Kanoe helped my girlfriend and I through the entire process making everything easy. Explained everything we needed and was clear/direct on when it was things needed to be submitted. Move in was smooth and easy, thank you for making it easy on us with such a stressful thing like moving.

I’ve lived here for almost two years now and have had a great experience. There may have been some issues in the beginning as it was a brand new building, but my experience with the staff has been pretty incredible. Specifically, Vaggio and Toby are the most responsive maintenance people I’ve ever had and super understanding. It also helps that they’re just nice to chat with when I see them in the hallway. It definitely feels like home here.

Great leasing team, start to finish. Beautiful facilities and common areas. Also love that there’s a massive gym! Plus a PLUNJ Nordic spa, with premium sauna and cold plunge, is connected to building. That’s pretty epic.

Toured the property after looking at 14 other area properties. This topped our choices at meeting our needs and we immediately applied. Apartment location, amenities, sound proofing, modernity, and management all are top notch. Serena was more than accommodating as well as exceedingly friendly. We are excited to be joining this community!

I have been living here for over a year and have nothing but positive things to say! I always feel safe here. The parking garage is huge. The gym is great, hot tub is super nice. They do a good job of keeping things clean. They are very pet friendly. The staff and leasing agents are super helpful and get back to me in a timely manner. Alyssa and Eric are wonderful! I would definitely recommend living here!

Jacquelene gave us an incredible tour today! My fiancé and I went in with modest expectations, but she completely exceeded them. The entire place was spotless, and the level of customer service was exceptional. She truly listened to what we were looking for and carefully considered our preferences, presenting us with a variety of options that fit our budget. Her communication was outstanding, and she created such a welcoming and comfortable experience for us. The amenities are amazing, and we’re so excited to try them all! Everyone we encountered in the building was incredibly kind, and parking is plentiful, which is such a bonus. Jacquelene also highlighted some fantastic current deals and offers, which made everything even better. I really recommend doing a tour with her! We couldn’t be happier with what we found and can’t recommend this place enough!

We had a guided tour with Jacquelene over the weekend and it was great. She answered all of our questions and showed us a few units and we ended up applying to move-in the next day.

The staff here is very friendly and professional and is always willing to help.

we came in for a tour, courtesy of Jackie who was very nice and took us to multiple units until we found the one for us. we put an application in same day and moved in less than a week later. This is the only apartment building my partner actually liked so we jumped on the chance. there’s a lot of cozy common areas, patios with barbecues, a hot tub that’s heated to 100 degrees year round. i’m also really looking forward to trying the gym! it was a no brainer to put in an app when we saw the beartrap floor plan, it was the perfect fit for us. highly recommend checking out Bowers!

I recently moved from out of state to the Bowers Residences. It was challenging because I couldn't see the place in person due to the long distance and quick move. However, Jackie made it very easy compared to other properties and was extremely helpful. She went above and beyond to help me virtually see the units I was interested in. If it weren't for Jackie, I would have ended up somewhere else. I am glad she is here because I love it here. When I arrived on the day of my move-in, she gave me an in-person walk-through and ensured I was comfortable getting around. Such amazing service!

I recently toured with Jackie and was very impressed with the variety of unit types and great amenity spaces. I like how they offer multiple amenity spaces throughout the property to give residents more privacy when they want to utilize the common areas. The attention to detail in the finishes was also great. Definitely Class A apartments in a growing area of SLC.

This place is so cool and such a hidden gem. Erik took me for a tour today, and he was so knowledgeable and helpful with all of my questions. I love the fact that they do resident events, and I'm looking forward to being a future resident there. :)

Erik took us on a tour of the apartment and provided a lot of useful information. He replies to emails quickly and always offers clear, patient responses. The apartment is nice with various types of units available. There are also many public spaces and club rooms that residents can use. We're looking forward to moving in soon!

Matt was exceptional. He provided me a thorough tour of the facilities on short notice, highlighting the unique features of every amenity available to the residents. I especially liked the open floor plan of the gym, common areas, and rooftop lounge. Bowers made great use of the space. I had so many questions about Bowers, and Matt answered all of them. The professionalism, friendliness, and helpfulness demonstrated on his behalf elevates this complex above the rest. This is evident in the way that even current residents are happy to see him and eager to stop and have a casual conversation. I can't emphasize enough how important it is to have someone reliable in the office to address your concerns. Plus his dog, Murray, is the best!

You won’t find a better apartment complex with a better staff! I worked with Matthew through the application and move in process and Matthew doesn’t treat you like a tenant he treats you like a friend. He goes the extra mile to make sure this is the place for you in a very personable non demanding way. I don’t think you’ll find a place you’re renting a better home than Bowers.

I needed a place to move in to quickly, and Carrie was able to show me around the place last-minute when I showed up unannounced late at closing time. I applied that night and was able to move in the next day thanks to Gabby who is fantastically friendly and helpful– even coming back to finish my lease at a time they were supposed to be closed! The building is brand new but very nice with tons of amenities and great views of the valley and downtown. The building's gym is the nicest gym I've ever seen– not even just for an apartment building! Convenient access to grocery shopping, breweries, and the interstate make this a great location to live. I highly recommend Bowers Residences!

I just recently moved in and love this place! During the touring, application, and move-in process Matthew was particularly helpful with all of my questions. Gabby has also been very friendly and helpful. They are still super brand new and doing construction around the building but it is a lovely place in a super convenient part of Salt Lake near sugar house.

Gaby is amazingly professional yet friendly. This is a place where you can trust management will care about your experience.

I am very impressed with everyone I have met at The Bowers. Matthew has been particularly attentive and helpful, answering my numerous questions and allowing me to tour several times. Other staff members, like Gabby, have also gone out of their way to make me feel welcome and eager to live here! The shared spaces are stunning, with a beautiful color palette and the use of space is very thoughtful.

I came to just look and left knowing exactly what unit I wanted! Thanks to Matthew Storms! I never really considered a Residence like the Bowers. I prefer to live in a house. But Matthew did a fantastic job, highlighting all the AMAZING amenities. He spent most of the afternoon listening to my needs and getting me into the perfect fit! I move in beginning of September. I'm very pleased with the unit we picked out.
