    Moved in yesterday coming from Montana. Glenda made this whole process very easy. Nicest woman you’ll ever meet. She had a little gift bag for our pup ready for us when we arrived. Apartment was a little dirty upon arriving but we had a crew of family with us that got to work. Nothing major though. Had an issue with hot water heater and dryer vent being plugged up. Glenda put in a maintenance request right away and Alberto came and fixed everything swiftly. Super personable and explained everything. Excited to live here!

    Had a great tour experience! Couldn’t get an apt through email so she worked us in. Update 4/26--I moved in! Love my apt. There were a few hidden maintenance issues that have taken a while to resolve but the manager (Wendy) and the front desk (Glenda) have been very easy to work with and have listened to all of my concerns.

    Everyone has been really responsive when reaching out and communicating, noticed an issue with an appliance first day moved in and was able to summit a maintenance request with the front office, I apologize I can’t remember her name but she answered all of my questions and was very nice! The apartments maintenance team, Juan and Alberto came the next day and fixed the issue and answered some more of my questions. Thank you again!

    Glenda Miller was a delightful tour guide! She let us have our space and we looked through the unit, which was much appreciated. The apartments are a little small, but it was nice and clean and there seemed to be plenty of parking!

    I have a lot to say about my time at Revolve Apartments but I will keep this short. I would like to mention the maintenance team (Beto and Juan). They have been very friendly and helpful. They always respond quickly when there is an issue. They fixed some things at my apartment and I was impressed by how professional they are. I would also like to mention the employees in the office, especially Wendy. She is a great person to talk to when I have any questions or concerns. She helped me a lot and I really appreciate everything she does.

    Revolve Apartments has been a great place to live in for a 2-bedroom apartment and was easy to get approved too. The shower was tricky to set to the right temperature because otherwise it would be really hot. I’m really glad to be able to use Flex to pay.

    After recently moving to the area, I reached out to this apartment community while searching for a place to rent and was immediately impressed. Even though I called after hours, the AI phone system clearly understood what I was saying and successfully scheduled an appointment — a surprisingly smooth experience. When I arrived, Emily greeted me and gave me an excellent tour of the property. She was genuine, kind, and honest, which immediately put me at ease. Emily and her manager, Wendy, were both great with follow-ups, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and never made me feel pressured or uncomfortable asking anything. Emily even went above and beyond by coming in on a Saturday to meet with me again and make sure everything was covered. The maintenance crew has also been friendly and proactive, checking in to see if I needed anything and letting me know they’re happy to help. The location is very convenient — close to the freeway — and the amenities include two swimming pools and a gym. One of my favorite features is how walkable the area is. Sunnyvale Park is just a five-minute walk, parking is plentiful and close to the apartments, and I never worry about having to park far away. As a bonus, nearby elementary and middle schools are within walking distance, and bus stops are less than 100 yards away. This is a five-star experience because of the people. Even the mail carrier took extra time to explain how things work. That level of care and professionalism really stands out.

    I've had a really great experience, so far, with this apartment. There's a new property management company that took over. The staff they have here have been amazing to work with. Carmen, in the office, always listens and is very gracious. Then there's the maintenence team, Tyler and Chris running around "putting out fires". They have had so much to fix since taking over. They do an awesome job and deserve a raise!
