The few times I've had the need for maintenance assistance, I've found the office and maintenance staffs to be quick, friendly, and efficient. It's clear they take pride in the community and are dedicated to its residents.

Been living here for 2 years and I love it. Maintenance crew is exceptional, the staff in the office are friendly and always prompt about fixing and issues.

Cassidy at the front desk is seriously the best part of living here! Every time I walk in, I’m greeted with a genuine smile and they remember my name after just a couple interactions. They’ve helped me with package pickups, quick maintenance requests, and even gave great local recommendations when I was new to the area. Super friendly, efficient, and always professional—makes coming home feel welcoming. 10/10 would recommend this community just because of staff like Cassidy!

Christmas time is so festive at Royal Ridge! So many of my neighbors have decorated their porches and christmas trees everywhere! I even saw Santa at the fire pit the otber night. Still love living here! Enjoy living here! Clean up to date living arrangements. Office and maintenance staff are readily available for any issues that arise. Best pool in the valley!! Always clean and the temperature is always perfect for all ages. Tennis, basketball courts with dog park and dog grooming facilities. Grounds are maintained regularly with beautiful landscaping , grass and mature trees. I posted this review 6yrs ago. Still have a home here at Royal Ridge. They continue to update and enhance the living experience. Fire pit and BBQ area have been added as well as table tennis and other out door game. We love gathering around the fire pit with other residence . Such a sence of family a friendship amoung the residents. The office staff and maint. Crew are the best! Cassidy has been exceptional in working with residence and is always available to help or just visit. Pool still is the best in the valley. Temp and water is always perfect.

Going on my 6th year and it has been great. Good place especially if you have pets. There is a big heated swing pool, in which everyone loves. We are located by just about everything!!! The management and maintenance team are great!

My wife and I have lived here almost 2 years, and we love it the staff is great and has always helped us with anything we needed. Plus, the apartment is nice we love our home.

I've lived here over 5 years and it's great. Maintenance requests are quickly and respectfully fulfilled. Management can be tricky to get hold of via email, but it's gotten easier now that you can text someone. I love the location and the rent is reasonable for the area.

Royal Ridge is a great place to live, and the neighborhood offers easy access to plenty of stores and restaurants—from popular chains to hidden gems. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and the work is consistently excellent. The space has been perfect for my family and me as we start out as a young family.

I love my apartment! Was considering 4 stars instead of 5 because the community/utility fee has gotten much higher than what I was told it would be since I moved in a year and a half ago. Cassidy is the highlight and reason for my 5 stars! I’ve had zero issue communicating with her and she’s always on top of any questions or issues I have. Overall I’m happy with my experience here and plan to continue living here, only issue is the high community/utility fee.

I just moved in november and I love it. Everything is very clean, the apartments are beautiful, and it's a great place for our furry friends. The staff here are also very friendly.

I have lived here for almost 2 years and am happy to call it home. It can be pricy living alone but the staff and maintenance are always super helpful. The overall quality is very nice and kept up-to-date. People are friendly and you can tell it’s a safe place to be, especially if you have a family. Very good location if you need anything, it’s usually only 15-20 minutes away or less. Staff has always been super kind to me and anyone I’ve known! :)

The entire office is great! Andy the maintenance supervisor is quick and efficient. I moved here from Mississippi this has been the best first apartment out here! I love it here the community is great and safe! Cassidy the assistant manager and Eden the leasing manager have been an absolute pleasure to work with! I highly recommend this place!

Eden, Cassidy, and Amber are the best. Ive lived there 6 yrs and theyre the best team. Any time i have a problem they hop it quickly and get it resolved. Super nice and super professional. I love living there!

The leasing team made the move in process easy and helped the whole way through! The community is lovely and anyone you meet is kind and friendly. The place feels nice and cozy and is easy to make home.

This is a great please. We love the amentities and location. We travel a lot so being right by the highway is awesome, but it also away from the noise. You can walk to the park or the store - we really did enjoy our time at royal ridge. The team is great with any problems that arise and were always helpful and responsive.

