2550 South Main Apartments

Best decision to rent from 2550 S Main Street apartments. Good, responsive management makes such a difference and Casey is great! Maintenance is always prompt and the facilities are well-cared for. We were able to rent a two-bedroom apartment on the ground floor with a large, private garage. Lots of storage and it’s so nice to walk from our own garage directly into our apartment! Feels like a home!

My husband and I lived at 2550 for 5 years and had a great experience. Our apartment was spacious and comfortable. We actually had to accept that we'd probably have to take a kitchen down-grade when buying a home (we had a walk in pantry and a ton of storage space). The manager, Casey, was easily accessible. Our maintenance requests were always taken care of in a timely manner. The triple-pane windows keep the apartment quiet despite being by busy roads. We'd highly recommend 2550 to any of our friends/family members.

Chose a different property located closer to work, but the property was very nice. Casey, the manager, was great to work with.

Great spacious apartments with reliable property manager, good maintenance, and great sound insulation. They certainly weren’t designed by Frank Loyd Wright, but for the price they are an awesome deal! Neighborhood feels safe and I love the easy access to the interstate. There’s a coffee shop and bowling alley within a 2 minute walk, and Winco is only a 4 minute drive. Would recommend!

I lived at this location for over 6 years. It was a great experience, and Casey is a wonderful property manager. Any issues we might have had, were expedited quickly. The patio door was not closing properly, within 1 days the Maintenace team was able to fix. We also asked for new filters in the apartment, that was fixed within the hour. I have really enjoyed the pool and gym over the years. Only reason I gave it 4 stars because over the 6 years we had 4 different managers. Since then, Casey has been the manager for over 2 years and is great.

I have lived at 2550 South Main for over a year now. The apartments sets the bar high for urban living in the mountains at a competitive price. Shout out to Casey, the property manager, who does an excellent job at ensuring that every aspect of property management is handled seamlessly. Would recommend this place/community.

We recently moved into the 2550 South Main Apartments, and we've had a very positive experience, so I thought I'd share. The apartments themselves are well-constructed and HUGE, unlike a lot of "luxury" apartments popping up around SLC right now. The walls and floors are thick--we don't really ever hear our neighbors. The appliances are slightly older, although I think that speaks more to their longevity than anything, because everything still works great. You truly can't beat the location. It's also a gated complex, so it feels particularly safe. Where this complex truly excels, however, is in it's management. I've lived in apartments where trying to contact management is borderline impossible, and that is certainly not the case here. Casey is incredibly professional and responsive, and he's gone out of his way to help us feel comfortable in our new apartment. 10/10 would recommend

Casey is a delight to work with and takes amazing care of the property! The space is great for the price. Location is perfect. Loving the larger bathtub and storage space. Overall, it feels like home and we like it here the past 5 years. Just renewed again!

I have had nothing but a positive experience - my apartment was in great shape when I moved in and any very minor repair requests were taken care of quickly. The property manager, Casey, is always very friendly and helpful including throughout the leasing process.

I recently stopped by to look at a one bedroom and was very impressed! The apartments are large and nice, which has been very hard to find. When I was walking around the community I met Chad, the maintenance supervisor, and he made my experience even better. He’s very friendly and shows that he actually cares about the community and the tenants. I will definitely be coming back when my current lease is up.

I recently moved in to 2550 Apartments. My experience has been great. I was working with another complex for move in, and they really dropped the ball. The apartment wasn’t ready on my move in date, so I had to look elsewhere. Luckily, finding 2550 Apartments and Property Manager Casey was a godsend. He made the process so smooth and the apartment was a huge upgrade from what I was in. The size of the apartment is massive. I’m able to have a pantry, walk-in closet, and dining area in my 1 bedroom. That is usually unheard of. The property is beautiful, and I love that it is a gated community. You can tell that they really care about the property. I recently met Chad, the maintenance supervisor, while walking my dog and he was so friendly and easy to talk to. I really look forward to my remaining stay here. Thanks for all you do!

