I had an excellent experience touring Maison's Landing Apartments. The outside area's as well as all of the inside area's are in outstanding condition. The entire complex is very beautiful. The apartments are gorgeous and spotless!!! Brianna, the leasing agent that took me on my tour was absolutely the best, she was accommodating, kind, thoughtful and overall very lovely. I highly recommend Maison's Landing Apartments.

I’ve lived here since February 2025 and have had a very positive experience. The apartment offers great value for the price, and the overall quality is excellent. The property is tucked away in a quiet, secluded area, and management has done a great job maintaining a respectful, high-quality community. I also want to give special recognition to Johnny from maintenance. He consistently goes above and beyond, taking the time to thoroughly address any issues. He’s knowledgeable, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work.

We had s leasing agent named Chaylynn who was exceptional during the leasing process. She was available to listen to our questions and concerns, and patient with our lack of tech-ability. Since we were concerned about signing a lease on an apartment we hadn't seen, she listed out some of the issues she found and put in work orders to get them started. Once in, we began working with maintenence, very capable young crew, but communication could be a little better while they take care of things. We very much appreciate their hard work and can-do attitude, but I hope they know that even though someone didn't rent a remodeled unit, they still care about cosmetic issues that are easy to address. The washer only uses very hot water, even when set to other temps, and we're still waiting for that to be fixed. After we get the maintenence kinks worked out, we know we'll be very happy here.

I've lived at Mason's Landing 3 different times while investing in real estate because there is no other apartment complex even close to the environment that it is provided! Customer services has always been excellent from management, maintenance etc to the caring leasing specialists like Xavey at this time!!! The location is quiet and gives great privacy. My family LOVES the amenities. Heated outside pool is definitely a plus. Everything is kept cleaned. Modern and stylist options for the apartments. The only down side, I wish they would sell it too because I would for sure buy it :)

Brianna S, was our leasing agent & from start to finish, she prioritized our move in. Made us feel super welcomed. Greeted us with open arms and eager to help find our new home. Stayed in communication so we were in the loop at all times and stages during the move in process. 5 stars because of her. Also , these apartments have tons of amenities! Multiple basketball courts, a volleyball court, heated pool and spacious gym. I love the drive into these apartments, so beautiful. Tons of parking where I’m at as well so I appreciate that. Looking forward to this next year living here!

This is by far the best complex I’ve ever lived in. The office personnel is friendly and will help you in a timely fashion. Maintenance is quick and on the ball with work orders.

My family really loves living at Maisons Landing.The moving in process was smooth, and the staff is friendly. My kiddos love the pool & playing with all the kids around the neighborhood and my dog loves the dog park. The location is great, off the freeway and close to lots of stores.

We have loved living here so far. Very pet friendly, office staff is always welcoming and kind whenever we need to go in, maintenance was quick to respond to our request when we moved in, and rent is a good price.

The office staff are just so nice and helpful. They went out of their way to get me in and touring a place. Brianna has been so sweet and communicative during the application process. I truly cant wait to live here. :)

Overall I have enjoyed living at Maison's Landing. I have been here since October. I like the ammenties. And the staff has been helpful. The only issues or dislikes so far are the ants. I do feel like there are so many and I have tried to spray peppermint oil even washed floors with it. I also wish the bilt app let you do split payments. I like to use different cards and its its the 1st you are unable to do that. Other than that. I feel like they try to do things to show appreciation and interaction within community.

Very solid and comfortable place to live in Taylorsville. Positives: Reasonably priced, nice location. The Jordan River trail access is pleasant. Maintenance responds and helps within reasonable time. Local management is kind and making positive changes. Negatives: Packages taken sometimes from mailroom (this issue is mitigated by clear and explicit directions to delivery service. It happened once to me, so I made sure that I had clear delivery instructions and it hasn’t happened since). Some loud, crowded parties in pool area. Sometimes grounds can become a little messy, but not overwhelming so (overflowing dumpsters, trash on ground, dog poop left on ground). Major issues get fixed pretty quickly.

I am a recent move in here at Mason's Landing. So far things have been great; maintenance has responded quickly to assist with our needs, Xavey who helped us move in has been amazing to work with, and they are the first community to actually feel like a community. I think our only hesitation is the traffic, people fly through the parking lot and as someone with a toddler that crosses over to our car a lot it is terrifying.

