Bridgeside Landing

I've lived here only a few months now, and I really don't have complaints! Honestly, I just wish I had more countertop kitchen space :') But that's it. One thing that stands out about this apartment complex is the office workers. They're very kind and they frequently have fun activities or competitions going on for the residents, which I haven't experienced in past places I've lived. It feels like they care for us residents!! :)

We lost our house a few yea rs ago. And we ended up stuck at the Redwood apartments and it was miserable. Apartments had black mold in it. Someone poisoned our ESA dog, I prayed every night for the lord to help guide us to somewhere better. Well one morning I was looking through my email and one just had a heavenly glow about it. Well it was for Bridgeside Landing apartments. I am disabled but my wife and Bishop went for a tour. And not only was it more affordable but the staff were kind and were very accommodating . Cassie kept us in the loop through the whole aprovement process. The 2 bedroom apartment we are in is clean and unlike another apartment I wont name (Redwood Apartments) no creepy crawlings, no black mold, It is spacious and now when I pray every night I do not ask for a better place. I wake up peacefully and feel like I am someone who is respected and treat us like we are not just another monthly check. We are going into our 3rd month and it is truly a wonderful place. It is an actually a community. Neighbors that greet you when they see you. They have community parties and get togethers. Our prayers were answered . Thank the Lord, and thank you Bridgeside.

I would highly recommend these apartments. Everybody I’ve encountered here has been so nice. From the tenants, maintenance and leasing office.

I have lived here for about seven years and I have loved living here! It is clean and the maintenance people are great! I appreciate the office and their kindness. First, the absolute safety and lack of disturbances, and the management of the complex, from cleanliness and immediate repairs to the events they offer, are truly exceptional and deserve the highest ratings. The best thing about it is the communication between management and residents, and the quick response.

We are very happy with our choice of this place to live. It's very quiet, beautiful, and clean, with lovely green areas and very comfortable facilities—just what we wanted. We are very grateful to the office and maintenance staff; they are very pleasant, kind, and always have a smile. Highly recommended!

What i love most about bridgeside is the staff is very friendly and professional and that my children can play outside safely great community.

Living here is outstanding; the kind friendly staff members always greet me by name and with a smile. The grounds are beautiful and very clean. Very quiet around here, great views of the colorful trees and mountains. Walking distance to Jordan River and the walkway. Apartments are clean and roomy with great views. I would highly recommend anyone to rent here.

What I love most about living at Bridgeside landing is how much they care about their tenants & how clean and pretty they keep our complex looking :)

My son and I moved in at the start of the summer and we couldn't be happier with where we now call home. The property is beautiful and clean. Our neighbors are kind and respectful. If you have a package delivered you know it will be safe as there is a shared respect for others. One of our favorite things is the Jordan River Trail that we go for walks on at least twice a day. Its beautiful and so close. We also love the office staff and their continued dedication to making sure we are happy tenants. I would definitely recommend to anyone to come by and do a walk through if your looking for a new place to live. You wont be disappointed! Im sure you will fall in love with it like we have. 🙂

I love living here because the staff is so nice and they are always very welcoming. And it’s always kept nice and clean. Very quiet and if you have any concerns they are on top of it!

The staff here is fantastic very friendly; the maintenance around here is spot on. The grounds are beautiful and clean, pretty much quiet around here besides a few kids once in awhile and a few dogs barking. This place is absolutely fantastic, he forget you actually live in the city when you live here. A short walk takes you to the Jordan River and a beautiful trail. And the people that live around here are very respectful.

Honestly the best thing about living here is the maintenance team, any time I’ve had a problem they show up quickly and resolve it that same day. I appreciate them and the leasing staff is great as well. The community is pretty quiet all the neighbors usually stay to themselves.

