Ascent at Autumn Glen Apartments

Just had a drop-in tour today. Give the property manager a little respect. She is doing a lot on her own and isn't available all the time, but she was available today. The property manager is VERY transparent. Q&A was wonderful for that reason. I toured various units and have a few take-aways. Management here seems great if you are good to them. Maintenance is a little slow because this is an older property. Most of the things that need fixed are due to typical wear n' tear of everyday use. But that uphill battle for maintenance is worth it since the price per sqft is seemingly unmatched. It is cheaper because it is older and will require patience from maintenance or a proper handyman in your household. Me and family will likely place applications within the next week for two units.

I’ve had a great experience at Ascent at Autumn Glen! The community is well-kept, peaceful, and in a great location. Seliina in the office truly stands out, she’s always friendly, responsive, and goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel taken care of. It’s rare to find that level of service, and it really makes a difference in day-to-day living here! Thank you for everything you do!

Salina in the office has been amazing to work with. She is so kind and helpful and was able to work with us before and after moving in. James the maintenance guy is so quick and efficient at fixing things and always comes as soon as an order is put in. I have the loft apartment and I love the space it has to offer.

I just moved in a few weeks ago, and James has been fantastic at coming and fixing Anything that needs to be fixed and Selena has been amazing. Also, she walked me through the whole procedure. Made sure that I understood the lease and everything. I definitely would recommend this place to everybody.

Office staff is super friendly and very willing to explain all fees and expectations. Love how polite she is and helpful she is. The facility seems to be well maintained as well. Nice area for decent price.

My time at Autumn Glen has been positive. kenna is a first rate manager. Since her arrival a stability and professional attitude has permeated the complex. She is committed to making the apartments a fine place to live. Her dedication to her responsibility is demonstrated by over time. I trust her to maintain out complex and know my rent is Posted and I can write the check and relax. As a person she is fun, a delight to converse with. Words fail. Zach is the personification of the perfect maintenance man. Any difficulties are swiftly solved. The amount of his cities would be past a less driven man. As he is the only person involved he must almost sprint to keep up. He is also good at his work. Has fixed many things excellently. His ability to combine his sense of humor and exchange ideas while keeping current on his manifold responsibilities is more than admirable. The two of them make a superb team.

I love my new loft apartment. And I am writing a review to thank the property management for helping me get into this place. James is the absolute best Maintenance guy in town. I actually followed him from my last apartment complex because it went to hell when he left. Seliina is awesome and made the move in easy.

Very happy living here quiet and peaceful. The staff is great and friendly they get stuff done when I ask. Definitely recommend it here. James the maintenance guy is awesome.

New tenant to these apartments. My move in experience was pretty great! Selina was so helpful and was super nice! James the maintenance guy had to come a few times during my first week to get some things taken care of but he has been great. The location is perfect for me. What I wish they would have told me is that the pool is non functional and hasn’t been for the past two seasons 😞. Their pet policy is nice and there are a couple of garbages for dog poop but they were overflowing. It would be nice to get those cleaned out more frequently. The tenants around have been nice but they don’t clean up after their dogs and there is poop everywhere. The loft apartments are 10/10!!

This place was great until the new management took over. Rent increased the second year by over $200 and the new management painted the buildings and covered the building numbers making deliveries hard to deal with. They didn’t even give us a notice of the painting until a week after our building was done. They don’t call you and ask you to come in when you specifically asked them to because of door dashing pets. They don’t communicate or respond to emails, it’s really sad what happened. My first year here was great and now. I’m Really disappointed. You can’t even talk to them in person because they’re not in their office even during business hours. My husband and I tried to go after work while they are open until 6 and no one was there they lock their doors and put a stupid sign that they will be back. Edited my 2 star back to 5 - After Kenna left in July 2022, we had no communication with anyone until Redstone residential management took over Nov 2022. I got an email from them telling us they have a new community manager. Finally! Some communication. They responded to my review and asked what I needed and I got answers promptly. So far so good!