I’m a new resident here, I appreciate Brianna’s help with the leasing and all the help, she makes us feel really welcome to this community. Absolutely amazing. I am very happy so far. I just hope don’t have to regret about my opinion in the future and everything continues smoothly and nicely.

Just moved in on December 21st , So far I've experienced a very nice property management team. Brianna was great at helping me through the process quickly. And answering and questions promptly. The girls in the office are nice and helpful. I received the incentive gift card of $500 for moving in way sooner than expected so that was a nice surprise. So far my building is quite and peaceful, no complaints !! ******* New update! June 17th 2025 Now I've been here going on 7 months..I am happy here , love the gym ..LOVE the salt water pool ..LOVE LOVE the beautiful landscape and scenery and trails , anytime I have needed maintenance they are fast , professional and helpful! The staff are so nice , despite normal issues all apartments experience they try very hard to keep things under control..I appreciate it !! Prices are fair and I would definitely recommend!

We’ve been here for three years and have had an overall great experience. The office staff are always very friendly and helpful especially with putting in maintenance requests. We love our community events and hanging out in clubhouse to enjoy them. Our year around pool is always well maintained and the gym is quiet and comfortable to work out in. The maintenance staff are typically pretty fast with getting things fixed and are always very kind when they come. The only minor complaint I have is with corporate and expediting a camera in our package center. Our office ladies have been diligent in requesting funds to make it happen, but we’re still seeing a lot of package theft and the corporate office has not taken care of it. We’d also love if our dog wash station was restored. Special thanks to Brianna and Bobbi for helping with a recent maintenance issue 🫶🏼

Maisons landing is the best places we have lived. It’s pretty and the walls are not paper thin like most other places. The pool is large and the gym is very up to date and large. I would recommend Maisons landing to any moving friends. My cats love the view of the courtyard from the porch as well and love watching the many variety of birds that swing by. Thank you to the office staff for handling things nicely and efficiently. You guys are great.

Living at Maison’s Apartments has been an amazing experience! The community is quiet, clean, and feels incredibly safe. The management team is super responsive and always helpful — any maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally. The apartment itself is modern and cozy, with plenty of natural light and all the amenities we need. We especially love the balcony view, pool gym! The neighbours are friendly, and everything from shopping to restaurants is just a short drive away. It truly feels like home. We’re so happy we chose this place and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service.

10/10 for Maison landings! Affordable rent and a great space for our first home together. Our dryer has had issues when moving in and maintenance got right on it to check it out and now they are fixing it for us. It’s quiet and peaceful. It’s a great location and central to salt lake county. Close to the freeway. Xavey has been so helpful through the whole process.

Amazing apartments! I have renewed my lease back in December. Front Desk people are really kind and helpful with any questions you have. They have been keeping everyone updated and trying to make this a safe place to live. Neighbors are all nice and I have had zero complaints about anyone I live near. Kids are always outside playing which is nice❤️❤️

The staff has been friendly and communicated well helping with the move in process. The property is very nice with great trees and views. The amenities are well kept and the pricing is reasonable. Really enjoying this property so far :).

Helped me out alot. Everytime I go in someone helps me quick , they are bad at answering calls but seems like they are always busy . I had a few problems with my apartment but they quickly get the maintenance people to go out and fix what ever needs to be fixed. Staff is friendly.. new update everything is still good ive been here 3 years thanks for everything

I come here often my family member lives here. Anyways This place would be nice to live if they reinforced rules! There are a few things so I'll make it short. First everywhere I go there is dog poop people don't pick up after their dogs! Also I heard cars were being broken into and the office doesn't do anything. Theres a lot of construction around here and its really inconvenient I gave them A 2 star and now a 4 star New update staff has improved they are trying we still need some cameras and they need to do something about those packages Being stolen and they also trying to crackdown people that abuse the rules at the pool so thanks

We've lived here for a month now and we love it! Everyone had been so friendly. Maintenance, front service, and amenities have been fantastic. Sure, some things are old, some people break rules, things happen, but our overall experience has been top!

