Outstanding management and a beautiful property! Jamie, the manager, was incredibly kind and helpful—she squeezed us in for a last-minute tour and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome!

Jamie is absolutely amazing to work with! She is very helpful knowledgeable and does her job very well. Always with a smile on her face. Steven with maintenance is awesome to work with! If you need something done and done the right way he is your man. Amazing team and always a pleasure to work with!

The best apartment complex I have ever been graced to set my feet in. The property manager, Jamie, made me feel so at home & welcomed. Steven the Maint manager rolled out a red carpet just for me to come and see the place. These two work hand and hand like Batman and robin. Couldn’t ask for a better duo or a better place to live. Jamie is a fantastic property manager. She's always attentive and things are addressed very quickly. The property is clean and the vast majority of the tenants are really clean, quiet, and respectful.

Villas at Vine is an awesome place to live Been here 11 years loved every year of it. Since Jamie has been here things have improved quite drastically and since Steven has been here work orders are completed quickly I have no intention of leaving I love it here proud to call villas at Vine home

My husband and I have lived here for 4 months now. I can sincerely say that I am overjoyed with our experience. The units are updated and comfortable. The manager Jamie has been a delight to work with from the very start. Very knowledgeable, helpful, genuine and caring. Upfront about everything. No tricks or surprises. The maintenance is professional, fast and friendly. Jamie and Steven keep the community safe, clean, & a great place to live! I would strongly recommend Villas at Vine. LGBTQ + friendly is always a plus.

This is a beautiful property. The apartments are absolutely beautiful inside and I love the living space. Also the property manager Jamie is absolutely wonderful. A very delightful person with a good heart.

Steven is always quick to respond to maintenance requests, he is always laughing and chipper no matter the issue he is fixing. Jamie is always friendly and bubbly when I go into the office.

We have lived here about a month now love the place quiet, peaceful great community. Our apartment is cozy and warm great place to walk your dog. Office manager and maintenance are awesome helpful we have had nothing but Pleasant interaction with all. Love the trees .

Friendly neighbors, quiet community! Perfect place for walking dogs, management and maintenance are nice and answer any and all questions very restful, has a nice park and a basketball area for kids!

I love living here Jamie is awesome she really does care about her residents here when something comes up she is on top of it and does what is fair to everyone the maintenance is awesome he will get to you as soon as he can and it's done in a timely manner I feel at home here I have no intentions on moving out any time soon many years will I be here it's amazing I love the layout of my apartment the rent is decent my grandson has a place to play thank you Jamie for making us feel welcomed here and part of your villas on vine family I'm proud to be here keep up the good work

I've been working with Jaymie to get my girlfriend and I into an apartment since September and not only has everything gone swimmingly, but Jaymie and her staff are all around wonderful to talk to and get help from. We successfully moved in right when we needed to with little to no issues and it's been the most wonderful experience ever. This is not my first renting experience but this certainly has been the best. Very impressed with everything that's going on over here. Very excited to be here for the next while. Update from more than a year later: We were there for 6 months. I still think about how much I loved these apartments. How helpful jaymie was. How nice the grounds were. How quiet it was. I miss this place. If you want somewhere that feels special, this is where you want to be. Thank you Jaymie for constantly working with us and making the grounds and facilities feel so cared for and loved. I Will always remember the villas at vine.

Jamie was very helpful with trying to get us into an apartment and although I was unable to get one at that location, she played an important role helping me get into another apartment right in time to have my baby. She was very kind and willing to go the extra mile.