I am really loving the new renovations you guys are doing but would love to see the park updated and more fencing around it but other then that you guys are doing a great job with the renovations But I am really sad that Kenna is no longer here she had good relationships with her tenants and she understood what was going on and she was always on top of things

My husband and I moved in almost 3 months ago and we have LOVED it so far. Definitely lives up to the hype from all the good reviews we read before deciding to move here. The apartment is so spacious, the maintenance is always helpful, and Kenna has been wonderful! If you’re debating moving here, consider this your sign because it is definitely worth it!

I can’t tell you how grateful me and my sister are that Kenna is still running Autumn Glen. As her renters I can tell how much we mean to her. Anytime that we’ve had the smallest issues she takes it very serious and gets on it directly to address the issue. We have been extremely happy here for the past few years. We have such a fun floor plan and for us the location is perfect. I could see many great things about Autumn Glen. Maintenance has been great. We are excited for the new owners that have taken over. I can tell good things are to come. Thanks for all you do.

I haven’t moved in yet and I can say that I already feel welcomed and I’ll love this place for sure! We’re currently in the application process and it was a breeze! We had no questions throughout & didn’t need any extra help to go through the app just by ourselves. I’d say it took us about 20 mins max to finish and that’s including files uploaded online. It was a nice and very easy way to apply. We love how fast Kenna has communicated back. We applied late Saturday night & she called us Monday morning first thing! I can already tell this experience is going to be extremely wonderful & we’re so excited! Thumbs up all the way!!

Autumn Glen is a nice small apartment community, everyone is super friendly and welcoming. The manager, Kena is absolutely understanding and always kind, she is always on top of anything needing to get done in our apartment. Thank You Autumn Glenn!

My roommate and I moved in to a newly renovated 2 bed, 1 bath with a loft. I really like the floorplan, and I haven't seen other apartments like it. I couldn't be happier with the new flooring, hardware, fixtures, and appliances. The complex is small and quiet, and it envokes a feeling of coziness for me. To the point that I think I struck gold with Autumn Glen. Kenna and Zach were an absolute joy to work with during the move-in process and deserve only the highest of praises. Thanks you guys!

Frequently I visit my friend who resides at Autumn Glen apartments. This is a nice place to live. Quiet and peaceful. When kitty sitting for my friend, I have had the pleasure of interacting with the manager Kenna and maintenance Zach. Extremely friendly people and environment to live. I would recommend these apartments to other friends.

It's been a great experience living here, centrally located and easy access to freeways. Leasing Agent Kenna is always accomodating to any issues that may arise with the help of Zach the maintenance team. I recommend anyone looking for spacious and affordable housing this is the place for you.

Kenna and Zach are amazing. Super nice and helpful and were willing to do whatever to help me out. Zach gladly showed me the apartment and explained and showed everything to me. Kenna was super helpful with the whole process and made things super easy.

Management is a dream to work with on all issues and the grounds are always landscaped and maintained beautifully and the parking lot and sidewalks are promptly shoveled during the winter months. The property is constantly being upgraded and they also enforce people cleaning up after their pets, very dog friendly property I have loved living here for the last 3 years. 10/10

Been a great place to leave peaceful and quiet. When anything needs fixing it gets done. kenna and Zach are a perfect team couldn't ask for better.

Not only was maintenance ON IT when a clogged sink almost spelled disaster, but the maintenance guy Zack is SO fast, efficient and ridiculously friendly. Not a common thing I've found in my renting years. Kenna is super friendly and knowledgeable it makes coming to her with any questions or issues very easy and comfortable. Add to that tidy grounds and friendly neighbors this place is 5 stars all the way!

Great place to live since Kenna and Zach took over for last ownership. I have lived here for about 5 years and when I first moved moved there was a lot of issues. Also is in a great location close by many places to get food and some entertainment.

Kenna and Zac do an amazing job keeping this place up and running. They have been super responsive to all of my requests. The new renovations look great and I’m excited for the refinished pool!

