    We lived here for 2 years and the staff were always on the ball. When the fridge wasn't getting cold, we had a replacement in a week. When we started seeing roaches (common issue in UT apartments), they had an exterminator in immediately. The apartments aren't the biggest at just shy of 800sqft for a 2br, but the floor plan maximizes space and it doesn't feel small. Pros: •Helpful, friendly, communicative staff •Located near grocery, fast food, and other daily use businesses •Comfortable floor plans with lots of windows •Nearby bus goes straight to light rail •Pet and Companion Animal friendly (There are a lot of kids who aren't the best at taking "No," so Service Dogs may be pet without permission.) •Parking included •Parcel Lockers for USPS •Public Schools Bus Stop on site •Park/Playground on site •Walkable, with 2 small neighborhood markets within a couple blocks. Cons: •Neighbors can be antagonistic to non-Hispanics •Area can be high in non-home-invasion crime (Unified keeps a strong presence to help mitigate this) •Intermittent Roach issues (extermination team is on the ball as long as you communicate) •AC/Heating unit is really loud and doesn't heat/cool the bedrooms very efficiently. (a Window AC in the furthest back bedroom is enough to supplement usually) •Single parking spot per apartment and no guest parking. In short, the complex management is amazing, the floor plan is really comfortable, and the price is affordable. If you need a place to live that's affordable and located close to freeway entrances and transit, I would recommend giving Millcreek a look!