I've been living here for 12 years now and I hope I'll never have to move again. Apartments are small but the main reason I love living here is rhe maintenance team. They're always quick at responding and fixing things. They do inspections and filter changes and they make sure things are fixed right the first time. The office has ups and downs. They're always changing managers. (That's the down part) Each manager and agents have been wonderful in making sure we live in a safe environment and get things we need done. They're great at following up with requests. There's no smoking and no vaping which I love because I'm sensitive to the smell. No pets are allowed only if you have ESA approval and lots of kiddos around which is great for making friends. Neighbors are super friendly and the church LDS ward is wonderful too. I'm glad to live here and looking forward to year 13.

I love bridgeside landing because it is a peaceful community that is hidden in the middle of Taylorsville. It is so close to so many wonderful things and it is always beautiful here. The staff are always helpful and kind and amazing at making us feel cared about. The property owns do fun things throughout the years to celebrate the residents and make it a fun place to live. I have never felt more safe in a community. I have lived in these apartments for a long time and I have moved every 3 years like clock work till I found these apartments. I have been here for so much longer because how great it is. I have referred many people to live here because it is so great.

Great facility run by great property managers. Facilities are well set up, clean and well maintained. Apartments have food fixtures and are well priced.

Alex is the best! She was very pleasant to work with and was very helpful with all aspects of moving in and made it not so stressful.

My little family was referred to this apartment and I'm going to say it was a blessing in so many ways 🙏🏼 the lady's in the office especially Alex help with the paperwork and any questions I had she and her team were able to help me and also referred me to other resources and the process to finalize everything to move in Alex and her team help me I was in tears 😭 when she said welcome to your new home 🏠 the area is very beautiful they have a pool that my kids enjoy and the park my baby she likes to play and the gym my boys enjoy going to work out 💪🏼 and maintenance is quick to help you with any issues you may have I would recommend this place to family and friends who are looking to move ❤️

I am incredibly grateful for the staff at Bridgeside Landing as well as the overall comfort, beauty, and calm vibe of the property. My son and I were looking for an apt in the Taylorsville area for months but the second we drove up to the leasing office at Bridgeside Landing, I had a feeling that we had found our home. Alex, their leasing agent, is amazing. So kind, informative, and she genuinly wants to help the residents in any way she is able. She answered all of our questions with warmth and a very comfortable demeanor. I felt like she really cares about myself and my son as residents and truly wants the best experience for us. That is becoming more and more rare as housing costs skyrocket and businesses become less personal, making it harder to find a place to call home. I could tell Alex truly wanted my son and I to be a part of the community at Bridgeside Landing and that means a lot to us. My neighbors are wonderful. Very kind and welcoming. The property feels safe and very family friendly. They also send weekly newsletters with information regarding activities in the area as well as resources for those with lower income/anyone needing resources. The staff as a whole has been a joy to communicate with. I am very happy to be living here with my son and highly suggest anyone interested to apply. Or at least come meet Alex and feel things out. You won't be disappointed! 😊

Alex was super helpful, patience, kind, and polite. I really liked her customer service skills, and I even enjoyed going through the application process. We all know those applications can be tedious and stressful, but she somehow managed it to make it more pleasant. In fact, all the ladies in the office were welcoming.

The laddies in the office were really nice and welcoming. Alex helped us out a lot and thank you to her we had a wonderful experience.

I absolutely love my place here, the ladies are absolutely nice. Alex was very helpful and was able to get us an apartment quick. This is the first time I was able to feel like I was at home. I would definitely recommend living here

Pues estoy muy feliz de por fin de mudarme a este complejo de apartamentos y que gracias a Aeleen me hizo decirme por este lugar y ella no solo atendió y respondió a todas mis preguntas y dudas si no que me dió la seguridad de que era el mejor lugar, y también me platico de las mejoras que quieren hacer para que esté complejo siga mejorando y siendo el mejor lugar para vivir estaba muy emocionada por eso,pero cabe mencionar que estoy ahora estoy triste y un poco molesra porque al parecer la cambiarán de lugar y no me parece a mi me recomendaron esos apartamentos y en especial me dijeron que Aeleen era una exelente persona que me ayudaría en todo lo posible y así fue.de verdad espero que no la cambien ya que recién llegaré este próximo mes a vivir ahí y me gustaría mucho que ella siguiera ahí.

