Brighton Place

My experience at this complex has been top notch. Management and maintenance have be a delight to work with. They respond quickly and are fast to solve any issues I encountered. The new management team has done a great job sprucing up the place, flowers planted, fixing gym equipment, getting the pool up to code. I am looking forward to another year!

Spring is the best assistant ever!!! She has helped me so much since she has been here!!

We had wonderful staff experiences but when it came time to move out, DO NOT BOTHER CLEANING. They will charge you a fee regardless and they are not kind about it. The clubhouse would be nice if all of the pool balls and sticks were usable. Spring was incredible to work with but I cannot reiterate how much you should not waste your time or energy cleaning when you will not even get 20% of your deposit back.

We used this space for a family gathering and really appreciated Rylee’s assistance. We needed assistance with the restroom being locked and she addressed it immediately. The clubhouse was clean and a beautiful spot for our gathering with a comfortable sitting area, a kitchen, and pool table. I snuck a peak into the workout room and was surprised at how much equipment was available for the tenants.

Spring was amazing helping me and my family find our new home. She answered all of our questions and had a great personality!! Can’t wait to move to Brighton place!!

We had a family Christmas party and the space was perfect! Large kitchen we were able to serve buffet style and a fun clean space to relax with family. Rylee was our host and was happy to help where ever she could. She definitely takes pride in her work.

I recently visited Brighton Place Apartments, and I can honestly say it’s an amazing spot! The property is beautiful, well-kept, and has a great community vibe. But what really stood out to me was Rylee, one of the team members there. Rylee’s professionalism and positive attitude made my entire experience a pleasure. They were incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and went above and beyond to answer all my questions and address any concerns. You can tell Rylee truly cares about the residents and takes pride in their work, which made me feel valued and confident in the community. I toured the apartments with Amber, she gave me a thorough walk through and showed me all of their amazing amenities. I am so excited to hopefully move in and use their 9ft deep pool & a billiards table in the clubhouse?? AWESOME!!! Not to mention their awesome dog park for my sweet baby penny! Thank you Amber.

Modified review: Staff here like I said previously is very nice and caring. The facilities are awesome, and the neighborhood is quiet. I enjoy living here because of these things. Recently was able to discuss billing issues with the management which was well received. Management is great to deal with here!

This place really changed my life. When I really didn’t have anything this place offered me a great staff, amenities etc. Britney made me feel very safe and special the whole way through

The lady in the front office spring the leasing agent she was super nice and helpful to my Hispanic family that doesn’t know English my family gets stressed speaking English but she figured out a way to make them feel comfortable she helped them with the process of getting an apartment I very much appreciate her and recommend receiving help from spring.

Very clean and well kept complex. The renovated office looks great! Brittney is so helpful and personable with her vibrant and fun personality! She really cares about her residents!

Love these apartments. Just resigned my lease a few days ago and couldn’t be happier. Definitely the best quality apartments I could find that were priced so reasonably and haven’t had a single issue since being here. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new place! :)

I toured earlier this week, if it wasn’t so far from my work I would have applied- however the leasing agent Kat did amazing at giving me information and was super friendly and helpful!

My wife and I and our daughter lived there 2 years it was an amazing place to start our family Britney was always awesome she always was on top of anything and everything we needed and was always super nice and easy to work with ! She definitely deserves a promotion

I love this place! Everyone in the office is so friendly and helpful and Katheryn, who helped me is especially amazing. Maintenance is also always very responsive and helpful. The community is great and very nice place to live.

I lived here as a teenager and absolutely loved it! Now as an adult I am going on my 3rd year here and I still love it! Brittany and the girls in the office are Amazing, accommodating and understanding of life and the roller it can be. Simple communication is all it takes for a great experience with the management team!

My partner and I lived here for 2 years. The management are wonderful people, they were always very kind and transparent in their work. They were always willing to help with a problem within days of me calling the office. The only reason we moved out was because of the dramatic price increase. It was a lovely apartment, spacious, in Unit laundry, plenty of storage, fireplace, tall ceiling (we were on the third floor) and the deck was probably my favorite part. I loved to walk our puppy around the premise, it was a safe place to live with many children running around. Brighton Place is very pet friendly and offer discounting for service dogs that help with mental health.

I’ve lived here for a little over 3 years now. During this time I have really watched the property progress - new updates, redoing exterior add ones, and new management. I absolutely love working with Brittney and Allison - they always make sure things are handled and check back in. They definitely make living here a lot easier.

Great place to live. Love the location and all the amenities. The office ladies are so sweet and very helpful. Our washer was broken and the maintenance guy came out to fix it right away. I've only had a positive experience including their acceptance of pet owners

By far the best apartment I have rented, the ladies at the office are really friendly and helpful when it came to get me moved in as soon as possible,management is really quick and get things done if something is broken and needs to be replaced, lots of parking and it's very quiet. But the only thing I didn't like was that they send you the utilities separately from the rent,instead of putting it all together, other than that I still highly recommend them!

I lived at Brighton Place Apartments for the last 2 years (during the entire pandemic) and was extremely satisfied with my apartment the entire time. The staff is very kind and helpful, the technicians always came out to fix things in a timely fashion, the neighbors were respectful and pleasant, and the price was reasonable. I can't recommend them enough.

