Avida Apartments

I've lived here for four years. I originally moved in because of the spacious apartments and high ceilings. However, the thing I rave about most—and the reason I continue to stay at Avida—is the management and maintenance teams. My maintenance requests are handled thoughtfully and resolved properly. The maintenance staff is kind, friendly, and works hard to take care of the property. The management team is unmatched. They go far above and beyond to make this property feel like a true community. My kids know all of the neighborhood kids because of the structured, fun events the team organizes. The photos are from just two activities held within the last two months that brought everyone together. There are fun activities for the kids, raffles, and plenty of opportunities to get to know your neighbors. What other apartment community have you heard of that does that? They also host events in the office to make sure everyone feels included. They've held a cat café, craft day, Halloween parties, spring festivals, and many more events that I'm probably forgetting. The pool is open year-round. There is a built-in barbecue area by the pool, a 24-hour gym, and a large dog park with dogs of all shapes and sizes. I love living here, and I'm so grateful I found a place that truly feels like home.

We have lived here for over a year now and it has been a great experience. Our neighbors have always been friendly, the maintenance team is always on top of things (Dale especially is always on top of things and absolutely awesome!), and management are some of the nicest people I've ever rented under. I can't say enough good things about Jordan especially, she has always been an absolute rockstar. The location is good as well, parking can be kind of a headache sometimes if you work nights somewhere but we also live in the city so it's expected. I have no complaints with Avida and the staff, also for the price it's almost a steal if you are looking for something that is in the city but the complex actually cares about you.

The lady at the desk was absolutely amazing! We have found a few apartments that we liked in the area. But Avida definitely is winning because of that brown eyed beauty. She answered all of our questions. And we feel we vibed with her super well. Management is important.

I really love living at Avida apartments it’s been a really good experience we just signed another lease for 1year. The only complaint I have about here is the parking we only get 1 parking spot in the apartment parking lot it costs $30 which is fine 1 of our cars has to park on the street. And you have to get home and a decent time or there’s no parking. But the apartments are really nice inside the office ladies are really nice especially Jordan she’s very helpful. Our pool area is really nice as well as the gym.

Parking is the worst thing here, besides that I haven’t had any issues, customer service is awesome, the office staff is friendly, helpful and professional!!!

I want to start off saying how pleasant it is relying on the ladies at the Avida office. Their delightful personalities are a bonus added onto their patient, professional and supportive manner. Jordan and her staff have worked really hard to clean this place up! Staff is friendly and our maintenance requests get fixed fast. The only thing that sucks here is parking is hard.

Hello my son and I love living here at Avida it's like home. Only problem we have is the noise from upstairs neighbors they have no respect for others. When I make a complaint they start doing the same stuff but even more just to annoy us it's hard when you have to live with the noise abuse

We were there to learn more about the apartments and the local area. We had a good impression of the location, the staff, and the apartments. Then, we applied for one apartment.

I have lived here since October. The maintenance people are very friendly and have fixed any issues i have had without any haste and good. They work hard on trying to keep up with not only the maintenance of the property but cleaning. Especially the pool area and dog park. The office staff are amazing. I love to stop by just to say hi to a friendly face. They are in the process of some amazing changes here. I cant wait to use the better internet.

Been living here for a year now love the staff they are super nice Jordan is awesome and very familiar with my family so in a way she is like family as well I recommended my mom and pops to this place so yeah I’d recommend friends and family to live here yeah parking sucks but has more pros than cons so you’ve got 5 stars from me.

Living here has been an excellent experience. The team in the office was great and always ready to help with anything needed. The only down is the parking situations.

I dropped in unannounced just to see if there was an availability for an apartment tour. I had an appointment for a different day, but got done with work early and was in the area. I was greeted by Tiare as I walked in the door. She checked their schedule and worked me in. She went over the details of the floorplan I was interested in. They didn't have an empty apartment to show of that specific floorplan, but she was able to show me a different floorplan so I could at least get a feel for the design. She thoroughly explained all the policies, rent cost, and fees. I left feeling fully informed and ready to make a decision about applying online. My only complaint is regarding the system used to verify income. I have two sources of income and the system didn't verify both. However, I was invited to stop by in person so they could help resolve the issue. All issues were resolved and I am happy to say I have a move-in date for the floorplan I requested. I was even able to select, specifically, which apartment I wanted, based on availability. All in all, my experience thus far has been very pleasant. I am excited about moving in soon. Living at Avida apartments has been great. The entire Avida team is amazing. They literally go above and beyond all the time. They are working so hard to keep our little community safe and clean. I am so lucky to live in a community with amazing people and great amenities. Also living so close to trax is very convenient.

