    My friend has lived at 4th West Apartments for several years, so I’ve visited many times. This time, we stayed in one of the guest apartments available for residents to rent, and it was a great experience. The building has always been the best in my book—the amenities are fantastic, the pool is awesome, and the community atmosphere is great. A special shoutout to the leasing office and Brooke as well. They were incredibly helpful and accommodating on short notice, which made the stay even better. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an apartment in SLC!

    One of the best places I've ever lived! You won't find a single apartment complex with amenities like at 4th west. The roof really made living here a luxury! Gym is 24 hours and beautiful, spacious! Leasing office is courteous and professional. If you're considering moving here, be prepared to want to stay for a few years!

    I give it 5 stars only because of the Lead Tech Joseph B. When Hardware messed up my unit and I had to move to another one a month and a half later Joseph was one of the reasons why I ended up loving this place! He gets things done right and goes above and beyond! He is professional and personable and if your rent it high having someone who you can depend on for repairs really makes it all worth it!

    Recent move-in and excited about the new space. Amenities are well cared for, grounds feel safe, and it’s nice to be near the city without being in the heart of it.     4th West is the Best! This building has it all. The roof alone has the biggest heated pool in SLC with a cuzzi, an indoor lounge, sauna, gym, basketball court, yoga/ spincycle room all with a gorgeous view of the cityscape and Wasatch mountains. There is a grocery store on site, sports lounge, wifi lounge and office space for work meetings. The amenities are great, but the staff takes the cake. The property manager, Brooke keeps the place running like a well oiled machine. The front office staff are always attentive and considerate. Dominique executes with perfection while inducing major smiles. Brooklyn is a rockstar and brings the community together. The team really goes above and beyond with special events and prioritizes resident's comfort, security and well-being. I honestly can't say enough about how great it is to live here. Oh yea...Location! High end shop, dining and nightlife all within a short walk. 2 blocks to NBA/ NHL stadium, 3 Blocks to the freeway gets to 7 world class ski resorts within 1 hours drive and SLC international is 10 minutes away. Life is good!

    I’ve had a wonderful experience with 4th West Apartments so far. The move-in process was smooth and efficient, which made what is usually a stressful transition feel easy and well organized. A special shout-out to leasing agent Jason Clark — he is polite, funny, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the property. He truly helped make the experience a positive one from the very beginning. The amenities here are incredible. Having access to a beautiful pool, a sports bar–style gathering area, and Lee’s Market right on site adds so much convenience and enjoyment to daily life. It already feels like a vibrant community. I’ve also found my fellow residents to be friendly and respectful, which contributes to a welcoming atmosphere. Because I require some accessibility accommodations, it has meant a great deal to me that the staff at 4th West have been so helpful, supportive, and responsive.     I’ve lived here for just over a year, and I have nothing but positive things to say! Some highlights of my experience living here: – Leasing Office: They are all incredible! Dominique gave my first tour and helped me through both signing the lease and a transfer. She’s been so friendly, helpful and just amazing since day one. Brooklyn puts on all kinds of events that make living here so much fun. I always look forward to the event calendar each month to see what’s going on. She brings such a positive energy! Everyone else has been so amazing as well. A++ with this team! – Maintenance: I have lived at several communities in the past, and I have never had such a positive experience with maintenance. These guys are so fast and always solve my problems. – Amenities: Beautiful rooftop pool and hot tub with a jumbotron TV, sports bar with pool and poker tables and a golf simulator, high-end gym with sauna, cozy and scenic sky lounge, basketball and pickleball courts—the list goes on. These are what set this community apart from everyone else in the valley. I love these experiences! – Location: It’s so cool being able to walk or scooter to pretty much anywhere downtown, especially to Jazz and Mammoth games. So fun and convenient. Honestly, I have loved every minute of living here. I can’t say enough positive things about my experience!

    4th West is such a cool property with amazing amenities. I especially love the basketball court and gym, and the rooftop pool with the Jumbotron is a huge highlight during the summer. They host some of the best community events, and Brooklyn, the event coordinator, always comes up with the most fun and creative themes. Wine Down Wednesdays are a blast and such a great way to meet people in the community. Brooklyn was also my leasing agent and she made the move in process so easy.

Having a grocery store within walking distance is also incredibly convenient and has made day-to-day life even easier. And the rooftop pool is the best in salt lake! Dominique gave my tour and was extremely helpful in finding and matching the right apartment to my needs. The staff have always been friendly and professional, making every interaction a pleasant experience. Other residents have been great too which makes the community feel very inviting and they do community events all the time. I only wish there were more! I’ve loved living here and would highly recommend it.