I recently moved to this area from Logan. Autumn Glen is my first apartment in a new place and I am so glad I chose to live here! Kenna is absolutely amazing! She is so helpful and communicative. We have lived here for just over a year, and resigned our lease because we absolutely love it! Management has been nothing but accommodating and amazing to work with! Maintenance is also absolutely wonderful to work with as well, always timely, and willing to get everything done as quickly as possible! Tons of room, amazing neighbors, and a well kept community! Update: we just finished our third lease; and we are so sad to be leaving, as we just need more room for our growing family. I have nothing but good things to say about Kenna, and Zach. Kenna goes over the top for everyone and will do whatever she can to make sure you know you are appreciated as a resident. We had to transfer apartments due to an issue with neighbors, and she made it so seamless and easy for us, even though it couldn’t have been easy on her! We are so appreciative of everything both of them have done for us!

We love living at Autumn Glen! Me and my husband met here as teen agers 30 years ago and when we reunited, we loved the idea of moving back here. It seemed destined to happen when we started looking that there was a newly remodeled 1 bedroom loft coming available. Kenna made sure it was ready for move in and we could not be happier! We are really excited about the updates that are being made to the pool area!

For being an older apartment Zac and Kenna do one hell of job keeping that place nice, it's always clean and upkept, kenna is on top of any tenant issues and Zac as long as he has parts to fix whatever breaks he's on top of it!! Awesome staff!!

The apartment complex and its management are great! Kenna and Zach are always willing to help with any issue and make sure we're comfortable. We have had no problems living here and Kenna has been great to check in to make sure we continue to do well.

Kenna is an AMAZING Landlady. She's sweet, kind, and hardworking. She genuinely cares about her tenants, and makes sure that their apartments are always to their liking. She addresses any issues we may have, of which I don't see any. Zach Nielson works just as hard as she does to make sure everything in the apartment works properly. He's quick, efficient, and can get any broken thing fixed in a matter of minutes. Both of them are so nice to talk to, and they can carry on a chat for a while. All in all, this place is a lovely place to live at

Autumn Glen has been pretty good to us. Kenna is very polite and has helped us with any issues and/or concerns. Zach is a great maintenance man and is always very nice and punctual about fixing anything. We love our updated cabinetry in the kitchen and bathroom, and the pool is so fun in the summer.

Kenna cares so much about the community and residents and it shows through everything she does. Communication is wonderful and the property always looks nice. You can tell they're really on top of things at Autumn Glen.

They worked through the holidays to help get us in the newly refurbished apartment. It is quiet and beautiful here. My mom loves it here as well. She normally doesn't like apartment living, however, she loves it here. Check them out. There are other apartments for rent here and they are all refurbished. Great job Autumn Glen!

Wanted to personally thank management for working hard through the holidays to get me and my family moved in for the new year. Love the new changes with the renovations. We are in love with our two bedroom loft, very spacious! Delighted about the decision to move to Autumn Glen and very pleased with the five star treatment. The apartment management and maintenance the past few years have been the best. They treat you like family! Normally I would feel the need to lock my pets up when maintenance comes to fix something, but not with Zach! Zach loves all animals and they love him! They are really quick to respond and even when it is a difficult task that takes awhile to fix they are very accommodating. I would recommend living here based on management and maintenance alone.

She communicates very effectively, professionally and organizes fun events that make this place an even stronger community of neighbors! Zach the maintenance man, is amazing! He goes above and beyond to help out residents! He responds to requests promptly with a friendly smile. This is definitely a well managed property! Autumn Glen is a wonderful place to live! I've lived in Autumn Glen for almost nine years, I've seen the ups and downs of management and owner changes. I believe the latest team, Kenna (manager) and Zach (maintenance engineer) have been here 3 or 4 years. The grounds, hallways and needed maintenance or repairs are addressed immediately or scheduled as soon as possible. They have out performed all previous maintenance and management teams, and addressed the Covid pandemic with timely information and restrictions. They are friendly and show respect, try to make fun living here with contests Halloween, Christmas, pool parties prior to Covid. They both care about the tenants. I have health, issues, every time I've run into them while bringing in groceries, or taking out trash, they've always offered a helping hand. I know if I need them for anything they'll be there. It's more like a community rather than just a place to live. Thank you!

