Mazzy and the staff are very proactive and responsive. Mazzy worked very to get an apartment ready for our short timeline. She met with us three times to make sure we felt comfortable with everything. Congratulations to the management company for hiring and supporting such a wonderful manager and staff.

It takes living in poorly-managed places to appreciate what it’s like living in a relatively well-managed one. Watching sunrises, sunsets, and storms over the Wasatch Front never get old :) Mazzy is new but is top of it with us. Thanks Mazzy for getting our move-in kinks sorted out, like parking reassignments and pipe issues! On-site “fixer upper” really help with property management escalations when they are needed.

Loving 21 by Urbana so far! The location is unbeatable—super walkable to pretty much everything you need. Big thanks to Mazzy, who gave me an awesome tour of the apartments and amenity areas. She was super patient and detailed 😊❤️

Mazzy and Amanda have been such a huge help! The property is clean, well maintained and modern. The neighborhood is literally priceless. I haven’t looked it up, but I’m guessing the walkability score is in the 90 percentile! Such a great area!

I lived here two years and had a great experience! The building is new, clean, and well kept, the amenities are really nice, and the management team is great. Amanda was particularly welcoming, responded quickly, and always tried to figure out the best way to help.

We've lived here for 3 years and really cannot recommend it enough. In particular, the on-site property manager Amanda is incredible and makes everything easy. Out of all the apartment buildings we've lived in, Amanda is by far the best manager we've ever had. If you're in Sugar House, this is the building to be in.

Amanda the manager was always friendly and attentive. We had a problem with out parking spot and she sat down with us and took the time to work out a situation, even though she was busy at the time. As for the apartment, any issues or problems were promptly resolved by the maintenance crew. Whenever there was an issue with the elevator or something like that, the apartment team would send out a notification communicating what would be happening. Would recommend, Amanda and crew, you guys rock!

Amanda, the building manager at 21ByUrbana is easily the best building manager I've worked with across multiple buildings. She's amazingly friendly and makes all parts of tenancy a breeze. The building itself is well kept and has a bevy of amenities.

Amanda (leasing manager) is amazing. She’s so kind and helpful at all times of the day. Even fed my cats at 10pm while I was across the country. Living here has been awesome and she has gone above and beyond to make sure that is the case! Thanks Amanda! :)

My family and I really cherished our year living at 21byUrbana--not only was the building staff wonderfully warm and responsive, we loved getting to know and befriending our many awesome neighbors. If you are looking to move to the Sugarhouse area, we would highly recommend living here!

Me and my wife lived in 21 by Urbana January through April 2024. We had an amazing time. This is a great building overall. Some highlights: 1. Management is extremely helpful, responsive and accomodating. Amanda went above and beyond throughout to help us with everything we needed. She is absolutely great. 2. All doors can be managed via app so its super easy and convenient 3. Building is high quality. We were never cold during the winter or warm during spring. 4. Garage is great and has plenty of space and chargers for EV 5. Super conveniently located in Sugarhouse and close to Whole Foods and other supermarkets (Trader Joes coming soon), restaurants, parks, sport facilities and UTraxx. Not many cons to living in 21 by Urbana. If I were to mention something it would be that there is a single elevator so sometimes u have to wait a little, and if you open the windows, during the day u can hear the 2100 construction but when u close them its quite quiet. Overall it was a great experience and as soon as are back from our long overseas travel we will come back. Would highly recommend

I loved working with Amanda at 21 by Urbana!! I was a walk-in and she dropped everything to show me around. The layouts are great and finishes are wonderful. Loved the huge patios in some units with exposed brick. I ended up going a different direction but I can tell she is an absolute gem to the community and she works so hard to manage the building. She was so positive, caring and communicative. I hope that our paths cross again one day in the future because I would love to work with her again!

The leasing office is very supportive in getting issues fixed on a timely basis and I would highly recommend paying a visit as the apartments are lovely!

This is THE place. Amenities (like the hot tub) are A+. Staff (like Amanda) are WORLD class. And the location and price are unmatched comparatively to the surrounding areas. Couldn’t be happier

We have loved living in this apartment! We have a newborn baby and two dogs. We feel safe, the upkeep is pristine, and Amanda the manager is absolutely fabulous at her job. All of our requests have been met with responsiveness and urgency. The apartment is beautiful with great lighting. We love living in this fun neighborhood. Even though it’s a busy area the apartment is peaceful.

