked with me and helped me and I have to say he was very well mannered and professional! He’s the right man for the job! The property is outstanding! Definitely has a welcoming energy that I pleasantly enjoyed! If I could give 6 stars I would!!