Even though our toilet was damaged before move in and our ceiling in the shower leaked through in our first week of moving in, my husband and I still really enjoy the coziness of our apartment. We haven't had any issues with maintenance and the front office is always quick to answer and very friendly. It nice and quiet here which is also a plus and the fact that we are so close to all the stores is fantastic.

My wife and I have lived here for almost 6 months and we’ve really liked it! It is well priced for what you get; there are occasional issues with the older apartments but maintenance is always really quick about getting back to us. There are extra costs associated with living at a complex with amenities, but they are very upfront about those costs before you move in. We went through the process with Cassidy and she was awesome in answering every question we had. Everybody I’ve come across in the front office has been super nice and very helpful, especially Cassidy who we personally love!

This is a great apartment complex!! The price is very affordable and we love the amenities! The maintenance has been quick to fix anything we need and the staff are super helpful as well. They are always working to update things to make sure we have the best of the best!

Living here has been a great experience. The maintenance guys are the bomb and they’ve always gotten things squared away super quickly and the office staff has always been super nice and helpful!

We have lived here for almost 3 years, and things have improved immensely with the new manager. All the staff is very friendly, and maintenance is always pretty prompt in taking care of issues. Location is great. Whoever flips the units after a move out could use a few lessons (they paint over things on the wall, don't tape/plastic areas that shouldn't get paint on them, lay carpet down over rocks and who knows what else), but you get what you pay for. My only major complaint would be about residents that don't clean up after themselves or their animals, but that has nothing to do with the complex itself, just disrespectful humans. No it's not perfect, but no place is. If perfection is what you're looking for, good luck, you're never going to find it. Overall I'd say it's a pretty darn good place to live for the price we pay!

Living here is amazing! Friendly and attentive staff, clean and updated apartments! The amenities offered are great, and everything you need is close to home with shopping just minutes away. Royal Ridge is the jewel of salt lake valley!

My husband and I have lived at the Royal Ridge Apartments since October of 2023 and we have really enjoyed living here. There are few 3 bedroom apartments that we can afford with the amenities we have here-clean pool, kept up yards, the dog park is a bonus. We have always been courteously treated by all of the staff, especially those in the office who keep us abreast of any changes made. We get help when we have any problems with the maintenance in our apartment. We lucked out and have nice neighbors in our stairwell. I’d recommend it to anyone wanting to live in SLC., especially on the ‘East bench’ area.

My husband and myself and our 2 cats moved into Royal Ridge Apartments about 6 months ago. WE LOVE IT HERE! The apartment is beautiful and the view and location are fabulous. The move in process was made easy by the amazing management and the maintenance team is great at their job always friendly and capable of any mail issues. We feel safe here and I can't wait for the pool to open it is a beautiful pool and if you're looking to move I would strongly recommend Royal Ridge Apartments. Thank you Alison

Just moved in in January and I love it! From the leasing agent Cassidy to the manager Amber, and the whole maintenance, the whole team has been exceptional. Move in process also has some kinks but they were great at responding promptly and professionally and handling any issues I’ve had completely! 10 out of 10 recommend for the area and price point.

I was wanting a big place so I thought I had to move elsewhere but instead they offered to let me transfer. It was a smooth transition , I absolutely love living here !

Cassidy has been SO great to work with! She answered my many, many questions (and I do mean MANY) and was patient when I was confused about any part of the process. I know it probably drove her crazy, but she was kind and thorough every step of the way! Maintenance keeps the grounds clean and tends to needs ASAP.

Cassie, Audrey, and another young lady (I don’t know her name) make living here so worth it and easy. The staff are here to help and NOT make lives harder. Compared to my last apartments, this place is awesome and I would 100000% recommend living here. I experienced nothing but good here. Royal Ridge should be your next apartments!!

Despite my last post which I deleted. This place has actually worked well with me and family. We’ve ran into financial problems and etc and we’ve explained what’s going on and they’ve have really worked with us. They are very understanding. I really appreciate them very much.