My wife and I have lived here for over a year, and we are so grateful for how smoothly things have been fixed, resolved, and questions answered. I am a very fastidious person, yet Summer (our awesome manager) has always gone above and beyond to make sure things are solved as quickly and efficiently as possible. We liked our apartment in the beginning, but we have loved it since Summer started working. A shoutout to Ricky, the awesome maintenance man that works here full-time time too. For a big apartment complex like ours with people from all over the world, they do a great job of serving us.

Great place to live. The manager Jill is extremely helpful. My family moved here from out of state and came into town late at night. Jill made sure we were well taken care of. She made all the arrangements and the paper work to get In was fast and easy. We've had a great experience in our first 5 months.

Moved in last month and couldn't be happier! Kevin has gone above and beyond to expedite the behind the scenes logistics and accommodating my busy schedule. Our apartment was clean and move in ready the day we wanted it and we were pleased to have a storage unit onsite for outdoor gear.

Single best part of living here: the property manager (Kevin) is awesome. Whatever you're paying him, give the man a raise. Easily the best landlord/property manager I've ever encountered. Moving in was easy as pie and he answered probably 30 of my questions in two days, always responding within minutes. I've had bad landlords in the past and they really can make or break your experience. They made accommodations for me to get a unit wayyy ahead of time and worked out a unique rent arrangement, which was greatly appreciated. It's not common to find apartments that work with you on lease terms. The property itself is really nice: super well maintained, spacious apartment, and secure (love that it's gated). Huge tub and fast pre-wired internet are a big plus. Living here for the past month has been awesome. I don't know how they constructed the apartments but I rarely hear any noise from people above/below me. Having a gym on-site and dog waste bins with bags scattered about the property at regular intervals is super convenient. The landscaping is also super nice and clean. Only a couple of cons: - The other tenants are pretty terrible about picking up after their dogs. The property does have people cleaning up regularly (I think daily) so this isn't a reflection on the property itself. - The property I moved into smells pretty heavily of weed. I know it takes a while and a lot of work to get that smell out; they did the best they could. I confirmed with a neighbor that the previous tenants smoked pretty consistently. The smell is almost gone but it's still lingering. - Improving the process for getting guests in and out is a great opportunity to make living here a bit less clunky! - Monthly fees aren't posted until the 1st, even though rent is due right away. I prefer to pay ahead of time, and the possibility of getting slapped with late fees trying to shoot for the perfect timing to pay both rent and fees at once is slightly irritating. For now I'll make two separate payments per month, I suggest building more flexibility into this system. Overall, fantastic experience, highly recommend it for anyone looking for a great apartment close-ish to downtown.

Best apartments I have ever lived at. The staff working there is so respectful and kind. Especially the young man Kevin. I Love this place so much, if you like the idea of a gated property, clean and spacious home, very nice landscaping, 24 hour gym, swimming pool, then this place is for you. Those are just some of the benefits, I could go on and on. Our property manager is also great, she has been very easy to work with.

I couldn’t recommend these apartments or the manager Jill any more highly! We’ve lived here for 6 months and love it! It’s a great place for dogs and it’s safe and quiet. It’s also conveniently located, we can get pretty much anywhere in SLC in about 15 minutes.

I am really excited to move in into this building. Jill has been honest and very friendly from the beginning. She has been really thoughtful about what we were looking for, and so far she has been the best manager I have worked with while looking or applying for an apartment. She is also very responsive. 2550 is a great place to live. It’s located in the heart of the Salt Lake valley and is close to everything. Clean spacious apartments with helpful staff.

Clean updated interiors, well maintained grounds. Quiet neighborhood, well located. Prices are very reasonable and the layouts of the aprnaments are roomy and functional. The few maintenance issues have been taken care of quickly. The staff and Jill in the leasing office (manager) are incredibly friendly and helpful!