I love living here, we have resigned our lease and plan on doing the same thing next year. Kenna is always on top of emailing you back quickly and helping you out with whatever questions or needs you have. The only issue i have had here is my vehicle was broken into twice, but honestly that has more to do with the area then the apartments themselves. Besides that me and my family love it!

I have lived here for almost 2 years now and I love it. I have a 1 bedroom with a loft and I dont think you could find a place this large for the price I pay. Kenna (she works in the leasing office) is one of the best people ever! She is so helpful and always goes above and beyond!

I have lived here for a year now. I absolutely love Kenna and Zach! They are both always on top of everything that needs to get done. I was thinking about moving, but because of the great management I decided to stay. It is very hard to find a place where you can count on your management and Maintenance man like you can here. My apartment feels like a home it's nice and cozy. I like that there is a playground that the kids can play at. I like that the swimming pool is in the middle of the complex so that when you go swimming you don't feel like you are swimming in front of a bunch of traffic. Kenna has gone above and beyond to help myself and everyone else especially during these hard times. Zach our maintenance man is always on top of things that need to be taken care of. I definitely have recommended this place to my friends and family. I wouldn't do that if I didn't believe they would be taken care of. Kenna is absolutely amazing as a manager and a person. She has a lot of people to keep track of but she never makes you feel like just another tenant. She treats you like a person. I Love living here and see myself staying for another couple of years.

I have lived here for I wanna say 7 years? The place is great. Kenna and Zac are the best staff you could ask for. The ground are always clean (if the tenants clean up after themselves too haha) and the neighborhood is nice to look at and walk around. Grass and trees and well maintained shrubberies. I like it here :)

I'm proud to call Autumn Glen Apartments home. I've lived here 2 years and I've enjoyed the community. The front office has always been available and helpful. Maintenance has been terrific and always respond in a timely manner.

At first when we moved into Autumn Glen the property wasn't managed well at all. They didn't Seems to care about the upkeep. Once Kenna took over it was a complete overhaul. Maintenance requests where being fulfilled in a timely manner. They updated the siding of the buildings and now it's a really nice place to live.

Loft is very nice. Maintenance responds quickly when needed. Outside area is always kept clean and also well lit at night. Office staff is friendly and helpful. Great place to live!

I have lived in the complex for about 8 months, every need i have ever had has been addressed professionally and promptly. If it has been important to me they have made sure to do all in there power to address it. Kenna has been super accommodating and helpful with everything i have needed. Super nice and professional to work with. All Maintenance that i have needed done (which hasn't been very many things) have been handled promptly, fixing what was needed, and was left clean and professionally. Super grateful i get to call this complex home and actually feel like it is a home!!

If you want to be a part of a community at a complex this is the place! I’ve lived here about 3 years and will live here until I buy a home (at least a few more years) because; 1. Management is friendly and courteous. They want to make sure everyone is happy and do everything they can to be sure of that 2. Maintenance is timely and extremely knowledgeable. I’ve never waited more than a day or two for a work order and never have had to call more than once 3. The community here is real! Everyone is so friendly! You can definitely borrow a cup of sugar from your neighbor and I love it! 4. It always helps to have great amenities and you’ll get them here

This is a great place to live! Management is so friendly and always makes sure problems are fixed in a timely manner. Maintenance is fantastic all the time, on time and I’ve never had to call twice on the same issue. I’ve lived here 3 years with my wife and we love it! Best apartments I’ve ever lived in. Not only are management and maintenance great but the community that’s here is amazing, everyone is super friendly, it’s literally the only time I’ve known my neighbors by name in a complex. It really is just a great place to live.

I’ve lived in my apartment for 4 years, and I love it here! The apartments are spacious, have plenty of room for storage, and are very well maintained. The maintenance and office staff here are amazing!!