Acabamos de mudarnos a este complejo de apartamentos después de ver otros lugares y estamos contentos con el edificio. Pero desafortunadamente, Eileen, la persona que amablemente nos dio una mano y nos ayudó mucho con todo el papeleo, se mudará a otro edificio. No sabemos qué nueva persona vendrá a hacerse cargo del edificio. Es un gran cambio y no deberían cambiar a los administradores que están haciendo un excelente trabajo. Ojalá Eileen pueda quedarse, ya que nos ayudó mucho con toda la mudanza.

Tengo 6 meses aquí y puedo decir que es una bendición haberme mudado aquí, Jennifer y todo el personal tuvieron mucha paciencia para ayudarnos en la aplicación y la mudanza, se preocuparon mucho para que todo saliera bien. Además el personal de mantenimiento educados,amables y muy serviciales. Mis hijos y yo no dejamos de agradecer a Dios por permitirnos vivir en un lugar seguro, céntrico en tiendas, bancos, restaurantes. Espero vivir por mucho tiempo aquí, Súper recomendado💕

Me and my husband recently applied for Bridgesides apartment and our application was not easy. Our situation was very complicated but everyone in that office was a huge help. Their customer service was above and beyond when I needed help or had questions. So thank you to Jennifer, Lauana and Maz we love our new home!

This set of apartments I can say with every property that it is one of the most welcoming I have been able to visit, all the areas are very clean, the apartments are architecturally WELL DISTRIBUTED their spaces, there is a large area to park and the buildings work with nature allowing you to have a feeling of PEACE AND TRANQUILITY, and last but not least ATTENTION IN YOUR OFFICES !!!! Wow, it's super great, Mrs. MAZARINE SILVA AND MRS. LUANNA will make you feel at home, they will guide you very carefully step by step so that you can understand each of the things you must do to be part of this great BRIDGESIDE family!!!! Good morning. I thank the Administration of Bridgeside, Landing Apartments, for my stay for 8 years and especially Maz, the current Administrator, for her attention and understanding of what was requested.

All women in this office are amazing they change life's.

I've been living here for 5 years. It's amazing. The mantaince very good. It's clean and the staff very nice people.

The Application process at Bridgeside Landing went smooth the staff were very helpful in helping me set everything up. overall good experience,the apartments look clean, and maintenance looks active. looks like one of the nicer apartment complex's in Taylorsville.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Bridgeside landing after almost 3 years of living here, we started off at a one bedroom & it was a smooth transition to a 2 bedroom, maintenance there is so helpful & always keeping the grounds clean, they really do go above & beyond, as far as the office personnel, we have always been notified by txt message any updates changes on time, or when we had packages & they were always so kind when we did need to go in. We were more towards the back so it was a lot more quiet (which we loved) they’re were kids in the playground area which is understandable, & the jordan trail was just behind us, & that was always nice. I will definitely miss living here, if you’re considering it I would definitely consider it.

I've been here for close to 3 yrs now. Due to changes in management, lease paperwork unfortunately was not filed correctly so we now must move. The current management did not have to let us stay but STILL let us finish out our lease.(Thank you)I have a 9yr old daughter & we loved living here. The river being so close we fished ALOT on our free time. Seen some pretty cool stuff living close to the river. If you have kids you'll like Bridgeside I promise. After school my daughter and her little crew stop at the office for hot chocolate. Most places will tell them they have to be accompanied by parents but the ladies in the office don't trip lol. Any maintenance issues we've had was attended to the same day or the following day. Don't know why people would give bad reviews to Bridgeside. We are really going to miss living here.

