How consistent is the rating

Very consistent±0.2

Its rating has stayed within about ±0.2★ of its average over time, month to month.

Measured from the rating weighted by how many reviews back each month, so a single review can't swing it. Sourced, not scored.

Every review over time

All 21 reviews by rating, back to Nov 2023. Bands of orange show when low ratings clustered. (Older dates are approximate.)

How the rating mix shifted over time

Share of each star rating by year, normalized to 100% — so a growing orange band means a rising share of low reviews, whatever the volume. (Older years are approximate.)

I came to tour this property, I’m in the market for a new apartment, Broca was soooooo amazing, she made me feel very welcomed. I absolutely loved the property and the 2 bed 2 bath. The neighborhood is so beautiful with the huge trees. Thank you Broca for showing me around, definitely a property I will be marking down for possible future residency.

    Cleanliness

The Highland Apartments in SLC are legit! The location’s dope—super close to the canyons, so winter stuff like skiing is basically out your door. Management’s chill and quick to help out. Plus, the place is always clean and looks nice. Totally recommend it if you’re looking for a sweet spot to live!

    Management responded