I’ve lived here for almost 2 years now. Great community. The reason I’ve stayed here is because of the management Amber and Audrey are amazing, they have always been there for me and even bent over backwards to help me. I am moving in July only because I am moving down south. I will miss this community and if I do return to Salt Lake I will be coming back to live at Royal Ridge.

I love living here! Especially grateful for all of Cassidy’s help, she answered all of my questions and made my move so easy.

I stay at the Royal Ridge Apartment and it would be my first apartment ever, but the staff in the management is very nice. Very helpful. I recommend this to friends and family, friendly, pet friendly children, friendly the playground is very wonderful. Barbecue pits I’m a little place to have a little party or a family get together. The pool just opened. It’s very clean very well organized and like I said the staff is very helpful. They help with anything and everything possible so I give them 5 😍 stars thank you guys. I really appreciate all the hard work.

Overall this place is a great place to live. The maintenance here is great Andy is highly knowledgeable I've been an electrician and hvac technician for 5 years and I can say they have one of the best maintenance teams I've seen. The management is awesome to deal with and responive especially Cassidy. The units are well priced and the community is quite and safe would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place definitely a hidden gem. I'd ignore the bad comments because they are likely karens.

Ive lived here 5 years and Amber really helped with a difficult situation with my apartment. She hopped right on it, and treated with utmost respect and concern. The staff here really is the best and go out of their way for you!

I'm going to tell it plainly, the overall score of this apartment complex does not adequately represent this property, in my honest opinion. After 4 years of residency here, my wife and I have enjoyed living around some of the hardest working, most well-mannered staff we've ever known - especially recently. The maintenance crew has always been upfront and diligent in making sure there are little to no issues. I've been into the office a handful of times over the course of a several years, and each time has been, ultimately, a pleasant and lasting experience. I'm not sure who is in charge of the hiring process, but they've got their eye on the ball. Annual inspections can be a pain in most apartments. Here, management has never had anyone come to our home that wasn't respectful, thorough, and swift. The property cares about your pets and their needs, and has always been as accommodating as possible in that area. The gardeners are top notch in every aspect. Come walk around and you'll see for yourself. I recently spoke with the assistant manager, Audreyana, who seemed absolutely delighted to listen to whatever complaints I might have and was poised to handle it promptly. Sadly, I just didn't have many to offer. But it's reassuring to know that the door is open, and there are people like her, Andy, Ken, and many others who care as much about our home as we do. Ya'll are great.

Audrey is seriously the best property manager! She seriously tries to make sure she accommodates you for anything that you need! This has been such a great experience living here and my kids love it here too!

I’m leaving a review because I know there may be people, couples, wanting to rent out and let me tell you there is mixed reviews about Royal Ridge. There is always going to be negative aspects when renting an apartment so do your research first, and review the area. Me and my fiancée rented here in 2020, and the apartment we got was absolutely wonderful. 3rd floor, high ceilings, spacious bedroom, bathroom, and cute kitchen. The mountain view was beautiful to wake up too! The downfall for us was the neighbors and the old carpet they had, cause they wash it before move in, and it had a smell. Prices went up, economy went up so our rent got a bit high and we couldn’t afford it, but overall I do recommend Royal Ridge as your first apartment and experience! Great parking, amenities and it comes with luck what unit you get and what neighbors you get :)

Everyone should be as nice as her! Thanks a ton for being so kind in this world of uncertainty. Update. Have now moved out, and my review still stands! Everyone complaining about being charged upon move out should be taught something about reading a lease before signing it. Everything I had accrued over my period of being a tenant was laid out very clearly when I signed my lease. They did not try to ‘pull anything’ or be ‘shady’ in any way. I never had any maintenance emergencies, so cannot speak to those. Sure, occasionally I heard my neighbors, but what would you expect in a building built at this time? Seriously people. Have realistic expectations. Read your lease. This place was great. And I had very friendly neighbors. Thumbs up!
