    Fairbrook has been the best place I’ve lived. Yes, the buildings are old but management does a fantastic job at responding to work orders and fixes the problem every time! We’ve been here for two years and have loved the location, layout and neighbors. Erika, the property manager, is amazing and so helpful whenever I need to reach out directly. And to the people on here complaining about the constant problems, you probably should have known that was going to happen when you saw how old the buildings are. Old things need maintenance and it’s not the property managements fault…so if you want a brand new building with no issues pay $3,000/month for that 🤷🏽‍♀️ *end rant* For what you pay you get a great space and ample response. I highly recommend Fairbrook!

    My boyfriend lives here and i will be moving in soon, but so far every issue is always met with really quickly. Maintenance is quick and management is understanding and helpful. Really love the area too.

    I have had such an amazing experience with Fairbrook Apartments. The onsite manger Sarah is top notch. The process to get approved is quick and easy. They are very fair and communicative. Great rent and wonderful large floor plan. Convenient location and huge kitchen! Fairbrook really cares about their tenants and it shows.

    Pets & policy

    I’ve lived here for five years, and it was an amazing home. We upgraded to a house and it was sadly time to move on. The landlord Sarah is extremely helpful and gets back to you quickly. If there are any problems she’s very understanding and takes it on as her own. The apartments are spacious and reasonably priced. The best part is it’s dog friendly. Location is amazing, and close to many parks and schools. I Would highly recommend this place!

    Maintenance

    I have enjoyed living at Fairbrook Apartments. We have lived here for over two years now and we have been very satisfied so far. When I first moved here, I was impressed that they had a maintenance crew dedicated to fixing any problems in the apartment. Whenever I need anything fixed in the apartment, all I have to do is call or email our manager and she gives our work order request to maintenance and they have always come in a timely manner and have fixed the problems. I really appreciate that they have an emergency pager that tenants can use when an emergency happens during weekends and holidays when the manager is not on call. I used it one time and maintenance was so great about helping us fix the issue even though it was after hours. I also love that they implemented an online system in order to pay rent. This has made paying monthly rent super easy and convenient. I would easily recommend living at Fairbrook Apartments to any of my family and friends!

    I have loved living here and have never had any issues with either the management or the manager on site. You can now pay your rent online and it is a big help. I would recommend these apartments to my family and friends if they were looking for a great, affordable and clean place to live.