Bridgeside Landing apartments are amazing! It's a very convenient location next to everything. (Stores, restaurants, Jordan river trail, freeway). I lived here for almost 2 years and it was an awesome experience! Management was always super nice and accommodating. They were always responsive to inquiries and are always willing to help. Owned by mega real estate developer Dan Lofgran, these properties are beautiful, professionally maintained and you will never be treated like a number. Your residency will be filled with community activity and involvement. Your needs will be met speedily and with professional courtesy. Even the corporate office is open to your input. Cowboy offers apartments of high quality and safe environments to an array of people, for those with limited income and those with high income...the apartments are the same. Cowboy is everywhere from Downtown Urban communities listed under Liberty to communities in Taylorsville, West Valley, West Jordan and Draper. They even have a beautiful urban community in Ogden. The latest community is under construction Downtown Salt Lake City and will be the tallest High rise structure in the city. Not all of his properties offer rental discounts but most do. So if you are looking for a great place to live, be represented by an ethical and caring management company and are looking for a community, not just a place to hang your hat...look at Cowboy. They have your back...and best of all you will never be treated like a "tenant" but as a community resident. I can't sing their praises enough. As for me, I am a Happy resident of Bridgeside Landing but have lived in other Cowboy properties and they are all terrific. I love where I live at. Living here at Bridgeside Landing Apartments has the most AMAZING and BEST management people EVER that work at the office. They are such nice people and very caring to the residents here at Bridgeside. The new management people are by far the BEST management people that I could ever ask for. They truly care about the residents and take good care of us really good. I’m truly forever grateful and blessed to have these management people here to help us in what we need no matter what needs to be done for the apartments. If I need help with a work order I put in it’s ALWAYS done real fast in a day. They do such an amazing job getting my work order done. Also the maintenance guys are awesome too. I love the work they do keeping the place very clean and up and running. They work hard to make the place look decent and it’s so nice to go outside everyday to a clean environment of Bridgeside. Love love the management and maintenance people. Thank you, for all you have done for me and my daughter. #ForEverGrateful #GodBlessYouAll

I am giving 4 stars just because this is a late review, not a current one. We lived in Bridgeside Landing about 3 years ago and lived there for 3 years. We absolutely LOVED it there. The office staff is really good, the grounds are well kept and the maintenance crew was absolutely the best we've ever had. Top Notch. There are plenty of area's to play and walk. They have a playground, a pool (we never used the pool though) and a lot of grassy areas. The also have a basketball court, a beachball area and are right on the Jordan River trail. Maverick is within walking distance which is definitely a plus, and there are at least 2 park areas within 5 minute walks of the complex as well. They do apartment inspections regularly, but that's okay with me because it makes sure people are keeping apartments clean and that management can try to catch any issues before they become major problems. They have Income restricted apartments AND non income restricted ones, so there is a good variety of people who live in the complexes as well. The only thing I didn't really like was that the master bedroom doesn't have a light in it.... So you have to use lamps.... Which is crazy. haha. The lamps ARE tied in to a light switch, so that's good, but still a little weird for me. We did have a cockroach or two, show up in the apartment every now and again, but this wasn't a huge issue for us. We just made sure we kept everything as clean as possible when we saw one, which was maybe once a year tops, and was only ever one. I am sure there were more but we didn't see them and the complex tried really hard to keep everything clean outside in breezeways and such, and with inspections and things, and also sprayed pretty regularly, so I am not sure there is more they could have done for that. Anyways. We loved them and would highly recommend them.

The property management cares about their residents and does everything they can to make the property clean and secure. They are easy to work with and are always looking for ways to make improvements.

One of the best maintained apts in utah. Very family friendly atmosphere. A perfect place for raising human kids.

We have lived in 2 different buildings bottom floor and top floor, 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom. The first year here was awesome. Children do run everywhere and it can be frustrating. Some teens are a bit...destructive but its taken care of. The playground is for bigger kids not under 3. The policy is non smoking for the whole campus but many guests and even renters smoke often. Even with the bad, (make sure your cars are locked) it is the safest place that is low income. Maintenance is amazing. The office staff changes often but they are usually very open and friendly. Shopping around is close and the trail behind the complex is awesome.
