Park Station

I came from an apartment complex with managers who were out to get tenants. I have been so pleased to be at Park Station for the last 2 years. Maria the manager has been wonderful. She takes the time to hear out tenants and handles issues professionally and respectfully. She is very straight forward and there to make sure everything is followed which I respect. It doesn't feel like there are favorites at the apartments, just a great community that feels safe with the location. I also want to shout out Paola. She is so kind and understanding to every complaint and listens intently. Glad to have these two woman look after the community.

This has been the easiest to work with complex I have ever leased with. Management has always been more than accommodating to my request and changes to living situation often with little heads up or notice. Would gladly lease here again in the future if the opportunity comes up

I’ve had a wonderful experience living at this apartment complex! The manager, Maria, is absolutely fantastic. She’s always attentive, responsive, and truly cares about the residents. The entire staff is equally wonderful and makes living here a delight. Highly recommend!

Everybody who put this together between Maria all the office staff? Diana, Cameron and everybody else, and I'm sorry if I didn't mention your names, but I am thinking about you. Also, thank you for Verizon for bringing the fun gifts. Me and my grandkids had an absolute fun time and hope we can do this again soon. Thanks again, it was great!

The manager Maria was very helpful with answering questions I had about the property as well as the leasing agent Paola with giving me follow ups on units! Maintenance man Cameron also was nice!

This has been the best experience while looking for a place to live. Gladys helped us and she was fantastic! She is knowledgeable, kind, punctual, friendly and patient as we looked at a few of their units. She found us the one that fits us best. Their units actually look like the pictures posted which was a huge as none of the other places we looked at were the true photos. The place is well kept and I’m excited to move in!!! Thank you Gladys for everything!!

Good morning, I am a resident of Park Station and I would like the administration to take into account, there are many Latinos who do not speak English and Mrs. Glenda is a very kind person, she speaks English and Spanish, which helps us clear up many doubts and answers, I had a bad experience with Amy, she has no patience and we would like management to allow us to be with Glenda

Absolutely love it here. Management is fair and honest and always willing to help when needed! And the pet wash is amazing!

Park Station is a great place to live. The new management team is doing a great job with getting the grounds and maintenance up date

This place is an awesome place to rent from! The Manager that works in the office is so helpful. They are making many upgrades to place and making it feel more homie. Great place to call home.

I’ve lived here for about 7 months but due to our family getting bigger we need a bigger space so we are leaving, but I’ve absolutely loved my stay with them, Noel has been very transparent and communicative with us. The space of the apartment and the remodel was done really well. Love the community and the area.

I’ve been a vendor for this property for several years and have seen different management company’s take over park station and by far avenue 5 has been the best I’ve seen , Ruby the manager is great to work with always makes herself available and is very understanding .

I’ve lived here for 1.5 years and ever since new management (Avenue 5) has taken over last November it’s been only getting better and better ever month. They have taken many extra steps to improve surroundings and over all have been wonderful. They always resolve any issues in a timely manner

Since the new ownership the apartments are starting to turn around. We now have security and the maintenance guy is fantastic

Since this apartment has changed management we have not had issues so far seems like they are putting effort into it I hope it continues.

Onsite management and ease of possible maintenance issues that may arise they are currently under new ownership and in the process of being renovated new club house and very conveniently located near shopping centers as well as major highway on ramps allowing quick access to get about in timely fashion fair pricing considering the amount you will pay else where and not have on site staff covered parking as well as continues to become a safer place to relocate near Trax and other major transportation

Cody the maintenance guy is absolutly amazing! Any time we have an issue, he is over here quick. I give him 1000 stars! Chante is awesome. She deals with me on a daily basis but makes sure we are taken care of.

I have been here three years and the maintenance man wasn't very good but now it is much better they take care of things.The new office lady Chante has been real good at getting things taken care of and she does treat everyone with kindness and respect.

I've lived here for years and Chante and the crew have been making the best changes and I can't wait to see all the great things they have in store!

My wife and I have lived at Park Station for just over 3 years now. The management is what’s kept us here so long.. the apartments are older but maintained as best as they can. We have a beautiful view of the courtyard from our patio which we love!! We are growing our family so eventually we will be buying a house and will be sad to leave Holly and Jennifer but are definitely grateful for the time we’ve been here!!

I lived here briefly (6 months), and it was the first apartment I had ever lived in (I've always owned or rented a home). The pricing was very competitive, but the reviews were very positive, so I signed my six month lease. Overall, a very positive experience. Honestly, it's not a "high-end" complex, and the surrounding area leaves something to be desired, but the apartment itself was in decent shape (a little outdated, but my expectations were not too high for the price I was paying). I'm *highly* sensitive to noise, and the place was surprisingly quiet (not sound-proof, but not noisy- I also rented a top-floor unit). The most exceptional part of the experience was the staff. The Manager, Holly, really knows what she's doing. Very professional, courteous and pleasant to work with. The maintenance staff (especially Jersey) was exceptional- always timely and courteous with their repairs. Would definitely recommend this complex.

Just moved in and love it!! Nice clean apartment new carpets etc. Management is AWESOME and always willing to help. Maintenance is fast to get things handled. Will recommend this place to anyone.

I have lived at Park Station for a year. The apartments have big windows and a balcony. They are pretty basic but everything works well. I just signed a new lease so I shopped around to see if I am paying too much. I am saving money by living here and feel like I am getting a good deal. The management has changed recently and if there are ever any problems they take care of them really quickly.

I have lived at park station for close to 7 years. I have enjoyed getting to know the staff and all the fun things they do here. The do movie night's Easter egg hunts also summer parties and Santa clause. I mean come on how many people can say their apartments do that..

I've been living at Park Station for a few months now and I think it isuch a great place to live. I go to college downtown, so having TRAX near by has been super helpful. Plus when I do have to drive it's nice being really close to both I15 and I215. Yeah ,the apartments are older and can use some work but for the price and location it can't be beat. The management has changed recently and I've noticed a lot of improvements. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.
