My husband and I have lived here for 2 years and have had an amazing experience experience with Kristina and our apartment! She is so accommodating, repairs are done almost right away, and I feel very safe in this gated community. Any issue we have had has been addressed immediately and always with our best interest in mind. I’ve recommended this complex to several people. Thank you Kristina! You have been awesome!

This is the first gated complex I've lived in, and I truly see what I've been missing. Kristina has gone out of her way to make us comfortable and welcome enough that I am happily renewing my lease for a third time. My wife and I started in a single bedroom, then moved to a 2 bedroom unit in the same building. We're now on the wait list for a corner unit with a RIDICULOUS balcony view. Harold is lightning fast to address any concerns about the unit, even willing to change our lightbulbs when we needed a hand. This is a really great place to call home.

Kristina , the complex manager, has been amazing to work with: friendly, quick on requests, and values good tenants. Service requests, handled by Harold, have been really quick to be resolved as well.

I’ve lived here for the past 3 years and couldn’t have had a better renting experience. The management is amazing, Kristina truly cares about the residents here and goes above and beyond to create a clean, safe and comfortable environment for the residents. They are extremely responsive, I’ve only had to send in one maybe two maintenance requests my whole time being here and they are on top of it. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Despite being next to the trax the building itself is generally quiet and the neighbors are considerate. Above all management makes this a great place to live.

Love it here! - Good price! - Always clean - Fast maintenance - Good location - Kristina is a very sweet and understanding property manager - Quiet - Safe, there is lighting and cameras everywhere outside - Lots of free parking! - Tall ceilings (on 5th floor) - Community space always clean - Never had a problem with any packages getting stolen - Great spot: next to Costco, Sams, nail salons, target, walmart, home depot, i15, 5 minute car ride downtown I’ve never had an issue here. My roommate and I loved living here and we are sad to leave!

Been living here for about 2 years and love it! The rent is affordable, apartment is very spacious for the amount I’m paying. They are very quick to respond to service requests. Kristina is really good to work with! I’ve loved living here

I’ve lived here for almost 3 years now and my experience has almost always been positive. Kristina and Harold are great and do their best to keep this place in order despite both of them being extremely busy! Nothing in SLC comes cheap these days but if you’re looking for a really nice, newer apartment with a great layout in a very convenient location that isn’t 2k a month this is it!

This was one of the best experiences I have had living at an apartment complex. Mindy, the property manager was always so kind, welcoming and easy to approach. Maintenance responded super quickly if there was ever an issue within the apartment. Highly recommend living here if you’re looking to be in the Salt Lake area and want something affordable but also very nice.

I've enjoyed living here. The building doors and gates are locked outside of business hours, so it feels secure. Pretty quiet. Nice, updated apartment with lots of storage, shelves, and full size washer/dryer. Mindy is great and always willing to help you out when she can. Maintenance is fast also. Prices are very reasonable compared to other modern apartments nearby! You can unlock the gates/doors with an app on your phone which is cool if you have guests or deliveries.

New apartment complex with it’s kinks and issues they’ve had to work out, but the office manager is constantly working to improve, get to know the residents, and make our homes better. Very nice and reasonably priced. My biggest complaint is a lack of security for our cars and homes- I would love to have more security cameras and a possible security guard stationed at our complex.