We lived at this property for over 2 years and we loved it! We would have likely resigned if not for moving out of state. The management team, especially Amanda, were so kind and efficient. Whenever there was an issue, there was great communication and it was repaired in a timely manner. A huge plus is that this building is very dog friendly and Amanda would always take time to say hi to our pup and give him treats. And the neighborhood is super walkable with grocery stores, lots of great restaurants, and not to mention Sugarhouse Park nearby!

I was in SLC for two years and LOVED living here for the entirety of it! The management and care of this building is by far the best I have experienced. Amanda and the rest of the team were caring, timely, and super friendly. Even when things were down or not working, communication was always there and there was always a plan for getting things taken care of.

We had our fair share of issues (as is expected) over 2.5 years at the property, but I've never lived in a complex as quick to fix issues, warm, and genuinely kind as here at 21 by Urbana. Amanda and the entire team will immediately make you feel like family, and we never encountered a resident we didn't instantly feel friendly with. I highly recommend the property, the location is fantastic, and it really did feel like a great community. If we were staying in the area, I have no doubt that we would've renewed for another full year (and then some). I will definitely miss the Einstein Bagels or Banbury Cross Donuts on Saturday mornings!

Amanda at 21 Urbana was amazing to work with. She was extremely helpful and had such a fun positive personality. Urbana 21 looks like an incredible place to live. It’s a great location and the apartments and amenities were exceptional. Unfortunately, it’s a little out of my son and his friends price range at this time. Hoping they can work it out to live there in the future.

Amanda is Fantastic! so pleasant, considerate and hospitable! She welcomes everyone with a smile and excitement! addresses all the concerns, accommodates all the requests and answers all the questions. She knows all her residents and their pets by name!!! and most helpful to everyone. The best in town doing her job and I almost have covered the entire area!!

We loved our two years at 21 by Urbana! If we weren’t moving out of state, we definitely would have renewed our lease. The location can’t be beat, and our unit was beautiful! It had its quirks like every apartment does, but the maintenance staff was always quick to respond to any of our needs and do whatever they could to keep the unit fixed, well-maintained, and up-to-date. Also, HUGE shoutout to Amanda, who is by far the best leasing agent/property manager we’ve ever worked with. She is extremely kind, friendly and responsive! We’ve loved living here and we miss it already!

We had a a great experience living here! The whole management team was exceptional. Amanda and all the staff were always very communicative and quick to resolve issues or questions we had. When we had a leak form in our apartment during a very heavy rainstorm, Amanda came over at 9:30 pm and helped us with a solution until it could get fixed. Nothing but good things to say, only reason we moved was for work!

Amanda is the best! She deserves a raise! Urbana is a beautiful place to live, in the heart of sugarhouse. Thanks so much for helping me with discovering your options. You're warming and professional.

We just went in for a tour, and OMG! The apartments are super nice and updated and our leasing tour girl was the most adorable thing ever!! She was so helpful and knew every answer to all of the one of weird questions we had! Thank you SO MUCH KYRA! The apartments are cute, bright the one bad thing I will say, the second floor has a bad stench to it. But can easily be fixed with a nice smelling plug in... so that is why I will be keeping it to 5- stars.

Kira was super nice and took us on a tour of without an appointment! She was super accommodating and knowledgeable. If we decide to live in this area, we will definitely pick this apartment! Very nice and updated, plus a very nice staff. Thank you again Kira!!!!!

We lived at 21ByUrbana for a year and a half and it was a pleasant experience! Convenient location with Smith's and Whole Foods close by and plenty of yummy restaurants within walking distance. Our cozy 1b facing south had a splendid view of the mountains and the building was always kept up nicely and super quiet. The lobby was so welcoming and the corridors were always clean. The management team, especially Amanda, was fantastic! She was the best leasing manager we've ever had. She was very responsible and always went above and beyond to help us out. Even the dogs in the building loved her (maybe it was the cookies). Unfortunately, we had to move to Europe but we miss this place so much.

I want to give a shout out to Jon, Amanda and Derek. They are incredibly responsive and handle maintenance issues immediately. You guys rock! I have been a resident at 21 By Urbana for 3 years now, and this team is by far the most capable and organized. This is a great place to live !!! Tyler

I’m relocating to sat lake city and had to do my entire apartment search online and virtual. After connecting with several buildings in a various pets of the city I’m so excited to call 21 by Urbana home. The entire research process was seamless and informative. My leasing specialist, Amanda, was responsive, communicative and very accommodating. When I asked for more information about rooms and amenities she took the time to send me pictures and links and floor plans. She gave me a lot of attention and was always quick to reply to my emails and answer my calls. This professional experience is a reflection of the warmth, community and attention this building places on its residents. I’m looking forward to calling this home for the short and long term. Definitely a 5 star experience.

