How consistent is the rating

Very consistent±0.2

Its rating has stayed within about ±0.2★ of its average over time, month to month.

Measured from the rating weighted by how many reviews back each month, so a single review can't swing it. Sourced, not scored.

All 27 reviews by rating, back to Jul 2020. Bands of orange show when low ratings clustered. (Older dates are approximate.)

How the rating mix shifted over time

Share of each star rating by year, normalized to 100% — so a growing orange band means a rising share of low reviews, whatever the volume. (Older years are approximate.)

Vanessa and Kay are a pleasure to work with, and made my application and move-in process so easy. The building and facilities are well maintained, and I’m excited to live here and see what happens next.

    Cleanliness

The management here is so awesome!! Vanessa and Kay have been so pleasant and helpful during the application and move in process to my daughter's first apartment. The complex is beautiful and clean. You can tell it's very well maintained. We are so excited to have my daughter move in to such a great place!! I would recommend Murray Depot to anyone looking!!

    Parking

Vanessa and the staff were very helpful. I moved a resident out today and the elevator was spacious and easy to get to. The staff helped me to park the truck in a designated area that made my job easier as well as making it easy for traffic to get through. Murray Depot is a beautiful apartment complex I would recommend to anyone searching for a nice apartment not too far from the city and right next to the trax.

    SafetyParkingAmenities

This is one of the best places I’ve ever lived! The property management really care about you (I feel cared for, at least), they work with you and are totally understanding. I love how secure the building and parking garage is - I feel safe when I am home. As a mom, I love that they don’t allow smokers here to smoke in the apartments or out on the patio to keep the air quality in the public areas clean. Public transportation is right across the street. There’s a small gym. It’s animal friendly, and management makes sure people keep up after their pets 🙌🏻. My kid loves the play area and I’m glad I don’t need to leave home to go to a playground. The apartments are beautiful and you meet so many different people here from all walks of life. If you are looking for a safe place to start over and feel secure, with easy access to the greater Salt Lake area; especially as a single parent escaping DV, this is the place for you. If you are loud, rude, disrespectful, and don’t like to follow rules (like not smoking on patios, etc.), this isn’t the place for you

  • ★★★★★Jan 2023

I miss this place, best property management ever and at the time I thought I had it bad but then I left and ended up with grey star management apartments which are crooks. This place was definitely fair and everything was very nice. I miss apartment 413. This place is very beautiful