Moving in has been so exciting! Xavey may be the most helpful property manager/ agent that I have ever worked with and I am so happy we were helped by her. We have been struggling with the feedback seen posted after moving, and our toilet never stops flushing, and there are paint splatters pretty much wherever the contractor did work, but it's not the worst place by any means. There is a lot of random foot traffic and sitting on our balcony we've witnessed more than a dozen close call accidents.

Brylee helped us in choosing an apartment, she made the process super easy, she was super helpful and tentative to any questions we’ve had. We just moved in and love it so far!!

I lived here for 5 months and only left due to a change in personal circumstances. The location is excellent, quiet and tucked away right next to the Jordan River Trail, but extremely accessible to I15. The units are nice and the community is quite peaceful. Maintenance requests were always fulfilled within 24 hrs. Brylee, the assistant community director, is truly a pleasure to work with. Always responsive and even proactive, which is truly unheard of in property management staff these days. She helped me out immensely during my tenure and the move out process, and I’ve not worked with a kinder staff member at any property I’ve ever rented at. Thanks Brylee!

this place is amazing!! From the units being real spacious and clean to the extremely professional staff at the leasing office. The manager Bobbie was super friendly welcoming and above all real kind, she answered every question I could think of and seemed to really care what I had to say. I would 10/10 recommend this place to all my friends!!!

Rented here for 7 months, really enjoyed the place. Access to the Jordan river trail is awesome, and being right off of I15 and not having any highway noise whatsoever another plus. It’s a really quiet community, the leasing office staff are kind and responsive, the mail and package delivery system is excellent. Great gym, pool, and common area. Would definitely recommend. The only con is the inability to enjoy the green space because no one cleans up after their dogs, but that’s no fault of the property really, just the community itself. They’ve got waste bins stocked with bags every 50 yards, but there’s literally dog poo less than 5 yards from some of the bins, people are just lazy and gross. Probably happens everywhere, to be fair.

This apartment complex is one of the best places I have ever lived. Trees and green spaces galore. Affordable rent near DT SLC? What??? Great management, crazy great move-in specials. Clean, beautiful, spacious apartment with beautiful views and big kitchens. Convenient package room. Did I mention the green spaces? Fantastic.

As a long-term tenant, I expected better communication when requesting a transfer to a three-bedroom unit. Unfortunately, my inquiries have gone unanswered, making the process unnecessarily frustrating. Clear and timely communication is essential, especially for loyal residents looking to make changes within the community. I hope management improves responsiveness to better support tenants' needs. Update: I received a voicemail on Friday while at work and had the chance to review it late Saturday night. My wife or I will be visiting the office tomorrow to discuss this further. We truly appreciate the time and effort the team has taken to reach out, and we look forward to working together on the next steps. We'll provide an update after our visit. Update: I’m happy to share that Maison’s Landing management has been incredibly supportive during this time, working with me to explore my options. It seems there may have been some miscommunication, but with open dialogue and understanding, we’ve been able to move forward positively. I’m grateful for their assistance and excited to continue watching my kids grow in this wonderful community. Thank you, Maison’s Landing!

We've only been here for about 2 weeks, but it's been good so far! The complex is in a central and nice, quiet area and we haven't experienced any major issues. Brylee was amazing from my initial contact with the complex to move-in -- super helpful and responded to my emails almost immediately. We also were able to have quite a few fees waived from our application and were gifted a $500 gift card upon move-in. Our shower was malfunctioning since we'd moved in and I finally made a maintenance request and it was quickly fixed. Also, I will say the appliances in our apartment are very outdated, but I can't argue too much what with the rent price. Not too many problems with neighbors, but I have seen that people haven't been picking up after their dogs in the green spaces. Will update after we've been here longer.

Our time has been good! Aside from our loud as all get out neighbors, the leasing staff has been awesome. Chaylynn has helped out with everything and made our move in process so much easier! She’s absolutely amazing and kind, and quick to respond!

Revising my review as of 2024. Rent increases are now more reasonable, maintenance is very attentive, office & community staff are attentive and helpful, and amenities are still as good as ever. Grounds are also well maintained, many improvements over the last 4 years that I've lived here.