    I moved in several months ago and have had a really incredible experience! A few things I've loved most: -Leasing Office Staff: I've worked with all of them but mostly with Dominique and Kellen. Both have been super friendly, responsive and helpful from the moment I toured here to dealing with day-to-day questions. Just really great people. -Maintenance: Top-notch, friendly team. I especially have to shoutout Dave. He's amazing. Has dealt with all of my requests very quickly and has done incredible work with each of them. Can't praise him enough. -Amenities: This is main reason I moved here. You really can't beat all of the amenities and I've lived in several different communities. You can see them all on the website but I feel like they have everything I need, which makes me so excited to live here. -Activities: It seems like they have at least some type activity every week. Just this past weekend they had an awesome brunch with a DJ on the rooftop. Vibes were incredible. They do a really good job of engaging the residents and creating fun environments. Really happy I chose this place!

    4th West has the best amenities in SLC by a long shot. Having a grocery store on the bottom floor is an amazing perk. In addition to having the best rooftop pool in the city, we have a full size sports court that gets a lot of use in the warmer months with a brand new sauna right next to it. Kellen has been the best leasing agent! Brooke, the property manager has also been SO accommodating on many instances as well as going above and beyond to ensure the satisfaction of me and my friends who are also residents.

    I have loved living here! They have so many amenities and I can’t wait for the sauna to be open! Everyone in the office is so helpful and friendly. Olivia and Kellen are great to talk to in the office and answer any of my questions and have even helped my hunt down a missing package (Amazons fault of course!) Whatever I need they are quick to respond and send maintenance right to my door. Brooke is so friendly and always stops to say hi in the halls whenever she sees me. Not to mention they throw the best parties. The pool party is legendary and I love to hang out with my friends at Wine Down Wednesday’s, because who doesn’t love free wine!? 10/10 love this place.

    4th West offers everything you could ask for in an apartment complex and more. I have lived here 3 years and just signed another lease because of how much I love it here. Brooke is the best property manager and makes sure to keep all of the residents happy. Each month, they plan so many fun events for the residents and it has enabled me to make so many great friends and connections. Whether you like to jam out to music or have a cozy night by the fireplace, there is something for everybody here at 4th West. There are a lot of options of places to live in downtown Salt Lake, but none of which provide an experience anything like 4th West!

    Great apartment to live it with all of the amenities, ease of getting around, and the secure parking situation. The office is extremely helpful and resolves any issues in a timely manner. They have a myriad of events throughout the year that are well organized and turn out to be a great environment to meet other people that live in the building. The gym/courts are very well equipped with everything you need to workout (and only occasionally have to deal with difficult people who don't understand how to follow rules in there). Overall highly recommend!

    This place has everything you could possibly want/need in an apartment! Just look at the website and you’ll see how spectacular this place really is. I’d say the biggest reason me and my Roomate's chose to live here was because of Kellen! He took us on the tour giving us the full picture of what it would be like living here, as well as showing us options we didn’t even think to consider while still keeping us in our budget. Not only did Kellen give us the best tour out of the 6 luxury apartments we saw that day, but he also helped us with applying, signing, actually moving in, and any questions we had! You can tell he genuinely loves this place! Kellen made a difficult and stressful process easy and fun! If you are considering moving to Salt Lake, this is your sign to call and ask for Kellen to give you a tour!!

    I can’t say enough good things about this place. The views are absolutely amazing from the rooftop. You can see the mountains all around you and enjoying the sunsets from the massive jacuzzi is so much fun! There are so many amenities here and they are so well taken care of. The gym has all the equipment you would find in a gym you would pay a membership for and there is even a huge rooftop basketball court. There is even a little market attached to the building which makes grabbing groceries so easy! The resident events are incredible as well. For Halloween, they had an incredible rooftop costume party that was so much fun! The staff is also so accommodating, friendly and helpful. Brooke, the manager, really goes above and beyond and is so responsive if you need any help.

    I have been living since December and have lived across the country at different Greystar run building, this is by far the best one. Literally every single staff member is polite, kind, helpful, professional I could go on. The entire building is kept clean, the main areas that I walk through daily are always spotless. Anytime management has to address an issue they do it in a way that gets the point across but still remain friendly. The amenities are beautiful especially the rooftop. The building tenants that I’ve ran into range from 24-60 so it’s good for all age groups. The actual apartment are great as well, down to the layout and appliances - everything works well. Really what makes this a great place to live is not only the well kept common areas but the staff. I interact with them daily - they always give my dog treats and are genuinely nice people.
