Yo viví aquí nunca tuve problemas de mantenimiento y las personas de la oficina son muy profesionales y buena gente siempre nos ayudan en todo. Muy buen lugar lo recomiendo al 100%.

Clean property and great customer service very professional!!

The community manager Malinda Obayashi is great! She was a great help with helping us navigate getting into our first apartment. The men working as maintenance are super friendly and always willing to help! When we first moved in the apartments were pretty outdated but Malinda has done great updates and continues to make sure the apartments kept well maintained.

Outside of the Gym being stuck to the office hours making it incredibly hard to use it if you're a 1st or 2nd shift worker, it's not a bad apartment complex. Since I moved in 7 months ago, they have improved it by adding a Playground and upgraded to more secure apartment doors. Very close by to anything I need and quick to respond to problems.

I've been living in the complex for over 2 years and I've noticed a lot of change, especially with the new management who is really communicative and available to respond to our concerns. Efforts are made to keep the complex clean. Improvements are still being made and I think they have not yet finished surprising us. To this must be added the good level of safety in the complex.

This has been amazing, the leasing office has been super helpful and moving in was a piece of cake! The manager and her crew have helped out with everything and super nice! The community has been great and the upkeep of the unit has been awesome, routine maintenance and pear control has stayed on top of it!

The only apartment complex I'm actually planning on staying at! The front office is flexible and willing to work with all residents, and Melinda is just the sweetest! They have a large dog park area with two separate sides for large and small dogs, an they've recently been building a jungle gym in the back area for all of the kids!

Melinda is wonderful! The apartments are well maintained and grounds are always clean. If you have a problem, no problem! They fix what needs fixing right away! Very familiar friendly.

Aspen Village has beautiful large floor plans. The property is clean and the manager is so friendly and easy to work with. I completely recommend.

Update: Malinda got back to me and asked for a second chance to tour, telling me that the woman who was there and turned us down will not be returning to the property. We had the tour and it was very pleasant. They aren't the fanciest apartments, but they are nice for the price. She was very professional and we are seriously considering moving in. I am not a resident and do not plan to move in. Almost a week ago we scheduled a tour to see an apartment, but when we showed up for our supposed appointment, the lady in the office told us there was no tour scheduled and there wasn't even an apartment available to tour. Clearly their scheduling system in their website doesn't work, and Malinda didn't communicate to anyone what was happening as she was apparently sick when we came for our appointment and no one knew what was going on. Very unprofessional.

Have lived here over a year now, and the livong space and managent are both very nice! They work very hard to provide the best experience possible, and we have been able to make a charming home for ourselves here.

They must have new management because my experience is different from the last time I went there. They are very responsive and friendly.

This 5 star is a legit 5 star review . This apartment complex is under new management. The person I would love give my review to is Maria she is the new property manager. She has been amazing and has helped so much. I was moving from a different state and I had reached out to look for a unit. Since I put in my interest even before my application she was extremely helpful and was communicating back and forth. Even after I put my application she was still being very helpful and answering all my questions and getting back to me quickly which is something new a lot of the times you can't get a hold of these people or any responses and you have to keep calling over and over and calling and maybe you'll get a response. She was not that person she literally answered all my questions literally would call me back respond to me anytime I needed anything. Till the point that I moved here she helped me through the whole process and made it a lot easier to move from a different state I don't know what I would have done without her because she did it fairly quickly in it I needed the unit fairly quickly. Even now anytime I ask a question or need help with anything she is beyond on it she has gone out of her way to help me and make sure that I am content of what's going on. I honestly can't thank her enough she's an amazing manager and I think you guys should give this place a shot especially if she is running this place. I have never met a property manager so on top of it and eager to help no matter what I asked she had a answer for everything and was able to help me through it I am very happy and grateful I was able to move in here because of her.

Great staff. Friendly and willing to help. Great location near mall and shopping with access to alternative transportation options. Hidden gem in west valley.

Marco and Vicki have been the best staff for aspen in a long time they really turned the place around

the managenent is a lot better than it used to be! they still aren't very timely with their repairs at times though. 😐

The new management is great they’re is actually a person onsite in the office during the day and listens and gets the problem solved