My lady and I been going through some financial issues. I glad Britney was there to help us and provide us with some very useful information. Chad as always, is great! The maintenance crew is super responsive. I wish the rent was low lol but other than that I do appreciate living here!

Brittney is always so helpful in the office and the maintenance staff are always helpful. Been here 2 years and haven’t had any problems.

We have had such a wonderful experience here so far, my roommate and I love it! We had some issues with the plugs and maintenance was so quick to come in and get it all taken care of for us quick so we could keep working and Brittany and CJ in the office are so nice and easy to work with, they made our move so much less stressful! Brighton Place Apartments is a nice place to live all the staff are very helpful and friendly and the complex is always nice and clean

We have lived here 5 years now and the only issues we have ever had has been with other residents. And they were very small issues that we resolved with one another. The management team is always so kind, informative, and professional. Brittany is seriously the best, and one of the reasons we have stayed here so long. This place is great if you are starting a family, have a family or just need a place to call home. I should note that the schools in the area really are great. And another one of the reasons we have stayed so long.

This has been a terrific place to live. Brittany has been so wonderful to work with, always super helpful and informative. I love our apartment and the property management is really great!

Me and my wife just renewed our lease and we love it here its quiet the apartments have so much room the staff is amazingly helpfull all time especially with getting you whatever it is your needing from the office the maintenance is fast and does really good work these apartments are byfar the best ones we have moved into.

I have loved living here the management team at Brighton place apartments is great and very understanding when you need to have your rent payment split. The property is great they keep up on it. Will miss living here.

Brittney has been an amazing help for our move across country. My sister has lived here for a while and speaks really positively of the maintenance and the office staff, and while I have only experienced the office staff I am looking forward to our move. I have given them only a 4 star for now based just on service, but once we have moved in I will be updating my review.

I enjoy living at Brighton Place apartments because the property is well maintained and I love the big balcony and storage closet, and along with the walk-in closet. The office staff is always polite to work with as well. I’ve had pleasant interactions with Brittany at the front desk. And whenever I call in for a maintenance request, they are prompt to come over and work on the problem. I also like the location because Brighton Place apartments is conveniently located in a great spot in Midvale and close to the freeways.

I love living here at Brighton Place Apartments. I have a one bedroom and I love the large bedroom, large walk-in closet and very large storage off of the roomy balcony. They take good care of the grounds here and whenever I have had maintenance issues, they get right on it. The staff is friendly and best of all they let me have my terrier pit dog which is difficult to find housing that welcomes her. This has been my home for almost 9 years now and I have no intention of leaving. It is close to shopping, bus and trax lines and freeway access. It is a great place to live.

I have lived here for roundabout 5 years now. I have had few problems and none that couldn't be solved by Shelby and the team on maintenance. Management has been incredible in the last couple of years, they have even been patient with me persistently calling for minor problems that I have had. Easy to work with people and a darling environment! I'm currently in 17 B

I have lived here almost a year and I love it! It's very quiet and the staff are very nice. The complex is always clean!

I enjoy the office staff they are friendly and helpful. Repairs are done very quickly. Although not everyone cleans up after there pets, so you have to be careful where you step on the lawn.

I’ve lived at Brighton Place for 14 months now and it’s been amazing! The landscaping is always nice & kept clean. I haven’t had a single issue here. In fact, we encourage our friends to move here! We have an amazing, newly renovated apartment with our two dogs and couldn’t be happier with the clean atmosphere for the affordable price! I definitely recommend Brighton Place to anyone looking for pet friendly, clean, affordable, newly renovated housing!

Brighton Place Apartments were AMAZING! We lived there for 2 years with only positive experiences. If we submitted a maintenance ticket they were there the next day. The office staff were my absolute favorite and knew me by name! (No joke). I would 10/10 recommend. Plus it’s so kid friendly and there was plenty of friendly dogs. We always felt safe and have no security problems either. We loved them so much! Would highly recommend!

I’ve been at Brighton Place for almost a year now! And I can say the value for the cost is worth it! The leasing office and maintenance team are so helpful and easy to work with! Since moving in we have only had a few issues but they were easy fixes and due to normal wear and tear. We have no issues with insects or rodents. Occasionally we get spiders but we are in the basement apartment so that’s expected especially in the winter but nothing big spay or natural remedies can’t fix. If I had anything to complain about it would be that our A/C unit makes the funniest noises, we had a maintenance man come look at it when we originally moved in, but just like a car at the mechanic’s it decided to behave,lol. But this summer it’s back, but the A/C still works great so we haven’t had anyone come check it out due to being in a pandemic and being a little sketched out about having individuals in the apartment. I would recommend Brighton Place to anyone looking for a lower cost apartment, a starter apartment while saving for a home, etc. the outside of the apartments may not look the best but the inside of the ones that have been renovated are very nice! (Don’t judge this book by its cover). This part of Midvale is still relatively a nicer part, we are right on the boarder of Murray and Cottonwood Heights with easy freeway access, shopping and good grocers in the vicinity. My partner and I plan to renew our lease here until I am complete with my MPH program and we have a good amount of money saved for a house. Thank you Brighton Place staff for making this apartment home!

Hello I really love living here at Brighton apartments they have great staff and have great janitors here and they are very nice to me here I couldn’t have asked for a great place to live other then here at Brighton Place Apartments maintenances are terrific especially Shelby who is one great guy