My husband and I have been living here for a little over a year and we love it. Our neighbors are really sweet and friendly and the staff is always helpful. Kenna is an amazing manager and Zach in charge of maintenance is always quick to help and very kind.

This is by far one of the best complexes to live at. Despite the occasional noisy neighbor (which you can never get away from), this is a super quiet complex. Everyone keeps to themselves and keeps the grounds clean. There have been some problems with people not picking up their dogs poop but management put a quick stop to that. kenna is amazing and tries her best to resolve any complaints. Zach is an awesome maintenance guy. He is quick to respond, even though he is the only one. I would definitely recommend this place. Prices are lower than most other places too.

I've been living at Autumn Glenn for about 2 years now, and I really like it here. The management is friendly and tries to help out in any way they can. Its tucked away fom the main roads and is a nice quiet complex. The upgrades that they have been doing have really made the property look nice and almost completely different from when we moved in. Overall I would recommend living here and the staff is great.

My wife's best friend told her about this complex and after living at one in West Valley off of Redwood this place is a godsend. The size of the apartment is great for the money, I love that the pool is just feet away, and I love that it's a small complex so the manager can really get to know her residents. Kenna and Zach are great and keeping the complex looking amazing! We've been living here for a almost a year and a half and just renewed out lease. So needless to say we like it.

I loved living here! I stayed in the one bedroom with the loft. The apartment was huge for the price. The property is well kept and very close to just about anything one needs. I love the staff couldn't have been more impressed with their hospitality. They were always available and more than happy to help with anything I needed. I only moved as I purchased a home otherwise I would had stayed indefinitely I'm sure. Once again this is a great place to live.

Autumn Glen is definitely not perfect, but for the price and location it is a good deal. What gets the property 5 stars is the community manager, Kenna, and the repair guy Zack. Whenever anything comes up, they are quick to respond and get things fixed. Kenna goes out of her way to make sure residents are taken care of as soon as possible, and she's very helpful and organized. If you are reasonable with them, they will be reasonable with you, and you can rest easy knowing if anything happens you will have good people there to help with any problems you may come across. Apart from management, the complex itself is pretty good. It's about 30 years old so its not your typical brand new luxury apartment, but they do keep things up-to-date and renovated. They recently did new landscaping and outside building maintenance, and also seem to renovate the inside of the apartments frequently as well. The location is decent--it's pretty close to Bangerter Highway and I-215, so you can get across the Valley pretty easily if needed. There's also lots of shops, restaurants, and other entertainment options nearby. Overall, if I were looking for an apartment in that area, I would stay there again.

I lived at this apartment complex for a little over three years and I can tell you that I had definitely gone through it ALL with the changing management. However, I don’t think I would’ve left as happy and satisfied as I did if the newest and current management in place hadn’t been there. Overall, I loved the buildings, the size of the apartment, the neighborhood. It all felt really safe to me – which meant a lot since I was a single woman living alone. There was also some really fun activities around the complex too that – while I personally didn’t take part in them – I thought added to the atmosphere – usually things like balcony decorating contests for different holidays and such. It made it feel very homey and like the complex had a sense of community. Working with management and maintenance was the cherry on top of the ice cream Sunday. The office manager – there’s only one thank goodness! – is very kind and is absolutely full of integrity – basically she does what she say she will do and that was super relieving on my part having dealt with some shady complexes in the past. I feel like she offers a level of peace of mind that I hadn’t gotten anywhere else before. The maintenance staff are also pretty darn helpful. My apartment flooded and they were there super quickly to help me clean up and dry the mess and ensure the flood itself wouldn’t happen again (I believe it was from the apartment above’s washer.) In general, the only reason I left is because I moved in with some people and needed a bigger place closer to our respective jobs – not because this complex did anything to wound the relationship. They had been wonderful and I really appreciated everything they did.

We just completed the exterior remodel on these apartments and the staff was great to work with.

Maintenance used to be slow, but the new guy is fast, efficient and friendly. Huge improvement! Manager Kenna is awesome! I love it here!
