The staff has been incredibly professional, kind, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire move-in process, making things super easy. You can tell they really care about the community and the people living here. On top of that, the complex is quiet, clean, and really well taken care of. It’s the kind of place where you can actually relax and feel at home. The interiors are VERY nice with modern appliances and great noise control. If you're looking for a spot that’s peaceful, well-managed, and has great amenities, I’d definitely recommend making this your home!

    Maintenance crew specifically Tony, and Andrew have been great! They are both personable and get the job done, and are both very polite and nice! As for apartments they are very nice inside and Jenn the manager was great with my move in process! The gym is a little small but super nice as well! Re-writing review for only 4 stars because the receptionists was not helpful when I moved in.

    Dayana was so wonderful in making sure our welcome process was as effortless as possible. Additionally during the application process, she was able to help us out as much as we can with the prices of rent as well as the different deals that were offered. She was very helpful and super nice to work with. :) The Axio 8400 itself is a beautiful complex that is in a very secure neighborhood. Amenities are amazing as well as help is very easily accessible. Highly recommend staying here if you can :)

    The apartments are beautiful, updated, and very homey. The office/ maintenance staff are all super helpful and friendly, and they have a surprisingly awesome gym! We were looking for an upgrade from our last apartment and we are so happy that we found this place!

    Andrea Rodriguez was awesome and very helpful if your moving in and have any questions at all she was very knowledgeable Edit : 5 months later one star lost because of one the parking which is absolutely crazy i wish i could pay for a garage and a covered spot but i was already told no and 2 super noisy neighbors playing music sometimes till 3 am or even arguing outside my window where the cops even showed up if your going to live alone this place is perfect but if you plan on having more than one vehicle dont leave your house on the weekends and don’t get here later then 6:30pm during the week