This apartment is awesome. It has separated laundry machine and dryer for every apartment. The size of the apartment is larger compare with other apartments who have similar price. The environment is good as well. The living area is quite and safe. The manager Jill is extremely helpful and friendly. She answered all of my questions, and she helped me solved a lot of problems with profession. Maintenance here is also fast and good. I felt so good living here compared to other places I’ve lived.

I have lived here since the place first opened back in 2014. I have never had any major issues or problems come up that Management were not willing to take care of. The Office has had the same person for awhile now (Jill) and my GF enjoys chatting with her. The location is great for me being close to the freeway and downtown. My only 2 gripes about living here are the noise from the bowling alley can be annoying especially late at night but that's not the fault of the complex. the other issue I have is that the internet for us is not the best I work in IT and having to work from home on occasion can be tough with the speeds we get. I have heard they are looking to up the speeds though soon.

2550 is an amazing community with incredible management. The property manager is a joy to work with was so helpful in my experience looking for a place to live. These apartments are beautiful and smell amazing! Definitely suggest 2550 to anyone who is looking to rent.

This place is great! The management is awesome and answers any questions I have. They fix issues within a timely manner and keep the main areas clean. Good location close to downtown, brand new WINCO store just down the street, and freeway access is two blocks away.

It’s been great living here! The location is awesome. The apartment space is great! Parking is a little tricky, but everything else makes up for it. The management is awesome about communication when we need something fixed or if a package is left for us. I definitely recommend it!

Jill is great and really works with you. The complex is clean and quiet. The only negative so far is the location, for some reason there have been about 4 power outages in the 6 months that I've been here. Other than that, living here is not bad.

Nothing but great things to say about these apartments! I have lived in the apartments over 3 years and I have never had a bad experience. The management staff is very friendly and communicative. The apartments are pet friendly, the complex is clean and always upkept, and nothing beats the pool in the summer time. I really appreciate how quiet the tenants in surrounding apartments are and like how safe and quiet the complex as a whole is.

Jill is a great apartment manager! Very responsive to any questions, always has a great attitude, and sends messages if we have packages waiting down at the office. We have been very happy living here, clean, quiet, spacious. Great spot!

These apartments are awesome! Everyone in the office is super nice and help us in any way they can especially Jill who is our leasing manager. I love how the apartments are always super clean our apartment is very big in size and I always feel safe due to it being a gated community. Maintenance is very fast whenever something is needed. I recommend these apartments to all my friends.

I just recently moved in but it's been a great experience so far! Jill was our leasing manager and went above and beyond to find us the perfect fit. We were planning on signing a lease that started earlier than we needed it, but another unit came on the market closer to when we needed and Jill immediately reached out and switched our unit so we weren't having to pay rent on two apartments at once. She is honestly a huge part of why we moved in!

These Apts are the best out there. Small, but not too small. It has a homey, intimate feel without having to compromise on any amenities (pool, gym, dog park, etc.). Jill in the front office is the sweetest and most helpful property manager you will ever meet. We have lived here going on 3 years and it is the ideal place to rent, in our opinion. Our apartment is new, quiet, spacious, and the price is reasonable for the location and quality of living. 5million stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I Moved to Utah in August of 2017 and this was the first apartment complex my fiance and I toured. I immediately fell in love. Jill, the office manager was so helpful in getting us our first apartment. When we needed to move to a smaller unit she was very accommodating and understanding. I would highly recommend this community.

My wife and I have been living here for over a year. Compared to the apartments here in salt lake city these guys are heavenly (never ever ever go with mighty bum legacy). The front desk manager is awesome and people get things done around here. In our economy (specifically for young adults) it can be more difficult to go out and get a down payment with the right credit etc... Therefore apartments can jack up prices on everything. But in the transition period these guys are the far superior with communication, reasonableness and timeliness. Shelybe is amazing and represents the company well and the handyman is always friendly.