Fixed the AC, quick response time, maintenance saw us in the parking lot and made sure it was still running properly. Thanks guys!

The office staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance is great. When we moved in Ray came to address the move in check list and took care of everything. He definitely went the extra mile to make sure everything was done right. The staff has regular community events and there’s always a good turnout. The community is nice the people here are friendly and it’s a nice quiet place to live, and a big thank you to the owner for your input, very much appreciated. I would recommend this property to anyone.

My partner & I have been with Avida for going on 3 years now. When we first moved to this location from downtown, it was a big change & we had a lot of issues with our downstairs neighbors & honestly didn’t think we would resign our lease. After speaking with management, however, our issues were solved. I’m not sure what Avida has been doing in the past year or so, but it has been wonderful. The area is overall better maintained, the pool is open much more frequently this year than it has been in the past, & it seems that things are just generally better taken care of. We feel safe here, & love the sense of community this place has with its movie nights, resident lemonade stands & opportunities to gather as a community with things like yard sales! We will be resigning for a 3rd year here for sure.

This is by far the best apartment complex I've lived in of the 4 I've lived in. Easy Trax access, a great pool and hot tob, the friendliest most helpful leasing staff in the world (shout-out to Victoria) and very nice and fast maintenance people. There is also a small fenced in dog park for any of us that have little fur babies. The neighbors I've met have all been friendly, when I moved in some neighborhood kids volunteered to help, it's genuinely the best place I've lived. There are two problems though, parking is atrocious, and the entrance to the stairs are covered in bird poop, but you have one paid parking spot and the bird situation isn't that bad. I'd recommend anyone move here. Finally, the price is great. Along with being the best place I've moved it's the second cheapest. The only place cheaper I rented was a studio apartment the size of my current apartments livingroom and kitchen.

In the progress of moving in, just did my application yesterday. Victoria and Jordan have been incredibly helpful,kind and patient! I’ve had horrible experiences with people at other apartments.. most leasing offices don’t ever seem to genuinely care about their tenants. So far I am convinced that Avida is going to be a great home, because of the amazing staff and community. Thank you Victoria and Jordan ! You’re the best!

The management team is top tier, they go out of their way to create community events, and do their best to provide a good community. The property is close to transit but feels tucked away and provides nice amenities like a pool, dog park and fitness center.

They’ve been very helpful to me and I really enjoy my apartment, my neighbors are so nice to me and the office staff is amazing.

The front office has been very helpful with any issues. Maintenance is very effective in doing their job. My apartment 1B1B is spacious and in great condition. Neighbors are friendly. It is not perfect, it is an apartment complex. Overall, I am happy living here.

This is my first time renting and I am very pleased. The leasing process was simple and easy, the apartment is nice and has up to date appliances, and I love that wifi is included. I'm hoping to be a resident here for quite a while

If I was able to give a 10 star review about Avida and their staff I would! The lady's in the office have been extremely helpful from the start and are always willing to help in anyway they can. The maintenance staff is absolutely amazing, extremely polite and very respectful. I would recommend Avida to anyone looking for a great place to call home.

Went in out of emergency need to move , honestly I hear horror stories about this place leasing but went in and was beyond surprised in fact I when I walked in I was greeted by Jordan who instantly made me feel welcome and guided me to to speak to Delanee who set everything up for me super kind I voiced my concerns from what I had heard and she addressed everything wonderfully , my dog was welcomed and I felt welcomed every question I had was taken care of and when she handed me the keys I knew I had made the perfect decision in moving here. If living here goes even 1/10 of how great today went that I’ll be very happy here

Living a Avida has been amazing. I had a maintenance request and they came out and fixed it that day. The entire staff from the office girls to the maintenance team are so awesome.

I love Avida Apartments! The community is so beautiful and I’m very happy to live here. Tiare is SO nice and helpful and will answer any questions you have!! And Jordan the office manager is SO incredible to work with and truly cares about this community!
