    Needed to move into an apartment asap. Missed two scheduled apartment tours with RyAnne and then just popped in to see if she could fit me into her busy schedule which she did instantly. She did everything so efficiently, was always immediately responsive, she never left me to wonder what the next step was. Amazing team of overqualified women here.     The tour was amazing, and the follow ups are swift and timely! It's impressive how someone gets back to you relatively quickly when you have questions whether via email, text, or phone call. That's rare when dealing with properties, but I have received responses to all of my inquries within the same business day! The application process is relatively straightforward and swift. They work with you on a lot of the logistics and reassure you when you have concerns.     The maintenance team and management have both been so kind and I can tell they really care about doing a good job. My packages have never been stolen and I feel safe going outside alone at night. This is a peaceful and comfortable community to live in.

    These guys were amazing. Moving is usually a nightmare, but they made it feel easy. They were friendly, super careful with our stuff, and worked hard the entire time. Nothing was damaged, and they even helped place everything exactly where we wanted it. I can’t say enough good things! I’d 100% hire them again!!

    The manager moved fast every time I have any problems with my apartment I'm so happy for that 😀 I was coming home a little late from work thinking my heater was broken and the office was closed, but on the way back I ran into Chance and asked him to please come and check my heater since it hadn't heated up for a few days and my apartment was very cold, and he very kindly came to check my heater and fixed.🙏 Thank you so much!!!     I moved in about two years ago and honestly I enjoy living here the management are very kind and always on top of things maintenance is amazing they also have the garbage pickup by my door they keep the grounds clean it's quiet and they have an Access center a project center where you could go with your kids they do holiday little get together to get to know the community and I can't see that there's anything bad here I enjoy my stay.

    Honestly I love this place.its so quiet .Alexis and the manager are super nice and helpful.and they don’t lie about the deals they have going on .they won’t come up with lies after you got your apartments.everyone minds their own.i love that toe truck is on point .i honestly recommend this place for anyone looking for something affordable and super nice .

    I am so lucky I got this place. There guys are so amazing! I moved in a little over a month ago. I had a couple issues that happened and they fixed them immediately. Anytime I call for maintenance they are always right on it. Like faster than a jimmy John’s delivery fast! They are all so nice and fun to chat with. I love how Landon calls me by my name. They have tons of residents and the fact he remembered my name was great! It’s the little things like that, that make this place a home Adding an update- Cameron in maintenance is so fast at getting things done and he is very cool to talk to! He puts care into his work! Hayley in the office is always helpful anytime I have something come up she is nice and attentive:)

    Iv lived in this complex for about six years. It’s had its up and own multiple owners. However its current owners are the only ones that have stepped up the living experience here, and not just with updated units. But also their employees, especially maintenance. For example. iv lived here a while. But this current maintenance staff, is on point. Just recently for example. Iv had issues with my washing machine. I’d expected an extended waiting period. Etc. No, I put in my service request late evening, by next afternoon I get an Email while at work, it’s been resolved/ replaced. Cameron, A well known jack of all trades in this complex. Resolved the issue. These is the reason why iv renewed my lease, maintenance gets it done. And if this complex maintains its growth, As they have been. Is see no issue in a future renewal. And Again shout out to maintenance! Especially Cameron! For resolving all maintenance needs, in an exceptional timely manner. 👌

    My husband and I was looking at these apartments and noticed how clean and appealing the outside surroundings was. Then when we saw the inside of one of the units , we was impressed with the paint job. Counters and sink in the kitchen all looked new. It wasn't the usually slop job. We could tell the owners have a great staff that pays attention to detail and these owners and workers must really care. Good people!! Thanks for your time.

    Landon is a Rockstar.. We had a tree branch that was scratching the outside of our bedroom wall.. Called him and asked what we could do about it he got right on it and had someone from the team take a look at it and also went out to check on it himself. Kept me informed and had a crew on it quickly. We really appreciate him. Anytime I talk with him just in passing he’s always friendly. Definitely a game changer for his property

    I just wanted to take a moment to thank Haylee at Overlook Point. I had a momentary crisis and needed to find a place fast. She helped set me up in my new 2 bed 2 bath apartment that my family and I can officially call our new home. There were a few things that the apartment needed addressed and she had them done quickly and was very responsive to my calls throughout the process (because I can be annoying to deal with). The apartment property, the gym, pool, soccer field, kids park, pickleball court and club house are all super well kept and clean as well. Thank you Haylee. I would definitely recommend Overlook Point to my friends and family.

    Me and my partner moved in a couple months ago and have been very pleased with the staff and environment. We’ve gotten to know many of our neighbors and create relationships. Management has been on there A game 100%, we had a leaky sink and it was repiped very quickly, anything we’ve showed concern about has been addressed and then they’ve followed through even contacting us to make sure we’re good and even got a little gift basket when moving in! Let me tell you I’ve seen bad apartment management and this place is far from it, very pleased with this place and already in love!

    I've had nothing but a good experience from living here and with management and maintenance.. They also do alot of activities for the tenants. It seemed like every Friday they had something going for the tenants to come and join. Personally I've never been able to make it to one as I am at work during the time frame. But that's OK. It's just how it goes. They've even have had food pantry available.

    Maintenance

    Office staff and maintenance team are really concerned about residents wellbeing. They put a ton of time love and personal energy into the place, every single one of them. I would send my own children to rent here, which speaks volumes because I’ma momma bear and trust no one, but I would definitely trust Hayley, Joey, Chance, Cameron and everyone else that makes this place tick. They aren’t just coworkers, they are all cogs in a wheel that work congruent to make this place run smoothly. Well done team!
