    Wasatch view apartments is a very amazing place for your friends and loved ones, residents are very nice and welcoming , if you go i recommend you to taIk with Jwan uemura she’s a fantastic manager who’s really great at what she does and will make your experience with Wasatch a 10/10

    Maintenance

    This is a great and friendly place for you and your family! Manager Jwan is amazing and always very helpful! Also maintenance is always on top of things and very good at their work. 10/10 experience!!!

    Maintenance

    Wasatch View is a great place to live at a reasonable price. My mom has lived there for roughly 12 yrs. and the management has been great to work with. When it comes to maintenance they have been exceptional, especially Richard. Over the last few years, my mom's health has been slowly declining and not one member of management/maintenance has treated her differently. They have ALL been kind and treated her with respect, never once treating her like an annoyance. It will be bitter sweet when I move her closer to family. I highly recommend renting from Wasatch View.

    Fees & rent

    Overall it's a pretty decent place. It doesn't look like much, but it's nice being pushed back a little hidden off of State street, and the management staff is really awesome! I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for good apartment with reasonable rent, something that's very hard to find in the valley.

    If you are looking to call a place home, this is your place! I enjoyed living here and have enjoyed being part of such a great community! I was impressed by the amount of room I have within the apartment. The staff (Eveline, she’s very thoughtful and caring) has been so helpful and diligent in answering all my questions. It has been an enjoyable experience all around. What I have enjoyed most is that I feel safe when I come home at night, it’s quiet and very peaceful. It’s a family friendly apartment for sure!

    Lo primero que diré de este lugar es que es un sitio muy tranquilo en todos los sentidos, hemos vivido dos años en estos apartamentos y solo hemos visto amabilidad por parte de la mánager, los dueños y una respuesta pronta por parte de de los dos señores del mantenimiento que con su amabilidad y disposición dan solución a cualquier inconveniente. la señora María, la encargada de mantener el edificio limpio, es una persona muy humana y servicial: gran persona.

    The staff and community is amazing. Very peaceful and quiet at night. No loud noises or parties going on. Very clean. The staff has a cleaning lady who cleans the whole community 3 times a week. I have enjoyed living here. Been here since the middle of May 2016.