My wife and I love it here! The complex is in a fantastic location (right in the heart of Sugarhouse), the apartments are super nice, the amenities are great, and the staff is wonderful. No complaints, highly recommended!

I lived here for a year, and the only reason I left was due to relocating across the country for work. The management and staff were always top notch and very friendly. Although it was rare for me to need to put in a maintenance request, whenever I did it was taken care of very quickly. I loved that my unit was connected with Dwelo, which allowed me to hook up to my Google Mini to control everything. I always felt really safe here, and knew that I could have packages left at my door for days when I was out of town. These are the best apartments in Sugarhouse.

Let me start by saying I've lived in 10+ high rise apartment buildings in two different states and, by far, 21 by Urbana has been my favorite for multiple reasons. The management staff aka Whitley goes the extra mile to ensure the residents are happy. Her professionalism and work ethic is the best I've ever encountered. The location? One word SUPERB. The building is located in the heart of Sugar House but unlike other Sugar House apartment buildings, it's easy to get in and out of the parking garage. Jumping onto the freeway only takes a few minutes. There's a great park two blocks away that has walking paths, pickle ball courts, a skate park, a duck pond, and an enclosed off-leash dog area. Additionally, there are 3 grocery stories within walking distance. What kind of food do you like? You will find it literally across the street or two blocks away. There are multiple bars and coffee shops as well. Not to mention, the library and post office are about 1/4 mile away. Then the VIEWS! I live on the 4th floor and every day I wake up appreciating the breathtaking views of the Wasatch mountains (Rocky Mountains)….truly unbelievable. If you are looking for a safe, clean, and friendly apartment building, you just found it.

I had a great experience at 21 Urbana, the management team is exceptional. Professional, friendly, and responsive to all requests. I think the attention to detail maintaining a clean welcoming environment especially impressed me. I would highly recommend using 21 Urbana.

Mountain and city views, Sugarhouse charm and character, new and luxurious living, close proximity to everything. I’m thankful for the time I lived at 21, I only moved for new work out of state. Whitley and company are genuine and always helpful. This is the best place to live in SLC!

A wonderful property, I think if you want to live in one of the premier apartment buildings for young professionals and a well healed student population, this is the place for you... Also, it doesn't hurt that it resides in Sugarhouse, one of the most desirable places to live in SLC. Super cool accommodation with a fabulous and caring management team, shout out to Whitley! there will always be something people can complain about, but there is less so to complain about this lovely property. Please have a look and if it's in your budget, it isn't cheap, it will definitely appeal to people with a discerning palate.

My wife and I have lived here for almost a year and have loved it. The apartments are awesome and the staff has been stellar. Maintenance issues are fixed extremely quick (seems like it's always been within a day). It's also in a great spot right next to a ton of great restaurants, ice cream shops, gym, theaters, parks etc. Highly recommended.

My husband and I leased a studio here for 9 months as a kind of second home while we helped our daughter with caring for a new baby. A wonderful experience all around. A beautiful space with modern, tasteful finishes, friendly and helpful management and maintenance staff, nice neighbors, and a great location. Highly recommended.

I have never been happier with an apartment complex. We looked around A LOT before deciding where we wanted to move and this place is head and shoulders above the rest. It’s located in an amazing area. We’re walking distance from everything, including two parks. The building is beautiful and everything is brand new. Anytime we’ve needed something fixed it’s been done within 24 hours. Dan is so great. The maintenance staff is so wonderful. Whitley is incredible. She’s as great now as she was when she showed us the property many months ago. The management team as a whole is fantastic. They go out of their way to make sure we love where we live. They even did an ice cream social a couple months ago so all the neighbors could get to know each other. There’s a gym, hot tub, bbq, parking garage, pet spa, and even 24/7 security. The one time a tenant above me was loud in the later evening I called the security number and they handled the noise complaint immediately. You want an amazing place to live? This is it.

Just moved in a couple of weeks ago. The location is fantastic. Close to so many restaurants, parks, stores, and more. Maintenance and community management have been superb as well. I’m Loving where I live!
