Boulder Hollow Apartments

Lived here for a year now, the manager was not playing with it being a great community to live in, all of my neighbors have been friendly and even offered me a wagon to make my move easier! It’s so close to everything! The manager Anesha has always been extremely helpful and explains things thoroughly, even if I have to ask multiple times just to remind myself lol I look forward to continue living here as long as forever! ❤️

Anesha is an absolute gem! Whenever we have questions, she responds promptly and efficiently. Their attentiveness and friendliness extend to the entire community. The community itself is remarkable—quiet, respectful, and welcoming.

Excellent customer service, very friendly, all my questions about the apartments were answered.

Have loved living here for the past 7 yrs. and the management has always been great and on top of things. Love the neighborhood and easy access to shops.

Clean, great friendly staff! The manager is so awesome and knows what she is doing. The maintenance staff is always on top of getting things done. Only complaint small parking lot.

The new management has made my living experience here much better! She is always willing to walk me through any questions I have and responds to any inquiries within the day. Maintenance requests are taken care of quickly and efficiently. Plus the community is great and I have had no issues with any of our neighbors.

Been here for a couple of years now and it’s a nice quiet safe place to live. Neighbors are friendly and respectful, even the dogs here are super friendly. The manager will usually do something in terms of parties or events to show appreciation for their residents. Never had an issue with office staff being rude or unfriendly and the manager has always been willing to work with me if I needed it. Maintenance has always been quick to address any non-emergencies I’ve had, my bathroom fan burned out and they replaced it the next day. I have loved my time here and plan to continue living here as long as my employment stays in Salt Lake.

The residents and property is great! Love the property staff as well, everyone is very accommodating and understanding as I have lived here for 4 years now without any issues :)

I have been for 5 years, I love it here. I honestly don't know what these past tenants are talking about with the minorities not being safe. There has never been an issue with my family in regards to race, we are Native American. The office is always accommodating to our needs and Juan the maintenance guy is great! The location of this place is perfect and the elementary school is not even 5 minutes away. It's also a great school. I highly recommend this place!

The prices is great for what you get! They respond quickly to all needs or services tickets! Always keeping you informed on everything going on with new letters.

Awesome new manager, maintenance is always on top of things, huge floor plans and close to shopping center.

The new management is a breath of fresh air. Lexi is quick to respond to any issues and handles them professionally. Great location in the middle of lots of restaurants, shopping and easy freeway access.

I really enjoy living at Boulder Hollow. Maintenance is on site and responds quickly and the grounds keeper is excellent. The location of Boulder Hollow couldn't get any better being between two freeway entrances, right across from a great park and there are a number of excellent stores that are close (walking distance) for shopping. I have been here for over five years and I have no complaints.

I am a current resident and have had a great experience with Boulder Hollow and all of the staff. The maintenance staff are on it and the office staff are accommodating and easy to work with! It has been a very easy-going experience over all.

Boulder Hollow has amazing staff, great apartments/townhomes and a friendly community. I have lived here for about a year and a half and loved it! Highly recommend this apartment complex.

We have lived here for over 4 years and love it!! The staff is very friendly. We have never had any issues. It speaks a lot about a place when there are residents that stay there for a long time, and we dont plan on leaving anytime soon. They have several events a year to bring the community together and get to know the residents. The maintenance office always tries to get issues fixed quickly.

I have now renewed to live here for another year. I have loved living at boulder hollow and the staff is amazing. I have never had any issues. They keep the complex looking great. Will recommend to others! To set the record straight There are a bunch of false reviews on here. There has never been any racial remarks made to my knowledge this person has a tendency to break the rules like smoking where she should not be. Allowing her animal to roam around the complex off leash, and pooping and not cleaning it up. This person seems very unhappy and wants to play victim. Honestly you can talk to anyone here and they will tell you this is a great place with many colors and cultures. It pisses me off to no end that someone can fabricate such stories. Where else has she lived? What do they say? Who is she to drag peoples names and businesses thru the mudd? Please ask around. And she should be ashamed for trying to pull a racism into it. Personally I dont care but I love where I live so this effects me and my kids

I actually am doing a review on the management, namely Evelin Carter. I live in a property she managed in Logan that she helped me get into. She is so awesome to deal with and will make you feel like you belong there! She moved to Boulder Hollow and is no longer my manager, so those at that property should feel privileged! From my history of being a "good renter", she was able to get me discounts that saved me a lot! We are still good friends and I hope everyone at Boulder Hollow realizes what a great manager you all have!
