    The best apartments in Taylorsville. Very clean and quiet, well managed. I highly recommend to live here. I lived it here almost 2 years I have never had a problem with them. Anytime ask for maintenance they will show up to help on top of that they are so nice and respectful.

    This is the best apartment, so clean and well managed. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Anytime ask for maintenance they will show up to help. The property manger and their maintenances are so respectful and nice. After a resident leave, they remodeling the apartment make it new for the next resident. Rosario and Carlos, Cameron Love you guys and miss you!

    We’ve been here for almost a year and we love it! We started in the one bedroom and now live in the two bedrooms. The management is amazing and very responsive. If we have an issue they are always quick to fix it and the handyman is awesome! Its very close to redwood and Walmart and smiths and anything you can think of. We definitely recommend this place and it’s the cheapest place we’ve found that’s not dirty and smelly like some of the surrounding complexes. We’ve never had problems with people breaking into cars or stealing anything, even though some reviews say they have.

    This was my very first apartment ever and it treated me well. It was in 2015, so it’s been awhile but I’ve had siblings live here after me and I’ve heard they’ve only gotten better! When I lived here, my only complaint was the swamp cooler! But I have heard they’ve replaced all of these with regular AC- thank goodness! The management was super helpful and always responsive. The area is really cute and quiet and close to the freeway. I was lucky to call this my first home!

    We have been living here for the past year and we love it! The management (Lisa & Craig) is awesome. They are so quick to respond and fix any issue you might have in your apartment. They also take care really well the complete apartment complex. The green areas are great. On winter always clean sidewalks to walk safely. Pretty quiet place to live in. We love living here and will continue to enjoy it.

    Great management and quiet neighbors. It has been great living in an area that is so close to restaurants, stores, gas stations, and the highway without feeling or sounding like you’re so close. The manager and other management are easy to work with, friendly, and are very helpful if/when there is a problem (even if it’s just fixing something small).

    I moved in here after my wife was living here while we were dating, then ended up back here. Very quiet, clean, well managed apartment. Rent is reasonably priced, pool and playground are well taken care of and I've never had an issue with noise or crime. Management is very approachable and I've been very impressed they know so many of their tenants names, without having to look it up. I'd recommend to anyone looking for a quiet place to call home.

    I've lived here on two different occasions between about 5 years. Lisa the complex manager has always been excellent to work with. The apartments are well managed considering they were built in 1985. They're updated, and located close to the freeway and many other conveniences. Highly recommended.