Jamie, is such a kind person. She tried so hard to help me find an apartment that works for me. Unfortunately we couldn't find the right one. But, even that I have to say that I was amazed and surprised of how hard she tried to help me. She doesn't even know me and she did show me that she is very professional, but she did also show me that she has a good heart and that she truly cares about helping others. Thank you very much! Villas at Vine is a truly wonderful place. The last apartment I lived in was so terrible, I could hardly wait for my lease to be up so I could move. By chance, I found Villas. Upon arriving in the parking lot, I found something unexpected... it was clean and quiet. As I made my way to the office, I felt like I was walking through a peaceful little park. There were beautiful trees, well manicured lawn, clean sidewalks, and several places for dog owners to dispose of their animal's ground mines. I entered the office, not knowing what to expect, and met the property manager, Jamie. She was bright, cheerful, and just a wonderful, radiating woman whose smile was infections and her laugh a welcome relief to my heart. We spoke at length, discussing the property, and was shown to a vacant unit. Wood laminate floors, appliances all the same color (an OCD thing with me) new carpet in the bedrooms, a beautiful sliding glass door, a walk in closet in the master bedroom, and in some units, a washer and dryer. Each unit was wheelchair friendly, having wide doors and hallways, even up on the second floor. I told her of my pending sine surgery, and she mentioned there would be a ground unit available just before my lease was up. I could hardly believe my luck. I filled out the application that day, put down my deposit. When she called to tell me I was approved, I literally cried. After moving in, I found the place to be every bit as peaceful and serene as it was when I first considered the property. When I would go to pay my rent, I would always find myself talking with Jaime, as she's VERY personable. We've laughed together more times than I can count, and she's always got a warm smile. The perfect person for the job! Maintenance was always a problem at my old apartment, and thus, nothing was done to fix literally ANYTHING. Needless to say, I was hesitant to use the feature on the app to schedule a repair. Once I had, I got an email back stating that my repair was being queued by priority, and within a couple hours of my first request, maintenance was knocking at my door to fix my issue. I almost cried, as it was so fast and efficient, something I wasn't used to. When that maintenance guy left, Jaimie immediately found another, knowing the tenants needed repairs done. That's when she brought in Raul. I first met Raul when I'd put in a service order for my bathtub. He was an amazing man with vast experience doing repairs for properties like Villas. He was actually at my neighbor's door, looking to fix something in her apartment, when I stepped out of my door. He asked about my bathtub, and when I told him what was going on, he waited only a moment more at my neighbor's place, giving them more time to respond, before coming into my apartment. He watched as the tub filled with water, being stopped up pretty good, and went to get the equipment he needed to unblock the pipes. Within 20 minutes, my tub was draining like it was supposed to, and still does all this time later. Like Jamie, he's a very personal, friendly guy who will always wave when he sees you, and will chat openly with you while he works. If you're not home when he comes to make the repairs, unless stated in the service request that he can come in when you're there, he'll watch for you to return. Raul is positively adorable, and likes to joke and laugh while he's fixing whatever it is he's fixing. Jamie found a real gem when she hired him, and I'm looking forward to having him come in the next time I need repairs.! Thanks Jamie! Thanks Raul! Cass

We aren’t residents as of yet, but my husband Stephen and my experience with the manager Jamie was wonderful! This seems like a really sweet and welcoming community! I really hope we get the chance to call the Villas at Vine home! I was so impressed with the grounds and the vibe here was one of a sense of home! The moment we walked up to the community, we could see families outside playing with their kids but it was also super quiet and comfortable. Jamie definitely cares about her residents and the property she is looking after. You can tell that she loves what she does! And that makes all the difference in the world when it comes to potential tenants. All around a wonderful experience!!!

Jamie has been the best manager yet! She is very helpful and actually cares for her tenants! She has made this place look great from the minute she has started and has continued to do upgrades and keep this area clean! Thanks for all your hard work Jamie. We appreciate having you here!

We have been In our apartment since August 20/20 and we have loved every minute of it not only do we have great neighbors the staff here is just awesome the lady's in the office have always been there when needed. This is the first apartment in a long time that hasn't needed the maintenance called constantly but when needed he is on top of it. We've never been happier Thanks Villas at Vine

This is a place to live.its more than a apt complex . Its a community of friendships. The staff here is always willing to help and listen. Your neighbors are like family we all take care of one another. The kids have a safe environment and some of them call you grandma or grandpa.it has its up and downs like everything else but most of the time its home.the diversity of race and religion seniors old and young what makes this different to live here. Its simple but its home if you chose it to be yours.

Good neiborhood to live in, loved the complex! Great and helpful staff, I expecially recommended Stephanie and Tommy, they made everything easy for me to handle, left me so much less stressed, and did all of it in a timely manor. Which is awesome when finding a place to live!

Apartments look clean the management is very friendly especially the manager on duty Stephanie. I will deffenitly be looking into renting from this establishment when my lease is up.

I live at the villas and have for 2 to 3 yrs and would recommend ppl to live here and the asst manager Stephanie is AWESOME and gets the job done.

At first I was having some hard time with the apt manager at Villas at Vine, the manager often gone on business hours...which made things really hard. HOWEVER...now we have a new manager, things had gone a lot better. I am impressed how much they wanted to make the place better and I was able to reach them and find them when I need help. Really am excited for the new managers :)

The new office staff is great, we understand you may have other properties but giving us numbers to call when you aren't at the office it a great way to go.
